Shaykh Abu Abdu-r Rahman Nasir as-Sa'di رحمه الله: Among the greatest means to achieve the expansion of the heart and its tranquility is abundant remembrance of Allah. Remembrance of Allah has a profound effect of bringing relief and tranquility to the heart, while removing worry and grief from it. Allah, the Most High said:
