a/n ❤︎ ik it was like. just before i left that i said i would start updating more frequently but that was before i got into a car crash and lost all motivation to do anything other then rewatch criminal minds so. laugh out loud ill get better

this is time skip au so you have your own apartment and everything!

when you told him your cat didn't like most -if not all- people he just shrugged it off, telling you he wasn't a huge cat person so he didn't mind

he swore he was telling the truth- it was just that he always woke up earlier then you when he slept over, and your cat was always resting on your stomach, waiting for you to wake up so giving her a few scratches wouldn't change anything

except the cat started waiting for him to wake up first, where he'd give her pets until you woke up, then both of them would go to demand your attention

it became your new routine, to the point where whenever katsuki didn't sleep over, your cat would wake you up earlier then usual just so she could get her morning pets at her new usual time

the next morning when you two were getting your usual cup of coffee, you teased him by mentioning she missed him

he only told you to shut up but swore you caught a glimpse of a smile when he took a sip of his drink

when you invited all of your old classmates over for a drink or two, your cat got startled by midoriya trying to pet her and ran towards katsuki

he continues to deny the fact that he and your cat have a relationship

he wanted your cat to like him, truthfully he wanted any cat or animal to like him, but if your cat liked him, he felt like that meant he was worthy of being your boyfriend

it bruised his ego a bit when he went to pet the cat cat was ignored

you told him beforehand your cat didn't like most people but he thought it was going to be a magical moment where your cat who didn't like people, liked him and it proved to you that kiri was the right guy

you felt bad but you couldn't help but laugh at the way your boyfriend 'subtly' chased around the cat

you had to drag him onto the couch, giving him a small kiss to momentarily throw him off

you're pretty sure that's partly the reason why your cat warmed up to eijiro so quickly but you weren't going to be the one to tell him that

he was more hurt then he let on, pretending he was fine with it but on the inside, he was analyzing every little move the cat did, trying to predict how to make it like him

the staring was probably apart of the reason the cat stayed away from him tbh

eventually he felt like he gathered enough information to properly engage the cat

your cat was obsessed with food, purring the instant you were bring out his food and whenever you ate something yourself, the cats head was always shoving his way into your space to try to taste the delicious human foods air

he decides that telling you to take a few extra minutes to nap, that he'd feed the cat instead, was for your benefit

not his and cats relationship. of course.

he bribes your cat with food, toys, anything he thinks your cat will like he buys

and everytime he walks into your house, before he even gives you a kiss, he leans down to let the cat sniff him

he's treating the cat just like how he treats any human he wants to befriend so honestly it isn't as weird as you think it is, you're just unaware he did the same for you

a/n ❤︎ hi im so sorry for the absence! a close family member died and in my recovery i got really behind on school work and i needed to prioritize that first. ive been trying to balance work, schooling, a social life and writing and im still trying to figure out how but im gonna try to write more!

you and denki had just sealed the deal, him practically ready to scream it off the roof top whereas you opted to go on your first outing as a couple.

it was so sweet that it made anyone who looked at you sick, denki cuddling you any chance he got and even initiating a make out session that only got stopped due to the batista handing you guys your drinks.

you blushed as denki paid for you both, you momentarily distracted by having to wipe the saliva from your mouth.

you both quickly left the shop, before bursting out laughing.

shinsou always walked you to and from your classes, you felt bad whenever he did since he always walked into class 1a without actually joining the class, but he just told you it gave him the motivation to work harder and someday join you in the class.

as the bell rang and your classmates all started packing up to go to lunch, you hadn't even finished closing your binders before your boyfriend slipped into your classroom.

"i don't understand how your so fast." you groaned

shinsou smirked at your words, an arm wrapping around your waist as you blushed.

"i didn't mean it like that!" you squeaked.

"sure, love." he gave your cheek a kiss before catching the glare of your homeroom teacher.

"no pda on school campus."

"of course aizawa,"

you left the room for the cafeteria, both missing the eraser heroes proud smile.

"pretty boring, mr. aizawa gave us a research assignment before passing out! and bakugo and midoriya got in another argument, i don't really know why but bakugo threatened to burn his figurines and midoriya threatened to burn him," both of you let out a laugh, almost everyday you had a new story of the two boys.

you turned your head and saw nejire, mirio and tamaki walking over.

nejire was friends with your brother, who graduated last year. with the twos friendship she looked at you like a little sibling, and by continuation of that relationship, so did mirio and tamaki.

nejire plopped herself down next to you, mirio and tamaki next to shinsou.

