Well I'm new here and I don't really know how to use Tumblr.

But I really wanna clear my doubts about SHIFTING REALITIES.

I see people say that there are parallel universes or multiverse and there are infinite realities and what we want already exists in some reality. And while shifting we shift our consciousness to the reality we desire.

So my confusions are kind of:

When we shift, we shift our consciousness to our desired self in our DR. So we only shift our consciousness and not our physical body? If so then what happens to this CR physical body? When we shift to our DR what happens to this CR?

Actually I have literally not understood how shifting happens. Like I believe it's true and I'm not telling I doubt that it's not real. I really believe. I just wanna know how it happens. Like we close eyes, relax, affirm etc, do some methods and then open eyes and boom!? Shifted? Like few minutes ago we were something different.. our body, environment, our everything! and suddenly after few minutes we're something different? With desired body and all? Like magic? So this is magic? Or it is what it is? Or this is how it works?

I have seen people share their results of shifting through void. Like they got into void state at night and there they affirmed what they want and then slept. Then in morning they wake up in their DR. So this is how it happens?

Some get into void and just affirm what they want to manifest (not to shift). As 3D is an illusion and shows past reflections only, 3D delays a bit to confirm the 4D (imagination). So they affirm in void and just relax in their 3D. And they soon manifest their DR in 3D reality.

Well the (4) is not what I m confused in but is what I understand.
