hey Daniel fob is getting sued by the company that made the llama fur suits because they didn't have permission to use them in anything but the y&m video and honestly it's what they deserve for exploiting abusive symbolism like i love fob and it sucks that they're being sued but they had it coming

i definitely think fob took it too far with the llama suits after they realized their supposed popularity among fans even though it was just coincidental with the celebration of a new era. i read the whole plaintiff document and it’s interesting for sure but it’s always going to come off as incriminating from one side in a legal dispute so i’m very interested in seeing what comes from the defendant on the issue

it’s going to ultimately come down to copyright and also fine print with the commission paperwork/information exchange cause it’s been a conveniently long two years since the suits were initially even commissioned. that’s a long time to not be aware of what’s going on when they blatantly emailed about repairs and were suggested that they’d need another set durable enough for a tour

hey bro remember that fob concert i went to at the beginning of October? well my friend just reminded me that as we were clearing out of the stadium after, i saw a person with a rainbow flag so i shouted "fob is for the gays" and everyone nearby cheered. im not making this up dude