"hey! what're you guys doing here?"

tamaki blushed, "do you not want us here? we can move if you want-" tamaki was already standing up before you laughed, "no no its just you guys don't usually visit me during lunch,"

"that's exactly the problem! why limit ourselves to after school when we can babysit you here too!"

you pulled a face at nejire's words, "im not a child that needs babysitting."

"debatable." you glared at your boyfriend, who only smirked in response.

"oh who's this?" nejire asked you, a mischievous look on her face.

shinsou raised an eyebrow at your response but didn't say anything, which you were silently grateful for.

you hadn't thought about it a lot, but as nejire continued to interrogate shinsou, something he wouldn't go through for anyone except you, you couldn't help but realise that you did love him.

"hitoshi's my boyfriend!"

the table froze, shinsou glancing at you but you refused to make his eyes.

"finally!" nejire smiled, "i was waiting until you finally admitted it, everyone's talking about it yet you didn't even tell me!" she pouted.

"i thought you were gonna tell my brother.." you sheepishly admitted,

"oh im definitely telling him!" you stared at her, mortified.

mirio, catching your face, stepped in, "nejire maybe we can wait til she tells him?"

"and i think they wanna be left alone right now.." tamaki mumbled.

nejire looked at you and shinsou before smirking, "of course! come on let's give them their privacy!" the third years stood up, ready to leave and you almost relaxed before nejire leaned down next to your ear. "this isn't over."

nejire bounced up and away, dragging her friends behind her.

you let out a breathe of relief before tensing again at shinsou's laugh.

it was quiet between the two of you, before you decided to say what was on your mind. "love, huh?"

"friend, huh?" shinsou rebutted.

"you saw how she acted when i admitted it! now i have to tell my brother before she tells him and oh god he's gonna want to meet you-"

"is that a problem?"

"yes!" you paused at shinsou's slightly hurt face, "not because he's gonna meet you! but you're gonna meet him! and that is a really big problem!"

shinsou let a smile play at his lips, "and whys that?"

"because he's crazy! shinsou you saw nejire! she's crazy! and crazy only hangs out with crazy!"

"and you think that's gonna scare me off?"

"yes! he said i needed to focus on my studies before i could even think of a relationship and ive been dating you for like 6 months! hes gonna flip an-"

he moved his lips against your own as your hands were tangled in his hair, you almost forgot you were in the middle of a cafeteria until you heard a tray slam loudly against your table.

you both jumped apart, an unimpressed aizawa staring at you two.

"how many more times do i have to tell you two that pda is prohibited?" he asked wryly.

"eight?" you joked nervously, and you swear you saw aizawa's lip twitch.

"shinsou you're doing extra laps tonight, y/n your essay is doubled."

you both nodded as your teacher walked away, and slowly students looked away from the both of you.

"i honestly thought he'd do worse,"

you turned to look at shinsou, "i told you! oh my god i hate you!"

shinsou nuzzled his head into your neck, making you freeze up. "no you don't."

shinsou was being extremely affectionate you noticed. you let out a sigh before running your hands through his hair, "no i don't, in fact i love you,"

a/n ❤︎ hi sorry im not dead!! i took a short break as schools kicking my ass right now😬 but im gonna try to post every weekend so expect more soon!!

why should he care? yeah you guys fucked around a bit and whenever he looks at you he gets this weird feeling in his chest but you guys are villians. of course there's a chance you're gonna get hurt.

but when you're fighting with a hero that you both know is a bit too powerful for you, dabi catches himself glancing at you a little too much, just to make sure you're ok.

'it's just because you're a valuable asset to this' he'll tell himself but when he hears you cry he drops everything.

the hero had swords for hands and had slashed open your shoulder, immediately blood filling up the wound.

this made it harder for you to move, you were sure you were gonna lose this fight, already at a disadvantage even before you were hurt.

the hero raised his hand, ready to attack again. you prepared to jump out of the way before he screamed, dropping his hand, and falling to the ground, now only a smoking block of charcoal.

"damn, usually they don't have time to scream. must be getting tired." dabi commented before lowering his hand.

