You assume it on knowing that it has already happened. There is no “how” because it is not an effort, it is a natural state. You simply know that you already have it. In the same way that you know your name without having to constantly reaffirm it, you know that you already have everything you want.
If you feel yourself questioning or doubting, go back to the feeling of already being the person who has it. Ask yourself: If I already had it all right now, how would I feel? How would I think? What would I do? And just embody that version of you.
Just affirm it, feel it and don't contradict it. And if you have to do something contrary or think something contrary, >know< in the exactly same way that it doesn't change anything. Accept that It's simple and easy.

In imagination, nothing is hard or easy, everything just is. And so, learn to just be without littering it with fear, doubt, worry, urgency, impatience and what not. Ponder upon it, when you imagine, isn't everything already so? And is it not already so, now? Isn't that what you are yearning for? So why do you reject it? Because its 'not real'? Because 'it's just imagination'? Because 'It's not clothed in the 3d form yet'? Neville says you must yield to it, no questions asked and he says If you judge after appearances, you will continue to be enslaved by them. All these doubts arise when you try to feel the wish fulfilled while still thinking in terms of the 3D, still not letting it go, still not letting it be. No, you must let go of it, fully. Its like you're hugging the 4D while your pinky is linked with the 3D behind your back. You must pick one. And it must be the inner world, if you truly wish to be fulfilled for it is the only place that truly fulfills you without conditions and qualifications. Remember, what you wish for is not too far fetched, not impossible, not improbable. In fact, what you seek for is seeking you. Imagination is all giving regardless of how big or small you think your desire is, regardless of how hard and easy you think it is because In imagination, nothing is hard or easy, everything just is.

this is getting unbelievably annoying. i honestly don’t understand why people gotta complicate shit so much. maybe it’s just THAT simple that people can’t just accept that it is. not only is it simple, but also meant to be experienced differently.
any method or technique works. anything works. everything works. i think so many people have forgotten that not everyone has the same exact brain as they do. we are all extremely different. different childhoods. different beliefs. different traumas. different circumstances. different will power. different upbringings. different brain capacities. different limiting beliefs. different capabilities. different levels of sensitivity. we’re all not the same. even if we are all connected to one consciousness, we’re different on a human level.
someone who has been severely abused as a child will not be the same as someone who wasn’t. another person can also go through the same childhood and be completely different. you can’t expect someone who is depressed to be more motivated and open than someone who isn’t. i’m not saying that we should accept anything we view as negative about ourselves, but some people genuinely believe that deciding something is just that easy for everyone.
methods and techniques aren’t just used for manifestation. they’re used to help YOU manifest in a way that is suitable to you and how your brain functions. affirming isn’t bad. visualizing isn’t bad. whatever method isn’t bad. it’s all about bringing your awareness to your desire. if you keep affirming, you bring awareness to your desire. you are normalizing this desire in your mind by repetition. this is literally how so many people get brainwashed into believing anything; by repetition. some people have extreme limiting beliefs for multiple reasons and need to keep repeating shit until it becomes a more common “thought” for them than the undesirable one and is more engraved in their awareness. some people find it hard to just decide. and that’s okay. do whatever tf you feel comfortable with and suits YOUR mind. you can have it and still affirm that you do. your subconscious isn’t gonna be like woah this mf is affirming about something they already have ? well that means they don’t have it .. bfr. your subconscious mind isn’t your narcissistic toxic ex so please stop treating it as such. i affirm for things i already have. sometimes i look at my jacket in my closet and keep repeating in my mind that i have this lovely jacket and i’m happy i do. hell i can even annoy the shit out of everyone around me and sing about it in the most annoying voice ever. my boyfriend is the sweetest person i’ve ever met yet i constantly tell myself that he’s so sweet over and over in my head. it’s seriously not that deep y’all. some people have more inner dialogues than visuals or imagery in their heads and vice versa. some people can even do both at the same time. (that’s how my brain works) it really depends on you and what is natural to you.
you can visualize without emotions. why ? because some people generally don’t feel that much emotions to begin with. when you visualize, you gotta be yourself. how’d you feel if you received roses ? me personally, i’d smile a lot and feel loved. someone else might not feel that. they’d probably just appreciate it and that’s it. how would YOU feel and act when you’re visualizing and having your desire. that’s it. and honestly, it’s mostly just about knowing and living in the end more than anything. i visualized a lot of things without feeling anything. i just kept telling myself that what i’m visualizing is my actual reality and got them. you can visualize however you want.
let me make it simple for you. there is no separation and everything is instant. your 3d and 4d are the same but your 4d is within your control and is your actual reality (contrary to what you’ve been raised to believe) and it is reflected in your 3d. everything is you and you’re everything. whatever reality you choose to identify with in your 4d is your actual reality and has no choice but to be reflected in your 3d because it’s just a mirror. you’re welcome.
self concept is important, yes. do you need it ? no. will it help you a lot ? yes. and to achieve your ideal self concept— well, it depends on you. are you someone who can just decide who you want to be or would methods help you achieve this self concept ? whatever feels comfortable to you, do it. whatever will help you reach your goal do it. some people can’t just decide and that’s okay. exactly like how some people can calm themselves down in a second while others might need to take a few breaths first until they gradually are able to calm down without needing to do so.
honestly so many people are starting to not make any sense. you can and can’t do anything at the same time ? or tell you that you’re limitless yet limit you and fill your mind with so many limited beliefs. do whatever feels comfortable and whatever continues to bring your awareness to your desires. when i say just decide, persist, and “be” in my posts, all i mean is decide, persist, and be who you want to be in your own way or the way most suitable to YOU !

