to add a more personal touch to our blog, we have decided to share our fondest memories from infancy to adolescence ♡

📹 memories: infancy

My mom told me that this was my first time going swimming. I don’t remember this of course but I know I looked really cute for sure. I feel like ever since I was a baby I’ve always enjoyed the beach. I loved playing in the sand and being in the water. My family lives near the sea so I would always get to go swim and have fun.Now that I am older, the beach has become one of my favorite places to go.

📹 memories: early childhood

This photo was taken during our vacation in our grandmother's house in Mindanao. I was 5 years old and it was my sister's birthday that day and she received a camera as a gift and we decided to do some photoshoot.

📹 memories: middle & late childhood

This was during our trip in Singapore. I was 8 years old at that time. We visited the Butterfly Park. Ofc, what I'm holding in the picture is not a butterfly but a parrot. Birds were also featured in that park. I learned a lot from that trip and most importantly, I had fun.

📹 memories: adolescence

this was from way back march this year, which was the very last time i experienced the normalcy before the pandemic ultimately settled its weight on the world. 

as i bid good-bye to my final year of adolescence, i realized how most of my time was allotted to spending it with friends and self-discovery, and how these memories are the ones i hold most dear especially in the most recent years — in the time where i am not young nor old, just.. warmly somewhere in between. i have been able to form genuine friendships along the way, been able to explore things which have made me known better, and most importantly, been able to acknowledge and begin to understand the depths of my being as i continue to in the unfamiliar space of early adulthood.