"holy shit dabi!" you threw your hands around his neck.

"yeah yeah whatever who said you could hug me?" he huffed but made no movement to shove you off.

"i thought i was gonna die!"

"you were." after a second dabi's smirked dropped, as reality set in. you were gonna die. he didn't like how his stomach churned at the thought.

you, unbeknownst to dabi's worrying, laughed, "my knight in shining armor~!" you teased, pecking his nose with your lips, "now c'mon, dusty's gonna be upset if we don't finish off this area!"

dabi shoved aside his uneasy feeling and let you drag him around, causing as much distruction you two could before retiring back to the base.

dabi also made a mental note to find wherever they'll bury the hero so he could burn the headstone. he died too quickly for his liking, even if dabi tried to make it as painful as possible.

shigaraki didn't even notice you were being attacked if he was being honest, he was too busy turning buildings into dust and living up to his 'god of distruction' legacy.

it wasn't until he met up with others of the league at the run down hotel they called a base and didn't see you that he got worried.

"dabi!" shigaraki spotted the villian, "where's y/n?"

"why the hell would i know where your bitch is? you don't even let us within 5 feet of them without threatening to kill us,"

shigaraki scowled and barked at him to shut up, it was true but right now shigaraki needed you, not a reality check.

"kurogiri! help me find them." it wasn't a request and soon kurogiri was portaling shigaraki all around, until he finally caught sight of your hair down the street.

"over there."

the two had snuck closer, hiding in alleyways as you were accompanied by two cops.

"they a villian?"

"no, they're just a civilian covered in blood and weapons for the hell of it! of fucking course they're a villian!"

"jeez, i was just asking.."

taking a closer look, shigaraki realised that you were passed out, your hair matted with blood and he assumed you had been hit on your head.

once they started to handcuff you, shigaraki wasted no time in dusting them both, picking you up bridal style while making sure to keep his pinkies lifted. he remembered you calling him the queen of england because of it.

shigaraki's lips quirked in fondness at the memory, carrying you to kurogiri and his portal into the closed down hotel.

dabi sighed, "great you're back. spinner just left to look for you guys so are you gonna go pick him up too?"

"no? why the fuck would i do that? kurogiri bring me all footage of this battle, i wanna see who was the last to fight y/n."

toga giggled, "are you gonna kill them because they hurt y/n~?"

shigaraki rolled his eyes, opting to bring you to your shared bedroom then to answer her question.

"i think toga hit her head too," he mumbled to no one, "of course im gonna kill them for hurting what's mine, what else am i supposed to do?" he laid you on the bed, tucking a loose piece of hair behind your ears and leaving a soft kiss on your forehead.

"sleep well love, by the time you awake things will be all taken care of."

toga was stuck to your side, you were always her first priority and battles was no different.

if a hero confronted you he would soon have both you and toga attacking him at all angles, you were never hurt during battles as almost no one except all might could handle both of you.

maybe that's why you let your guard down, getting too cocky in the fact that you wouldn't get hurt with toga on your side.

you were greatly humbled though when a hero with a strength quirk smashed your head against the pavement, the amount of pain almost made you feel sympathy for eraserhead, remembering when a nomu did the same thing to him.

toga cried out your name but you barely heard it over the ringing in your ears.

"this isn't fun anymore!" toga throwing herself at the hero was the last thing you saw before darkness overcame you.

you awoke several hours later, feeling soft arms carrying you, the smell of smoke attacking your nose.

you blinked a couple times to clear your vision and looked up to see who was carrying you, your girlfriends face smiling down at you.

"you're awake!" toga grinned, before a pout overtook her face, "you really scared me you know."

"toga? what happened?"

"well after mr. show off hurt you i avenged you! see! see!" toga quickly put you down against a car and pointed at her different body parts, all covered in blood.

you giggled, "good job baby!" toga's grin grew at your praise, "where are we now?"

"oh just walking around! dabi's basically turned this part into a ghost town so we should be safe! and i didn't want to go back to that smelly hotel yet!" toga's nose scrunched in disgust.

"baby they're gonna think we're dead."

toga frowned, "so?"