The path ahead is only uncertain because you are.



You have probably read it a million times, you control the 3D, you've also probably doubted it a million times. Why do you keep giving in to the 3D? Why do you continuously search for validation? Why do you keep asking yourself where it is?
The answer is simple, you still believe the 3D to be the true reality. You refuse to even entertain the idea that it can be wrong. "Ok but I don't have it" Says who? The 3D? The 3D is only saying it because you are.
If you never listen to another word I say listen to me now:
The reason you're struggling is because you see the physical world as immovable and final. The 3d is MALLEABLE and CANNOT exist if you do not validate it.
The SECOND you decide something is yours IT IS. STOP looking for validation from the 3D when the ONLY real validation comes from you.
Be honest with yourself is the 3D really "resisting" you or are you resisting the idea that your desire is FACT. So many people get stuck on this because they don't realize that yes, deciding you have it IS ENOUGH.
And because I get the same comment every time I tell people they already have it:
before you comment "where is it then", it isn't here because you do not hold the assumption that it is.
"Oh but I do" No. If you did truly believe you have it you would never argue with me to say that you don't.
Your subconscious will believe anything you tell it and produce proof of what you're telling it into your reality. So stop telling it you're struggling to manifest, if you say you're successful you are.

So this method.... Is pretty self explanatory ig. You gotta be dramatic and my dramatic self probably have been using this since forever but I just gave it a name and now I'm making a post 😃. This can be used for anything: manifesting, shifting, void, even lucid dreaming.
Tested and proven y'all 👏🏻 manifested a bunch of Pokémon cards with this 💀 and Lucid dreamt. I'm gonna use it for all these things too so goodluck to ya too <3

Manifestation steps ✿˖˚ ༘𐙚
Decide what you want ofc
Be dramatic about it 👽 eg. "OMG I have my df what do I do?? I'm not ready for suddenly being the centre of attention duh 😩💅🏻"
If doubts or circumstances or whatever comes up.... 🥁 BE DRAMATIC AGAIN! "Ugh I can't believe this doubt is so blinded by my df beauty that it can't even see that i already manifested it smh 😔✨ but whoever does see it is blessed tho"
And if you have ANY QUESTIONS-, like literally think of it, any questions that you have....... Done? So the answer to that is be dramatic 😌
Shifting steps ✿˖˚ ༘𐙚
Decide a DR cuz my ahh keeps switching them but I'm telling you deciding one is good
Be dramatic about it 😃 while doing the method (or throughout the day idk do whatever you want) so during the method of your choice visualise your dr and be dramatic like idk cry that you finally shifted and then while you were crying you hear a knock on your door and you quickly wipe your tears and brace yourself for meeting your dr people and think of dramatic scenarios ig. so feel the emotions
And you've shifted!!!!! OMG congratulations and i need a storytime IDC if you have a blog or not. And in case you wake up back in your CR/OR (possibility: super rare cuz you a master shifter bish- biscuit) just be dramatic again like "OMG tch the 3d is so slow like why am I SO good at this? I'm so good that the 3d haven't even caught up yet. Smh" and persist 😌 you're already in your DR remember 4d is more real than the 3d

This is kinda same as shifting except when you're lying down to induce the state, tell yourself how good you are and how fast you get in the void it's insane "bruh i always wake up in the void state and wonder why's everything pitch black 🙄💀 like duh I'm a master at this. But yk sometimes everyone forgets, okay? it's not my fault i suddenly became conscious and saw nothing but blackness. But anyways now that I'm going again, i'mma decide what I wanna manifest today. Another day another SLAY"
And while doing whatever you do just talk to yourself like you're already in the void or distract yourself while also being dramatic like scenarios or just thinking and forgetting you're even entering cuz you already have.
Lucid dreaming steps ✿˖˚ ༘𐙚

Guess who just came up with a new super simple "method" to help people affirm and shift to their desired realities!!!
(I'll give you a hint. It's me.)
So, obviously we all know that methods are absolutely unnecessary when it comes to shifting. Like COMPLETELY unnecessary. They're just tools to help, but they aren't what make you shift. YOU make you shift.
But with that being said, I did just think of something that I believe will help a lot of people. Because we all know that there are still a lot of shifters that overcomplicate shifting, even if they aren't intending to. I think some people aren't even aware of it. But when you try for a super long time, I think some people subconsciously think it's more difficult than it is and struggle to believe that they'll shift during their attempt, even if they do believe in shifting. So I thought of this last night, and I think a lot of people will find it useful because it makes it feel a lot less complicated and lower stakes (in my personal opinion).
So I was thinking last night about how weird it is that I struggle with lucid dreaming more (don't worry, this is not about the lucid dream method), even though I have always had super vivid dreams my whole life and will even sometimes find myself in a dream partially aware that it's a dream, but still not really lucid. And I was thinking about how many times I've had dreams based on just thoughts I had before bed or like content I was interacting with before I fell asleep. Like I'll watch something and it'll be in my dreams, or I'll think of someone and they'll be in my dreams.
So I started thinking, why not use that to my advantage? I'm not even talking about using it to lucid dream and using the lucid dream method. I feel like that might work for some people, but it hasn't worked for me. No, this is much simpler. I was thinking, why not think of a specific thing to incorporate into the dream and when you see it in the dream, you know you'll shift. Hear me out for a second because this might be a bit hard for me to explain.
My theory for this method sort of follows the theory that sometimes when you're dreaming about your desired reality, you've actually shifted to that reality but you don't realize because you woke up in your cr. So dreaming is a process that involves your consciousness. Shifting is also something that involves your consciousness. When you communicate an idea to your subconscious, it holds onto that and it's part of how you get the dreams that you have. So for example, if you set your intention to have part of your dream take place in a grocery store, you can tell yourself that when you have that dream, you are in your desired reality. That your consciousness will know that when you dream that you're in a grocery store, you're actually in your desired reality and you will wake up there.
It's sort of like the lucid dream method, except you don't have to worry about the step of becoming lucid. Because I know part of the lucid dream method that a lot of people follow is that they'll make a portal and they'll shift through the portal. But a lot of people will use the lucid dream method to just set the intention of waking up in their desired reality and affirm to themselves that they're just dreaming in their desired reality at that moment. So it's like that, except you don't even have to become lucid.
So basically, all you have to do is think of something before bed. It can be a person, a place, an object, whatever. You could think of being in a store, or a friends house, or an open field, or think of talking to your s/o, or a family member, or a friend, or you could be around lava lamps, or a sword, or a basketball. Whatever. Just relax before you go to bed and affirm to yourself that something will be in your dream and let it happen. And maybe you'll become lucid too, which would also be great because then you can use the lucid dream method. But you don't have to. Just trust that it'll happen and that your consciousness will know that once you see xyz in your dream, that you are in your desired reality already.
I thought of this because I was thinking about how many times I've just thought of something and then it ended up in my dreams and I realized a good practice for affirming/setting intentions would be to just affirm what I want to see in my dreams and let it happen. But then I took it a step further and thought about applying it to shifting. It is a super simple, low stakes, lazy girl method. You don't have to do anything except relax, trust yourself, and dream. No laying in a specific position, no counting to 100, no subliminals or anything necessary (unless you want).
I just think it's such a great practice for anyone who has any doubts. I mean, you know that dreaming is real, right? You know that when you sleep at night, you'll be able to dream, right? So you can at the very least practice setting your intentions for your dreams. So even if you end up not waking up in your desired reality, you're at least getting in practice for affirming and setting your intention. And if you can do it in a dream, you can do it for shifting. Because it's all just tied to your consciousness.
A step by step example for anyone who needs a little extra clarity-
(And remember to take what resonates and leave what doesn't. You can do whatever feels right for yourself.)
Step one: do what you normally do to go to bed. You don't have to do anything extra unless you want to do anything extra. Do whatever you need to do to relax. I enjoy watching asmr before bed until I start feeling super relaxed and like I could fall asleep and then I'll turn on rain noises or brown noise or something like that to keep me in a relaxed state.
Step two: as you're relaxed, start thinking about what you want to see in your dream before you fall asleep. For this example, we'll say that I want it to snow in my dream. So I'll affirm to myself that it will snow in my dream. I'll say things like "I want it to snow in my dream" "at some point, it will be snowing in my dream" "it will be snowy in my dreams tonight" etc. Just do whatever works best for you.
Step three: as you start affirming and setting your intention, start incorporating shifting. Tell yourself that when you have that dream, you'll know you've shifted and you will wake up in your desired reality. I'd tell myself things like "when it's snowing in my dreams, I know I'm in my desired reality" "I am already asleep and dreaming in my desired reality" "I will wake up in my desired reality" "when I see the snow, I am already there" etc. Again, just say whatever you want.
Step four: go to sleep. That's it. Think about snow as you fall asleep (or whatever you want) and just trust yourself. This is a sleep method. Don't worry about "symptoms." There are no symptoms. Shifting is not a physical process. Don't worry about shifting while you're doing the method. You will shift in your sleep and wake up in your desired reality. That is the point. Trust yourself and really, genuinely believe that it will happen. Honestly, try not to even think about the act of shifting and focus more on just knowing that you'll wake up in your desired reality. Trust that when you're dreaming, you are dreaming in your desired reality.
If you decide to try this, let me know how it goes and how you like it. Remember, methods are not at all necessary to shift. And if you don't feel like this resonates with you, you don't need to try it at all. I just like it because it's simple, just like shifting is. You don't need elaborate methods. Just trust and intention.

