Reasons to visit Israel
First and foremost, I really love travelling. Going to other places, seeing beautiful creatures especially to places that are rich in culture and heritage. I haven’t been to Israel before but when I finish my studies ang get a nice job, I’ll save money because I really want to visit Israel, especially to the places where Jesus was crucified. There are many Biblical sites or places in Israel and I would love to visit those places soon, in the right time. Israel is a complex, intriguing, and significant state to visit no matter your background. The region draws travelers worldwide who come out of interest, religious pilgrimage, or to simply have a luxurious vacation. From desert to sea, Israel is anything but boring. Those who visit gain a deeper understanding of life in one of the world’s most complicated places, and are sure to have an experience of a lifetime. Adventure travelers will feel a thrill exploring Israel’s vast range of natural features, history buffs will get their fix among ancient ruins, foodies must try hummus flavored ice cream, and religious travelers will find deeper meaning.
But before that, I will be listing the places that you should or you must visit in Israel:
 1. “Acre – North Israel”
-   A variety of different cultures have inhabited Acre throughout its history, including the Crusaders and the Ottomans, each leaving their mark on this region. With interesting, culturally molded buildings, ruins and sights around every corner, Acre is a must-visit location in the north of Israel. Enjoy a romantic evening walk along the port, have a meal at one of the local restaurants or take a relaxed stroll through Acre’s markets. A rarely visited site in Israel, this amazing old city offers the best of the old and new world: great restaurants perched on its seaside cliffs and even a world-class hotel alongside all the fun of a classic Arabic market.
 2. “Sea of Galilee”
-   The Sea of Galilee, or as Israelis call it, the Kinneret, is a major water source, as well as the largest freshwater lake, in Israel. The history of the lake goes way back. According to the New Testament, many of Jesus’ miracles occurred here, including his walk on the water. Today, tourists visit The Sea of Galilee to enjoy the relaxing lake, have fun building rafts, or practice various water activities. Called the Sea of Galilee by Israelis, Lake Kinneret is the site where Jesus is said to have walked on water. It’s also Israel’s main reservoir and a favorite tourist attraction for locals, who can regularly be found basking along its beaches.
 3.     “Golan Heights”
-   In the north of the country you can find Golan Heights, a mountainous region with breathtaking landscapes, wonderful nature reserves and intriguing historical attractions for the whole family. If you’re interested in hiking, the Golan region offers a variety of different paths with varying levels of difficulty, dependent on the time of year. It is especially impressive during spring, when flowers are blooming and the fields are green. In wintertime, the Hermon Mountain, located in the Golan Heights, is an ideal destination for skiers.
 4. “Masada”
-   This mountaintop fortress in the Israeli desert was once the last holdout for the     members of the Jewish revolt against the Roman empire. Their fate was a bitter one after a lengthy siege they decided to take their own lives rather than surrender but visiting the site is anything but bitter. Wake up extra early and hike or just take the tram and enjoy this amazing historical site. Masada is an ancient fortress in southern Israel’s Judean Desert. It's on a massive plateau overlooking the Dead Sea. Among the ruins are King Herod's Palace, which sprawls over 3 rock terraces, and a Roman-style bathhouse with mosaic floors. The Masada Museum has archaeological exhibits and recreations of historical scenes.
 5. “Dome of the Rock”
-   The Dome of the Rock is an Islamic shrine located on the Temple Mount in the Old City of Jerusalem. The Dome of the Rock is in its core one of the oldest extant works of Islamic architecture. Its architecture and mosaics were patterned after nearby Byzantine churches and palaces, although its outside appearance has been significantly changed in the Ottoman period and again in the modern period, notably with the addition of the gold-plated roof, in 1959 to 1961 and again in 1993. The octagonal plan of the structure may have been influenced by the Byzantine Church of the Seat of Mary built between 451 and 458 on the road between Jerusalem and Bethlehem. The Foundation Stone the temple was built over bears great significance in the Abrahamic religions as the place where God created the world and the first human, Adam.