"they're probably worrying-"

"i was worrying and i survived." she kicked the rubble at her feet, avoiding your eyes.

you felt your heart tug as you looked at your girlfriends sad face. you opened your arms, resting against the car. "come 'ere,"

he was mad at hawks.

you look behind dabi and see the room used to push the imposters out, the door open. all you had to do was shove him in quickly and pull the lever.

and grief filled you, because you realised that at this moment, you didnt believe him.

the worse of the ideas though, was what if you were right? then what, was all of your moments with touya just...nothing? was he just using you as a good alibi? because he knew you were less likely to suspect him?

it wasnt until weeks later, when headquarters had called you in that you found out.

they had all of the survivors (which was just you, deku and shoto) and asked if they wanted to see the footage, which would prove if you were right or not.

you all agreed, though you more hesitant.

what if you were wrong?

you changed your mind, being wrong is a LOT worse then being right.

you couldnt confirm that though, because when they pressed play, there dabi was, all sweaty and standing above thirteens body.

they also showed tomura infront of ingeniumu, twice infront of kaachan, and dabi infront of hawks.

you all were crying, there were your friends, murdering your other friends. you could barely hold in your sobs.

as you all walked out, none of you said anything and just kept walking down and out the building.

you thought of how ingeniumu would react to finding you and dabi like this, the kid would probably start waving his arms and going berserk, thirteen would probably have to calm him down and tell him that it's fine, he's always nice like that.

you felt dabi pull away and you were about to question it until you felt the tears on your cheek yourself.

"what's wrong doll?" he cupped you face and you saw worry in his eyes.

"n-nuthin." you hiccup, the weight of the reality of this situation finally crashing down on you.

they were dead, they really were dead.

"is it because of, yknow?" he jerks his head towards the cafeteria, referencing exactly why you were crying.

you let out a sob as you bobbed your head.

"awh, c'mere doll," dabi cooed and grabbed the back of your head, pulling you in for a tight hug and his other hand slipped around your waist, softly squeezing to show support.

"t-theyre go-gone! a-and ingeniumu will n-never be the-there to sco-scold us ag-gain and a-and and-" you hiccupped out, they were gone, they were really fucking gone.

"shh shh doll, it will be okay, think about having froyo with the kids and me, how about we make it a tradition? every Sunday how about?" you slightly nod as he moves his hand around you head to cup your cheek, whipping your tears, "yeah? and with me, you, kaachan, deku and shoto, we'll all have froyo each sunday, and when we eventually have kids we'll bring them along too,"

you hum, that did sound nice.

"kaachan would probably try to teach them how to probably beat up deku before they reached 5," you let out a laugh, he would do that.

"and if they didnt learn how to properly throw a right hook on their own before 3, he would probably stay up all day and night to make sure," your voice sounded croaky but dabi still smiled.

"exactly. even if we have to change the life plan a little bit it will still be our life plan, and we're gonna spend it together," you smile and look up at your boyfriend.

"thank you touya," you lightly kiss his cheek,

"anything for you doll,"

he went to kiss your lips again before both of your watches beeped, an emergency meeting.

you both ran back towards the cafeteria, deku, shoto, twice and hawks already there, where was kaachan?

hawks seemed to catch your eye looking throughout the room, and spoke up, "kaachan is dead."

suddenly it felt like everything came crashing down.

you didnt understand, he was- he was there and alive! and your plans- oh god you cant go for froyo now.

it seemed silly to worry about that but you were panicking, it was what you were supposed to do!

you stared at hawks, "n-no. no. hes not dead."

hawks took a step forward, "wonder-"

"no! he- he cant be dead! t-the froyo and the the-" dabi grabbed you and pulled you into his chest again, your newly dried eyes watering again but you just pathetically leaned into your boyfriend. "he cant be dead." you whimpered.

dabi affectionately rubbed your back, "it's okay doll, its gonna be okay,"

everyone stared at you in sympathy, they were all affected but it was obvious you were struggling.

twice had a different look though, like guilt, one that hawks didnt miss.

"hey twice?"

he snapped his head up towards the blonde, "yeah?" his voice slightly cracked.

"where were you?"

"I-"

"oh god not with this shit again! hawks will you give it a break for two fucking seconds?" dabi snaps, "I dont care if this is your way of coping is fucking interrogating us or something but just leave it alone!"

"oh im SO sorry for worrying about who's gonna be dead next!"