⌇ᝰ ⋆ Imagine that you are at a beach at night, imagine yourself stepping on the sand, imagine the wind hitting you, the sound of the waves, the calm, the stars and the moon in the sky, the calm waves, how does it feels like?
Now look at the sea, pay attention to it and realize that, this sea, is not a regular one, its THE consciousness sea.
*The consciousness has no forms, no place, consciousness just is. In consciousness (you) is where everything resides, it is where all possibilities, realities, manifestations and etc live and meet. Consciousness, like the sea, is infinite, vast, and serene.
Imagine that, Within this sea, is were everything comes together, all of your DR's, all manifestations, all possibilities, all realities, every single thing, In short, where everything and nothing just is and resides. Now close your eyes, mentalize your dream life, your desired reality, Or a specific manifestation, whatever, just mentalize something you want.
Now imagine yourself diving into this sea, imagine that while you dive, you are embodying that version of yourself that has what you want/your "self" from your dr (there is no isolated self!), Enjoy, swim or just dive, do whatever you want, take your time. When you're done, feeling like it's been enough, get out of the sea, and now you know that version of you that had nothing? That hadn't shifted? It's gone, now there is only the you who gets everything/who shifts when you wants.
If you prefer, you can sleep or live your life normally, do it whenever you want. But SAY GOODBYE to your empty self, hell, you can even listen a sad music as a funeral to your old self! Well, Just say goodbye to your empty self, and just live and embrace the state of your self that has everything.