 6. “The Israel Museum”
-   The Israel Museum was established in 1965 as Israel's foremost cultural institution and one of the world’s leading encyclopedic museums. It is situated on a hill in the Givat Ram neighborhood of Jerusalem, adjacent to the Bible Lands Museum, the Knesset, the Israeli Supreme Court, and the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. Its holdings include the world’s most comprehensive collections of the archaeology of the Holy Land, and Jewish Art and Life, as well as significant and extensive holdings in the Fine Arts, the latter encompassing eleven separate departments: Israeli Art; European Art; Modern Art; Contemporary Art; Prints and Drawings; Photography; Design and Architecture; Asian Art; African Art; Oceanic Art; and Arts of the Americas. Among the unique objects on display are the Venus of Berekhat Ram; the interior of a 1736 Zedek ve Shalom synagogue from Suriname; necklaces are worn by Jewish brides in Yemen; a mosaic Islamic prayer niche from 17th-century Persia; and a nail attesting to the practice of crucifixion in Jesus’ time.
 7. “Dead Sea”
-   It is also called Salt Sea, landlocked salt lake between Israel and Jordan in southwestern Asia. Its eastern shore belongs to Jordan, and the southern half of its western shore belongs to Israel. The northern half of the western shore lies within the Palestinian West Bank and has been under Israeli occupation since the 1967 Arab-Israeli war. The Jordan River, from which the Dead Sea receives nearly all its water, flows from the north into the lake. The Dead Sea has the lowest elevation and is the lowest body of water on the surface of Earth. For several decades in the mid-20th century, the standard value given for the surface level of the lake was some 1,300 feet or 400 meters below sea level.
 8. “Mount Zion”
-   Mount Zion is a hill in Jerusalem, located just outside the walls of the Old City. The term Mount Zion has been used in the Hebrew Bible first for the City of David and later for the Temple Mount, but its meaning has shifted and it is now used as the name of ancient Jerusalem's Western Hill. Mount Zion has been holy to Jews, Christians, and Muslims for hundreds of years. The people who live and work here represent the cultural diversity of the area and of Jerusalem as a whole. The Window to Mount Zion site created an interactive, online communal guide that features local people telling the story of Mount Zion from their perspective. In addition, you can find useful and historical information about Mount Zion.
 9.    “City of David”
-   The City of David, a neighborhood of Silwan, is a Palestinian Arab village intertwined with an Israeli settlement, and the archaeological site which is speculated to constitute the original settlement core of Bronze and Iron Age Jerusalem. The international community regards Israeli settlements illegal under international law, although Israel disputes this. Archaeologically it is best known for its Canaanite infrastructure dated to the Middle Bronze Age, and its newer structures from the Iron Age, built by Judean kings. Organised as an Israeli national park, its management was taken over in 1997 by the Ir David Foundation.
 10.  “Al-Aqsa Mosque”
-   Al-Aqsa Mosque, located in the Old City of Jerusalem, is the third holiest site in Islam. The mosque was built on top of the Temple Mount, known as the Al Aqsa Compound or Haram esh-Sharif in Islam. Muslims believe that Muhammad was transported from the Great Mosque of Mecca to al-Aqsa during the Night Journey. Islamic tradition holds that Muhammad led prayers towards this site until the 17th month after his migration from Mecca to Medina, when Allah directed him to turn towards the Kaaba in Mecca. Another earthquake destroyed most of al-Aqsa in 1033, but two years later the Fatimid caliph Ali az-Zahir built another mosque whose outline is preserved in the current structure. The mosaics on the arch at the qibla end of the nave also go back to his time.
These places are very worth it to visit, because you will see the Biblical sites in real life and you can see that God is really good and very imaginative and creative. If you love travelling, I encourage you to visit first these places in Israel before visiting other nice places because we don’t know when we will die and you will miss the opportunity to visit those holy places and to know and to witness what happened in those places before.