"i dont ca-"

shoto interrupted the two, "tomura said he was with twice last time and twice agreed. but now we know tomura was killing." shoto's voice cracked.

twice widened his eyes, but nodded. "i-im sorry."

everyone stared in shock, even hawks was silent.

he didnt look up, "the system is fucked, I'm telling you that, but I didnt want to hurt any of you i swear!"

hawks didnt say anything as he pushed him into the trash chute room, and neither did twice, he didnt even protest.

"can I ask you one more question?" hawks asked, twice slowly nodding.

"are there anymore?"

twice makes eye contact with dabi, another look hawks doesnt miss, and nods, holding up a finger.

with that hawks pulls the switch and out went twice, into space.

you sobbed into dabi's chest as hawks and ingeniumu covered thirteens body with a sheet, everyone looking over, some with tears, and some with just a blank look, like they were still processing it.

it was silent for a long time before ingeniumu cleared his throat and looked up, everyone seeing the ghost of tears in his eyes, "we have to call h-headquarters," his voice cracked but he stood tall, he would make a great captain one day, even with his pushover attitude.

you were crowded in the cafeteria, a computer resting on the table with headquarters on the line.

"im sorry to say this but you have an imposter."

you shook your head, you refused to believe it, how could these people, your FRIENDS, who you've lived with for a year, how could they be imposters?

though you shouldnt be surprised, the league has been gaining members, rarely any ship didnt have at least ONE imposter, some even having as much as three, you just thought you guys were the exception.

"twice, hawks, you searched thirteens body correct?" a voice came through the screen.

"yes sir," hawks quietly muttered.

"was everything in place?"

"he didnt have the vent key."

the vent key, really easy to pass through, was originally made for people to quickly go from room to rooms, but after the rise of imposters who started using it to sneak up on people, only one person was allowed to use it per day.

the voice cursed, "very well." a sigh could be heard, "well you know the drill," you did, you just didnt like it, "if you suspect someone, send them out and let them die," you gulped.

you didnt know if you could do that, even knowing that someone here murdered thirteen, you learned to care for each of them, even weirdo itchy snatch tomura. you didnt know if you could just send them into space to suffocate. even the thought made you sick.

"until then, we'll need you to finish your tasks fast, we'll have you home by the end of the day, which means the imposter will probably try to kill faster today. watch out." with that a beep was heard, signaling that you were disconnected.

a grim silence filled the room.

hawks finally spoke up, "which one of you assholes did it?"

dabi glared at the taller man, "fuck you dude, how do we know you didnt do it?"

hawks took a step closer, "bold accusations from someone who seems to hate everyone!"

"why would I kill one of the only people I actually like in this shithole?"

"because he had the vent key dumbass!"

"hey!" twice yelled.

hawks glowered at him, "oh yeah, how could we forget twice here? you found the body right? meaning you were the last one to see him? why DID you decide to check on him huh?"

"why would I come to you guys then?!"

"i dunno, to throw off suspicion maybe?"

you finally snapped "stop it!" everyone's heads shot towards you, "thirteen is dead," you choked out, "and I know thay we're all upset but we just have to finish today's tasks and then we're back home, okay?"

everyone stared, until deku started nodding, "y-yeah! just today's tasks left! then we'll go home and catch the imposter and we'll be fine!"

"what makes you so sure we'll catch him once we get home idiot?"

deku stared up confusingly at kaachan, "dont we have cameras?"

ingeniumu looked at his friend "obviously deku but whatre you getting at?"

"our cameras have memory sticks," shoto spoke up quietly, "when they're connected into one of headquarters machines, you can access all of what it caught,"

deku nodded rapidly, "exactly!"

your eyes lit up, "deku your a genius!" you grabbed his head and gave him a big smooch on the forehead, leaving him a red and stuttering mess.

dabi tsk'ed, "c'mere,' he grabbed you hand and pulled you towards him, wrapping you hands around you and resting his head on your shoulder.

you rolled your eyes playfully at his jealous nature.

"fine. we finish our task but if another person is found dead we're booting someone off." with that, hawks stormed off.

you tried not to go too harsh on him, you knew hawks looked up to thirteen, and beneath that cocky demeanor, he really was soft.

knowing that though, you couldnt help but feel some fear and resentment.

fear because you didnt think you could kill off one of your own and resentment because you knew hawks would make you do exactly that.