hibernation ; the hypnagogic state .*•

tldr ; the hypnagogic state is just a form of hibernation — you’re not embarking on the ridiculously complex journey of trying to tap into states, that may be the fact of what is happening, but in the simplest of terms, you’re just a fuzzy forest creature in rest mode
every time i’ve ever shifted, it’s always been via the hypnagogic state
and ironically enough, i found that the moment i recognised this fact was also the moment it became difficult to “tap into”
funny how that works, right?
you finally understand something, you can pin point the constellation of the path you take, you can put a name to what was once just a feeling
but in doing so, you’ve removed the effortlessness of the act, at least that’s what happened to me
suddenly i was become hyper aware of every movement, every tremor, ever twitch. it was like the natural reactions to my slowly relaxing body were being headlined with a giant blazing siren in my head
everything became noticeable and nothing was ignored
in other words, i was overstimulated to the point of wanting to pull my hair out
this is when things just got more difficult — why wasn’t i falling asleep? why was everything so loud? why were the stumbles and struggles of this reality become unbearably heavy when i knew what it felt like to release them into a mental ether, to feel weightless and yet grounded at once?
i wanted that feeling back
this is where i come to hibernation aka ❝a state of minimal activity❞
we learn about hibernation in school, about how animals like bears or hedgehogs go through a period of “sleep” where they become inactive in the winter
but in actuality, these animals aren’t sleeping, they’re merely existing in relaxation — conserving energy, letting their mind and body and (technically) their temperature regulate
when a bear hibernates in the winter, it does so with the expectation that spring will arrive and it can return to the world, anew
don’t be worried about the how, the when, the where — there’s no need for details — details are already thrust upon you when you’re out in the world, why subject yourself to specifics when you could instead slip into peaceful slumber?
yes, the explanation for what you are doing is tapping into the hypnagogic state, but don’t let the words scare you, it’s not that hard
there can be more than one explanation, there can be more than one perspective. you aren’t stuck in a box, you’re wandering the forest and seeing the way the light peeks through the canopy branches in different ways with every sunrise
it will never be the same in its beauty but it will always be beautiful
so stop trying to control it and just let it
don’t hide yourself under the covers, cowering with the fear that it won’t happen for you
it most definitely will
you, my darling forest friend, are actually welcoming the hibernation with the knowledge that spring is right around the corner, that time has no meaning and will bend to your will
like the way light refracts against the riverbank — it is fluid and unstable because it is not in power. you are.
so instead of hiding, why don’t you try to hold yourself? hold yourself through the hibernation. let yourself curl into the shrubbery. let yourself spread out on the soft brush. don’t control what is natural and innate.
because spring is coming and you’re gonna wake up to the world, anew.

The mistake people make is trying to “use” their imagination to fix 3D, as if it were a medicine. But the real turning point is when you stop using your imagination as a tool and start using it as your home. You stop wanting your imagination to change the world and simply move there.
You stay there. You don’t have to force anything. You don’t even have to try to look at 3D and hope it changes. It’s as if you had chosen a new country to live in. You no longer look at the old country hoping it will become the new one. You simply live in the new one.
If you have to ignore it, ignore it. If you have to look crazy, do so. If you have to let 3D talk to itself, let it. It’s not your home anymore. Your home is your imagination, your feelings, the inner world you’ve already chosen.

What can a mirror do but reflect? That’s its only role, silent, obedient, exact. You don’t beg it to reflect.
And it’s the same with the 3D world. Neville’s always saying things like “it’s dead,” “it has no life of its own,” “don’t fight with shadows.” He’s not using metaphors, he means it literally. The 3D reflects you. Faithfully. Impersonally. Always.
The 3D is a just mirror, pure and merciless in its accuracy. It doesn’t think. It doesn’t judge. It reflects.
You need not be afraid of a mere reflection. You've brought it upon yourself, whatever it may be. And you can change anytime with ease and love. No need for effort, stress and bursting a blood vessel as Neville would say.

Another thing you should remember is that you are not trying to change the situation, him/her, the circumstances. You are just changing states. The ones that dwell within you. No one or nothing on the outside is else involved. You change states by imagining your desired state with a feeling of fulfillment. Don't focus on the complexity of your desire or situation but on the feeling of wishfulfilled, on the feeling you desire. Instead of asking questions like when or how, ask how would I feel if this were true. Ask the right questions that lead you to fulfillment.
