Yes! Even a sensation as simple as a feather against the skin can be heightened using hypnosis, as the act of hypnosis is entirely about the changing of perception. As far as the particulars, let's run through situations that might apply (and see if I can give a helpful answer).

If you have a tist (online or in-person), whether or not you have toys, this is easily doable. Hypnosis can be used to heighten sensations, even those formed from suggestions alone.