"we should have a plan," ingeniumu speaks up, "4 groups of two who continue on and do their tasks, and I think twice should be on security, just incase the imposter attacks again," everyone nods.

"i'll go with wonder," dabi states, already grabbing your hand,

"dont you think you'll get distracted with...other things?" tomura smirks, dabi clenching your hand in his.

"fuck. off."

"oo feisty~"

dabi glares, "yknow you dont really seem to care much that thirteens dead!"

tomura's eyes flash a dangerous color and he leans forward.

"the FUCK did you just say?"

"you heard me you fucking incel,"

"stop!" ingeniumu yells, "tomura is right, you guys do get quite distracted, wonder is with hawks, dabi your with shoto. ill go with tomura and that leaves deku and kaachan, with twice on security. let's go!"

dabi grumbles but goes with his brother as you lightly kiss him on the cheek and go with hawks.

you cant help but think about how amazing that kid is gonna be when hes older as a captain of his own ship.

you and hawks head off, both of you checking your list and stopping by rooms, the other waiting as they finish their task and repeating, until hawks sighed.

"how are you dating that asshole?"

you laugh, "hes not too bad once he likes you,"

"and what? he just doesn't like me?"

"exactly."

"what if he didnt like thirteen?" your smile drops instantly.

"hawks..."

"I'm just saying!"

"well STOP saying! I know dabi and he wouldnt betray me like that, so whatever accusations you have against MY boyfriend, I dont wanna here it," you scowl as you check your notebook, and started heading forward, "c'mon. I have to do wires in electrical."

hawks stayed quiet through the walk, as you stormed forward, wanting to get as much away from him as possible without ACTUALLY losing him. if you were being honest you were scared of going off alone.

as you walked in electrical you instantly went towards the wires, not noticing hawks standing in the doorway,

"wonder?"

"yes hawks?" you snap.

"I just saw someone vent." you pause and turn around.

"where and who?!"

"I dont know! I just saw the vent close when we walked in here and since Thirteen had the key before he died, that means that only the imposter can vent!"

"fuck! why would they vent though?!"

hawks paused. "maybe they killed someone again."

tears filled your eyes as you started searching the dark room, almost tripping over something, you only briefly looked up but you choked back a sob.

it was a foot.

"hawks!"

he came running towards you from behind the wall and saw the foot, gulping as he turned on the flashlight.

there say ingeniumu, with his throat slashed.

you couldnt hold back the cry that left your throat as hawks pulled you in for a hug, mostly to hide his own tears.

"what's going on in here?" you heard dabi's voice and you lifted you head to see him and shoto.

he looked mad but when hawks gestured with his flashlight towards the body, the brief flash letting both of the boys see, dabi understood.

"c'mere baby," he grabbed you quickly and held you tight as you sobbed into his chest, dabi looked up at his brother, "shoto can you call a meeting?" he asked softly. you assumed shoto nodded because there were no other words spoken.

there you all sat again, in cafeteria.

you were sniffling as dabi played with your hair, you holding shoto close as he leaned into you, still in shock of seeing his friend's lifeless corpse like that.

deku stood tall and didnt bother to hide the tears streaming down his face and even kaachan was caught sniffling a bit.

twice sat quietly in the corner, with his elbows on his knees.

hawks though, was red in the face from anger. and the victim of his anger was none other than tomura.

"you were teamed up with him fuckface!"

tomura simply shrugged, "I got bored and wanted to check on twice, see if he was alive,"

"well he is! but your partner fucking isnt!" hawks jammed his finger against the other mans chest, "and I think YOURE the cause!"

tomura raised his eyebrows, "I was with twice, right twice?" he did a 180 to stare hard at twice who looked up slightly and slowly nodded. that seemed to please tomura though as he turned back around, "see?"

"that doesnt mean shit! you were supposed to be with him!"

"but I wasnt."

"but you WERE! that's why the kid is dead!"

"I say we vote." shoto's voice was muffled by your neck and dabi's chest, where he was currently crammed in, but it was still intelligible.

you raise your head and wipe a few stray tears, "I think that's smart sho,"

you all nod and murmur in agreement.

"fine then. let's vote." hawks glares at tomura one last time, "who says skip?"

tomura, twice and shoto raise their hands.

