Lore related post kinda

A little dream Ive had since I was, like, 17, was drawing webtoons/manga :] Currently I got 2 stories : A horror/Apocalyptic one and a Slice of life one/existencial horror one (yes i love horror and thrillers)

My horror/Apocalyptic story is about 'Young adults struggling to live their daily life in a capitalistic world who hasn't yet destroyed itself completely, when strange creatures starts to appear out of nowhere.' I mostly want that story to focus on the relationships btw those Ocs, and the various situations they'll end up being forced in and how they will survive those settings. I love the contrast btw Horror and Cozy, the fact that those 2 can't exist without the other, I want to do my best to write that story with that in mind.

I like to create monsters; I always keep in mind that those are creatures and that creatures have to each their own physiology and goals

In this story, I currently have 6 'main' Ocs : Kah, Soraya, Hyun-soo, Mike, Alora and Anastasia.

I haven't been able to draw all their chara-sheet for Artfight this year but here are some :

In my mind Kah tends to be the "main" character, when i imagine that story, I often narrate it through her POV, though i want that story to have multiple POVs thoughout the plot

Soraya, Anastasia and Hyun-soo have had a lot of chara redesign, i currently have no drawing of Soraya and Anastasia that are to date, i only changed Hyun-soo's name tho, formely called "Damo" (some drawings of him : )

More about their personnality on my Artfight (that ill try to update regularly so that next year, every Ocs i have would be on here :] )

Their relationships will evolve throughout the story, from strangers, for some, to friends to family. I havent drawn a relationship chart yet. At the begining of the story :

Kah is best friend with Soraya, Soraya just entered a romantic relationship with Hyun-soo, Kah kinda knows Hun-soo, they've seen each other before when Soraya invited both of them to hang out.

Alora, Mike and Anastasia are later introduced in the story.

I haven't published any chapters anywhere yet cuz im still figuring out the plot, and i sadly dont have a planning yet cuz of work and all that, tho ill try to post more about my stories here and on some other socials media, it was more fun than i thought to write all that :D

Questions and ideas about anything are welcomed !

(I'll try to talk next about my other story I think :p )
