That night the angels and the ˹holy˺ spirit descend, by the permission of their Lord, for every ˹decreed˺ matter. It is all peace until the break of dawn."

How beautiful it is that Allah ﷻ gives us countless opportunities to turn to Him.

No matter what you have done, or how far you have gone, His doors of Mercy are always open.

فَفِرُّواْ إِلَى اللَّهِ

Turn back to Him!

Oh Allah, do not take us out of Ramadan unless You have fixed our situation, made our lives happy, forgiven our sins, accepted our prayers and fasting, and fulfilled what we wish for.

The prophet ﷺ said,

للصائم فرحتان : فرحة عن فطره وفرحة عند لقاء ربه، ولخلوف فيه أطيب عند الله من ربح المسك

For a fasting person there are two joys:

1. A joy at the time of iftaar.

2. And a joy when he meets his Lord. The khuloof of a fasting person is more beloved to Allah than the fragrance of musk.

Ya Allah, I know you are testing me. I know you see me struggle day in and out. No love is greater than your love. Please fix my heart and comfort my soul. Ameen.

لا تتوقف أبدا عن التوبة توب حتى تحصل على السلام المطلق جنة

Never ever stop repenting, repent until you achieve the absolute peace; Jannah.

Your akhirah is so important, it's literally going to last forever, let your brain understand how long "forever" actually is. Infinite time, it will never end, do you really wanna spend forever being punished because you couldn't let go of a few sins in this temporary dunya?

Surah Ad-Dhuhaa makes us realise how useless overthinking is because Allah reassures us that He has not abandoned us. No matter how long He may take to answer your dua, He will always be there. It teaches us that this life is nothing compared to the next life. It teaches us that no matter what your situation is, no matter how lost you are, if Allah wills, He will surely guide you. For He is Ar-Rasheed, the one who guides to righteousness, and He will be the light in your darkness.