"i dont think theres enough evidence." shoto explains and you nod, quietly telling him that theres nothing wrong with his belief.

hawks has a slight triumph look on his face, "who says that tomura is a fucking psychopath who likes to murder children!"

"murder a child. thirteen is practically twice my age" tomura corrects, "and besides I didn't do it."

hawks rolls his eyes, "whatever, everyone just vote."

you, dabi, hawks, deku and kaachan raise your hand, making you guys the winner.

"perfect." hawks drags tomura over to the ejecting room, usually used for heavier garbage that didnt fit in the disposal.

as you all surrounding the glass wall that separated you and tomura you cried a bit more.

sure you hated this dude but you still KNEW him!

"anything left to say sicko?" hawks glared at the smiling tomura.

"maybe you arent as much of a bird brain as I thought hawks. good job, you win," he does a slight bow like this was a performance before hawks pulls the lever, tomura's body flying out before hawks closed it again.

"he admitted to it." deku stated simply.

"yeah."

you snuggled deeper into the warm arms around you as the automatic dim lights in your room turned on, meaning to simulate sunlight.

"morning babe," a groggy voice from behind you said, making you turn around almost as if on instinct to smile at the man.

"morning dabi~" you lightly teased, calling him by his codename, resulting in a chuckled that shook his chest, which you were currently resting on.

as he looked up from you he squinted his eyes, "i dont wanna get up, I just wanna stay with you"

you blush but laugh it off, "cmon loverboy, we have our daily tasks to do," you try to raise yourself onto your elbows only to be pushed back down against his chest. you laugh, "touya!"

he smirks at you, "oh so NOW it touya? i thought i was just dabi," he grabs you by the waist a flips you, tickling your sides.

"t-t-touya!" tears had begun to escape your eyes, "ple-please touya! let me go!" you gasped in between laughs, even touya throwing in a few chuckle before stopping, finally letting you breathe.

"you better not scream that too loud or else we'll have to get scolded by that kid again," he sniggered, leaving you lightly chucking too.

you TECHNICALLY werent supposed to know anyone's names, everyone going by code names to protect your identity from imposters, who were basically moles sent by an organization know as the league, lame name you know, but they were pissed with headquarters, they thought they treated us like guinea pigs by sending us out into space all the time.

you and touya of course hadn't listened to any of the rules about relationships or closeness.

but there was others on this ship, 8 others to be exact, half of them were pretty young, just interns straight out of school.

one was the little brother of the intergalactic space traveler ingenium, who was very VERY serious about rule breaking.

one time you had accidently started to call touya well, touya but you had stopped yourself. no one else cared, they already knew of their crewmates relationship, they were just glad you didnt actually slip up. ingeniumu on the other hand was very upset that you had exchange names.

you had to convince dabi to not tell him that it was because it was weird moaning out a codename during sex.

then there was touya's little brother, shoto, who didnt care that by knowing his brothers full name you knew half of his by default, considering he chose his 'codename' to be his literal first name. you didnt quite know how he got away with that but you assumed that due to touya and shoto's dad being a higher up, he could do whatever the hell he wanted.

then of course there was skittish but snappy deku and loud and cocky 'king explosion murder', who literally everyone refuses to call him and just decides on 'kaachan' which is what deku calls him.

overall the newbies werent too bad, you were mostly annoyed by the pro, tomura.

it was actually what caused you and dabi to get so close, the mutual annoyance of that stupid bastard.

once you and dabi got dressed in your crewmate uniform (which was just a jumpsuit that everyone had their own color, dabi being purple and you being pink) you walked into the cafeteria and sat at the table, dabi quickly wrapping his arm around your shoulder.

"hello lovebirds," tomura knowingly cackled, giving you guys, more specifically dabi, a certain look.

dabi rolled his eyes "shove off virgin,"

you hid your laugh behind a cough, and smiled at tomura, "hi to you too,"

you might not LIKE tomura, but he was higher up in levels than you, meaning you have to respect him, something that dabi, who was on his same level, didnt have to.

"kaachan what's a virgin?" deku looks up at his friend, considering he seemed to be the king of insults, he probably knew what all of them were.

"woah kid, maybe talk to your friend about that in private," hawks, another higher up, walked up into the conversation a little too late but smirked.