Usain St. Leo Bolt “Lightning Bolt”
What comes to your mind when you hear about Track and Field? Many people say that running is easy but they don't know how hard and tough it is to improve your speed, agility, leg power, strength, and etc. I want to introduce to you the life of the “Fastest Man” who ever lived on earth. He is Usain St. Leo Bolt, 34 years of age and he lives in Kingston, Jamaica. Usain Bolt was born on August 21, 1986 in Sherwood Content in the Trelawny section of Jamaica. His parents, Jennifer Bolt and Wellesley Bolt, owned a small grocery store. He has 2 siblings.Usain, his brother Sadeeki and sister Shrine helped them run the business. When he was a kid, he was already obsessed with sports. He showed great promise as a sprinter at an early age. When he was in primary school, he began entering regional races. At the age of 12, he was declared as the fastest sprinter in his hometown. After finishing primary school, he studied at William Knibb Memorial High School and his high school cricket coach urged him to pursue a career in track and field. Usain continued his development under the tutelage of Pablo McNeil and Dwayne Narrett. After enrolling at Knibb High School. At the age of 14, he won his first medal and took silver in the 200 meter run clocking 22.04 seconds. Even as a runner, I am 18 years old and my personal best in 200 meters is 24.72 seconds and at a young age, I can say that Usain is very potential and talented in running. Usain was not taking it seriously in his training but his height, size, speed, and strength kept him moving up the ranks of the nation’s elite sprinting prospects. By the age of 15, he had grown to 1.96 metres or 6’5 tall, and he physically stood out among his peers.
Usain competed in his first major event, representing Jamaica in a Caribbean regional meet called the CARIFTA Games in 2001. He ran the 400 meter dash and got his new personal best clocking 48.28 seconds. He also ran the 200 meter dash finishing with 21.81 seconds. He got silver medals in both races. Later that year, Usain got his opportunity to represent his country and appeared in his first international meet, the IAAF World Youth Championships or International Amateur Athletic Federation. It was held in Hungary and Usain set his new personal best in the 200 meters with 21.73 seconds. As Usain’s star grew brighter, he disappeared during trials for the 2002 CARIFTA Games. Usain hides in the back of a van. He was eventually discovered by police. Usain decided to move to Kingston so he could train under the Jamaica Amateur Athletic Association at the University of Technology. The request was directly from Prime Minister P. J. Patterson
Usain bettered those marks at the 2002 Central American and Caribbean Junior Championships. At the 2002 World Junior Championships in Kingston, Usain lowered his personal-best 200 time to 20.61 seconds. It became the history’s youngest world junior champion in that event. He was also part of teams that set national records in the 4 x 100 and 4 x 400 relays. In 2003, Usain won 4 gold medals in CARIFTA Games and he was awarded  the Austin Sealy Trophy for the most outstanding athlete of the games. Usain won another gold in 2003 World Youth Championships in the event of 200 meter dash clocking 20.40 seconds and set the championship record.  Michael Johnson, the 200 meter world-record holder, took note of Usain's potential but worried that the young sprinter might be over-pressured. Bolt competed in his last and final competition of Jamaican High School Championships in 2003. He broke the records of 200 meter with the time of 20.25 seconds and in 400 meter clocking 45.35 seconds. Bolt's runs were a significant improvement upon the previous records, beating the 400 meter record by almost a second and.200 meter best by more than half a second. Bolt decided to focus on 200 meter and to improve his time in this event. Under the guidance of new coach Fitz Coleman, Bolt turned professional in 2004, beginning with the CARIFTA Games in Bermuda. Usain became the first person to run 200 meters with sub 20 seconds. He took the world junior record with a time of 19.93 seconds. In the month of May in 2004, Bolt had suffered a hamstring injury and ruined the chance to compete in the World Junior Championship. Luckily, he was still chosen for the Jamaican Olympic Squad. Later that year, Usain Bolt was given a chance to compete in the 2004 Athens Olympics. Although, he was inhibited with a leg injury and was eliminated in the first round of the 200 meter event with a disappointing time of 21.05 seconds. American colleges offered Bolt track scholarships to train in the United States while continuing to represent his country, but Bolt refused them all. He stated that he was content and to stay in his country. In 2005, Bolt was handled by his new coach Glen Mills. Mills recognized Bolt’s potential and began training in preparation for the upcoming athletic competition. Bolt joined the Racers Track Club and partnered with more seasoned sprinters such as Kim Collins and Dwain Chambers. Misfortune awaited Bolt at the next major event, the 2005 World Championships in Helsinki. Usain felt that both his work ethic and athleticism had much improved since the 2004 Olympics, and he saw the World Championships as a way to live up to expectations, stating, "I really want to make up for what happened in Athens. Hopefully, everything will fall into place". Usain was qualified with the time of sub 21 seconds, but he suffered an injury in the finals and finished in last place with a time of 26.27 seconds.
