Life Updates and the Project Moving Forward

First of all, I want to sincerely apologize for the impromptu hiatus on Digimon Nightmare Offensive. Life had gotten super hectic recently and I needed to work things out in order to get back on track. Now that life has calmed down, I can get back on track with this project. However, I won’t be able to work on it as often as I once did, so getting the project out will take longer than usual. I hope my fellow Digimon fans out there understand my situation and forgive me for the sudden drop from the Earth. That being said, I’m happy things are back on track and I look forward to seeing your reactions to the project.

Apologies for the Lack of Updates

Digimon Nightmare Offensive is still in production and it’ll be a while before there’s another update on the project. Just know that the script for chapter one is currently in development and more characters will be introduced along the way before the first comic comes out.

How Noah Evans sees the Digimon 02 Cast

Daisuke “Davis" Motomiya: Noah admires his strong will and tender heart. He sees how willing Davis is to protect his friends and how willing Davis was to forgive Ken. Unbeknownst to Noah, however, Davis equally admires him for having no hatred in his heart.

Iori "Cody" Hida: Noah finds Cody the oddest of the group. Cody embodies Knowledge and Reliability, yet he hangs out in the Tower of Courage with the Leomon most of the time. Despite this, Noah sees just how wise and honorable Cody is and respects him greatly. And after hearing some of Cody's unresolved baggage from losing his father, it just made Noah all the more attached to him.

Yolei "Inoue" Miyako: He sees her as passionate and enthusiastic. Where Noah admires Mimi's honesty, he admires Inoue's fervor. The two are always eager to cheer on their friends and call out the enemy's fallacies.

Ken Ichijouji: Noah just feels bad for Ken. He does everything he can to encourage and reassure Ken that he's doing alright as Yggdrasil's Head Supervisor. Despite Ken doubting himself as Yggdrasil Academy's leader and still feeling remorse from being the Digimon Emperor, Noah believes Ken does deserve to lead and that he has earned everyone's respect.

How Noah Evans Sees the Digimon Adventure 01 Cast

Tai Kamiya: The perfect example of a big brother. He looks out for Kari and the other Tamers of Yggdrasil, keeps everyone out of trouble as best he can, is honest about how he feels and thinks, and tries to be a good influence. Noah admires Tai for doing his best and hopes to be just as good a brother as he is.

Matt Ishida: Noah feels bad for what Matt had gone through in the past, but still sees him as the best example of being a friend. Unfortunately, he gets into trouble with Matt a lot due to his reckless behavior, and the fact that Matt is the most protective of Yggdrasil’s supervisors.

Izzy Izumi: Izzy reminds Noah a lot about the professors back home. So he greatly respects Izzy’s intelligence, despite him clashing with Reflectmon and his Partner on their intellectual differences.

Joe Kido: Noah always wondered how Joe’s heart hasn’t stopped ticking from being worried about everyone. Still, he loved how Joe was attentive to Yggdrasil’s critically injured. Having a nurse for a mother, Noah knew just how hard Joe worked every day to keep everyone alive.

Sora Takenouchi: He sees Sora as one of the greatest mother figures of their time. Noah knows it takes a lot to look after children and infant Digimon are no different, if not more difficult. So Noah tends to help out Sora when she needs it, as not all infant Digimon are well-behaved.

Mimi Tachikawa: While Mimi can still be absent-minded, Noah very much loves her honesty. So much so that he tends to go to her for a second opinion when he or Reflectmon’s Partner comes up with a plan.

Takeru Takaishi: Noah sees him as a living solace. At times, Noah would come to him when he felt upset. And when Noah would blame himself for something, his friends sent him Takeru’s way. “He really is a saving grace” Noah’d always say.

Kari Kamiya: Noah’s favorite big sister in Yggdrasil Academy. Before Noah could go out from Yggdrasil on his own, he always asked Kari to chaperone him. Empathic, kind-hearted, and willing to forgive, Noah always thought Tai was lucky to have a loving sister like Kari.

One last Digimon Nightmare Offensive lore bit before the characters come along to introduce themselves. Here we have the hometown of Noah Evans. It’s a friendly little town, most love to visit. The only complaint most visitors have is about the town’s love of 60s slang.

Looks like things are getting interesting in the world of Digimon Nightmare Offensive. The main antagonists are quite secretive, but at least we now know who they are.

Another lore bit to Digimon Nightmare Offensive. This time around, a little shocker of a piece. Many Digidestined and Tamers have gone missing, and nobody knows where they’ve gone. Despite the long disappearance, their friends and loved ones have yet to give up. The only question on everyone’s minds: Are they safe?