"shut it bird brain!" kaachan yelled, yes technically hawks was his higher up, yes technically that meant kaachan needed to respect him. you and dabi werent the only ones who broke the technicalities.

hawks just smirked and plopped down next to you, meaning you were squished between your boyfriend and the dude your boyfriend hates.

your boyfriend didnt like a lot of people on the ship.

dabi hates kaachan (too loud), hawks (too cocky), tomura (too gross), deku (too peppy), ingeniumu (too stuck up) and he only semi stands thirteen, dabi could really only like his brother when he first came on, which made it even more surprising that he took a liking to you, enough of a liking to open up and date you.

"morning wonder," wonder was your codename, everyone called you that, even dabi when you werent behind closed doors.

you smiled, "morning hawks!" dabi clenched his jaw and looked away, something that didnt go unnoticed by you.

you leant into his ear, "i cant say goodmorning to you if you kept me up all night," you pulled back to see a smirk playing on his lips.

it was true, you probably only got an hour sleep that night.

he leant in to kiss you, both your helmets not on yet so you could eat, and anticipation filled you.

and of course tomura had to ruin it with his shit eating smile, "stop flirting you two,"

dabi paused and growled a bit, "the fuck did I say before virgin?" it came out less like a question and more like a threat to shut up, probably because it was.

"c'mon, you only have a little while before your baby brother comes, you dont wanna scar him do you~"

"its fine if they kiss, that's what people in relationships do." shoto's stoic voice said as he sat down in between dabi and deku, his usual seat. "plus it's not like I havent seen them in worse positions," you blushed and hid your head in your hands,

"shoto!"

he just shrugged.

everyone was there except thirteen, the seatings the same as always, with you and dabi practically on top of eachother, shoto next to dabi, then deku, kaachan, ingeniumu, tomura, twice, and then hawks, who next to you, completed the circle.

nobody had their helmets on, all waiting for thirteen to walk in with breakfast.

even though you werent supposed to gain connections to anyone on the ship, you all seemed to fall in rhythm with eachother and if even one person was off, you all were.

"thirteen's taking extra long..." deku muttered the rest agreeing,

"i dunno, is it someone's birthday? maybe he wanted to make someone a birthday breakfast," hawks shrugged.

"WE'RE NOT SUPPOSED TO GIVE OUT PERSONAL INFORMATION LIKE BIRTHDAYS!"

"shut up, bird brain was just asking,"

"JUST BECAUSE I NAMED MYSELF AFTER A VERY FEIRCE BIRD DOESNT MEAN YOU HAVE TO CALL ME BIRDBRAIN!"

"it kinda does."

"it's better than dabi! what even is a dabi?"

"you dont have to name yourself after something that already exists hawks," twice spoke up.

"and even so, you didnt have to pick something stupid like hawks, wonder over here did a fantastic job at that," dabi smirked at you as you rolled your eyes, a smile playing on your lips.

"you only say that because your dating her dumbass!"

twice rolled his eyes, "im gonna go check on thirteen, see what the hold up is,"

"oh please you cant talk 'king explosion murder', it sounds like a fucking kid named you, which I guess if you picked your name.." kaachan grew red at what touya was implying and stood up

touya too stood up, making your arm that was resting on his shoulder fall off, "oh yeah? I'd like to see you try!"

"kaachan! dont start stuff you cant finish!"

kaachan turned to deku and started yelling at him, where you just laughed and pulled dabi down, once again wrapping your arms around him.

"yeah dabi, dont start stuff you can't finish," you teased.

"oh you KNOW i could finish that," dabi wraps his arms around your waist pulling you closer to him til you were almost on top of him.

"whatever you say loverboy," dabi smirks at you, before turning his attention towards his brother.

"have you heard from dad yet?" shoto's aura around him darkened, and yours had just saddened.

"no."

touya had explained how the great endeavor had treated his children after you had gone on a tangent about how cool it was that touya had THE endeavor as a parent. you didnt think it was so cool after.

while shoto was still angry, and going through the rebellious stage determined to prove his dad wrong and win, touya always seemed like he didnt care, like he already won against endeavor some how.

a frantic twice ran into the room, looking disheveled and frightened, making everyone alert instantly.

"twice what's wr-"

"its th-thirteen! hes- hes DEAD!"