Injuries were preventing him from completing a full professional athletics season, and the 18 year old Bolt still had not proven his mettle in the major world-athletics competitions. He was involved in a car accident in November. Even though he suffered only minor facial lacerations, his training schedule was further upset. After that, Bolt was less enthusiastic, and demanded that he feel comfortable in his sprinting. He suffered another hamstring injury in March 2006, forcing him to withdraw from the Commonwealth Games in Melbourne, and he did not return to track events until May. After his recovery, Bolt was given new training exercises to improve flexibility. Bolt claimed his first major world medal two months later at the IAAF World Athletics Final in Germany. He passed the finishing post with a time of 20.10 seconds, gaining a bronze medal in the process. The IAAF World Cup in Greece yielded Bolt's first senior international silver medal. Mills complied with Bolt's demand to run in the 100 meters.
In 2007, the silver medals from the 2007 Osaka World Championships boosted Bolt's desire to sprint, and he took a more serious, more mature stance towards his career. Bolt started the season competing in the 400 metres in order to improve his speed, winning two races and registering 45.54 seconds in Kingston.  Bolt won the race in 150 meter the fastest time ever recorded for 150 meters with a time of 14.35 seconds. Fast forward to 2009, Bolt competed in the World Championships and was held in Berlin, Germany. The World Championships were held during August at the Olympic Stadium. The final competition for the 100 meter dash was the first time that Usain Bolt and Tyson Gay had met during the season, and Bolt set a new world record which stands to this day with a time of 9.58 seconds to win his first World Championship gold medal. He also hoped to crack Michael Johnson’s world record of 19.32 in the 200, set during the 1996 Summer Games. A week later, Usain was at it again, he won the 200 meter dash with the time of 19.19 seconds, setting a new world record. He finished in 19.19 seconds, shaving 0.11 seconds of his previous mark. Usain proved prophetic. Heading into the 2012 summer olympic games, Usain was qualified to compete in the London Olympics to represent his country. In the 100-meter final, Usain finished the race with 9.63 seconds setting the new olympic record. Usain followed that up with a time of 19.84 seconds in the 200 meters. Usain went after his sixth career gold medal a few days later in the 4 x 100 relay. He joined Blake, Michael Frater and Nesta Carter to smash Jamaica’s year-old world record with a time of 36.84 seconds. Usain Bolt got 3 gold medals in the 2012 London Olympics. At the 2016 Rio Olympics, Bolt won the 100 metres gold medal with a time of 9.81 seconds. Bolt became the first athlete to win the event three times at the Olympic Games. Bolt followed up his 100 meter win with a gold medal in the 200 meter with the time of 19.79 seconds which also makes him the first athlete to win the 200 m three times at the Olympic Games. At the 2017 World Athletics Championships, Bolt won his heat uncomfortably after a slow start in 10.07 seconds. In his semi-final, he improved his time to 9.98 seconds but he was beaten by Christian Coleman by 0.01. That race broke Bolt's 4 year winning streak in the 100 meter. Bolt participated as the anchor runner for Jamaica's 4×100-metre relay team in both the heats and the final. Jamaica won their heat comfortably in 37.95 seconds. In what was intended to be his final race, Bolt pulled up in agony with 50 metres to go and collapsed and limped to the track after what was later confirmed to be another hamstring injury. He refused a wheelchair and crossed the finish line one last time with the assistance of his teammates Omar McLeod, Julian Forte, and Yohan Blake. It was disappointing and a sign of him that his job was already done and he knew that it was the time to retire. It was the last race seeing Bolt competing in the track. Usain doesn’t think limits and in his training, he stated that, “Your conscience speaking, stop running, retire and go play football.” Usain Bolt has called time on his bid to become a professional football player, saying "it was fun while it lasted." The Jamaican spent eight weeks at A-League club Central Coast Mariners. During Bolt's time with the club, he played in two pre-season friendlies, netting twice against Macarthur South West. He once said, “Worrying gets you nowhere. if you turn up worrying about how you’re going to perform, you’ve already lost. Train hard, turn up, run your best and the rest will take care of itself.”

