Vigilante finally showed up in my Arrow rewatch and i think one of the funniest things this show ever did was build up this big mystery of who he was for like a whole season and a half and when they finally revealed him as Dinahs ex partner who we saw in flashbacks, the guy had been recast between seasons so nobody knew who the fuck he was

What you have to understand is that Gilear and Wealwell are the exact same character except that they’re on opposite ends of the “Has plot armor purely for comedic effect” spectrum and what I mean by that is Gilear is protected by The Plot because it’s hilarious for this guy who’s so unbelievably pathetic and incompetent to keep surviving every horror against all odds and also his own will, and Wealwell is protected by The Plot because it’s hilarious for this guy who, by all laws of storytelling, should be utterly useless to the other characters, to be unbelievably strong and successful at everything he does. Gilear survives because it’s funny for him to endure every possible horror pathetically and often and still come out the other side relatively unscathed. Wealwell survives because it’s funny for him to utilize his whimsical, hyper-specific, and seemingly useless skillset to defeat every opponent the narrative throws at him with infuriating ease and a constantly changing, completely unpredictable attitude.

No, actually, we don't. We have seen practically every second of Anakin Skywalkers life, we do not need more of it. His story has been told, throughout 6 movies, an entire animated show, where he was the main character, as well as appearing as a major character in other animated and live action shows, and appearing in video games, plus the books and several full comic runs. There are other characters in Star Wars. We don't need more Anakin. Please give us some stories set between Ep 6&7 or a show set post Ep 8 following Rey, Finn, and Poe

How is the Homestuck show gonna handle all the copyrighted materials that are in the story? like Betty Crocker is integral. What about Con Air and Little Monsters or any of Johns other posters and favorite movies? they can't just rip the poster and deep fry it a little like in the comic, they cant talk about any of those movies because theyre all copyrighted by different companies