The Freedom
The happy moments turned into tearful days
We surely miss our loved ones and friends
Coronavirus, the worst disease.
We lost our freedom to do what we want
To visit malls, places, and churches
And even going to school.
We need the Doctors nowadays
We salute our brave frontliners
We’ll fight the virus.
Stay in your home, if you please
Spreading negative vibes
A disease killing lives.

“READY PLAYER ONE”
Ready Player one is a movie that portrays and represents the future world. The world be overpopulated and full of pollution because of climate change. The movie represents video games as a virtual reality for characterization and portrayal of the future because it will precisely depicts the bulk neglecting loyalty and faithfulness to save and protect the world because the people was been already addicted to the video games and in social media. They have become so addicted that renders to they don’t want to face the reality of the world.  For a movie that preaches about the dangers of escapism and wasting your life playing video games, "Ready Player One" sure doesn't do a good job of painting a real world worth living in.  Plugging in with Watts, we get to experience the Oasis, a wondrous, enticing world where it's possible to use the DeLorean to outrun a T-Rex, climb snowy mountains with Batman, or watch the Iron Giant go toe-to-toe with a robot Godzilla. It's a virtual delight that's worth the price of admission alone, and serves as a sharp contrast to the bleakness of our hero's real.  It's not new for a piece about virtual reality to present such dichotomy, although the unevenness of the two worlds in "Ready Player One" can leave one scratching their digital heads. In the Oasis, death equals decades of your life lost, time one is never going to get back. Outside of it, people are killed off without consequences. In the Oasis, players get to develop feelings, form lasting friendships. Outside, love is forced through exposition, stripping confessions of any weight. The movie relates on what is happening to us today that how people play video games just to escape the reality.

Dwight Howard reveals a conversation he had with Kobe Bryant in 2009. ⁣ ⁣ “What should I do to get better?” Dwight Howard recalls asking Bryant, via @shamsnba “He was like: ‘What you mean? You’re already one of the best in the world. What do you mean? Continue to do what you’re doing, continue to play hard. Work on the elbow jump shot and bank shots.’ I was like, ‘Well, how many shots do you shoot in a day?’ He said he used to make 1,000 shots a day. That’s what I started doing: Shooting and making 1,000 jump shots a day. And the next year (2010-11), I was second in the MVP (race, behind Derrick Rose).⁣ ⁣ “I’ll never forget that. The reason why he said do that wasn’t because he wanted me to shoot all jump shots — it was more so the will.”⁣ ~ @DwightHoward⁣ ⁣ via @theathletichq | h/t @clutchpoints⁣ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⁣

“Setbacks of Piracy”
by: Marweld M. Barillo
Software piracy is defined as illegally copying software that does not belong to you in a manner that violates the copyright. As we all know, Pirated software is extremely easy to find, whether online, or sold openly in foreign countries, or simply provided by friends. In fact, in many cases, it easier for someone to go online and download an illegal copy of a software program than to drive to a store and buy it from a retailer. It is a federal crime to make unauthorized copies of software. There are 5 types of Intellectual Property namely Patent, Copyright, Industrial Design, Trademarks, and Geographical Origin. Pirated software costs nothing, or close to nothing, to obtain. Don't make copies of software, unless it is allowed by the license agreement. Don't rent, lease, sublicense or lend the software or documentation to anyone. Most pirated software does not come with manuals or technical support that is given to legitimate users.
I have seen many products that imitate the structure, design, and logo of popular brands like Nike, Adidas, Puma and The North Face. Trademark infringement is a violation of the exclusive rights devoted to a trademark without authorization. Trademark owners can take legal action if they believe their marks are being infringed. It is broad and very rampant today, that’s why you should be careful to the products that you buy if it is imitated to the popular products. When you find out someone might be doing the wrong thing, you should make them aware of the enforcement efforts by explaining the law and providing examples of others who got caught. Copyright infringement is the use of exertion protected by copyright law in the absence of authorization and agreement for a usage where such approval or permission is required. If you discover that you might have a counterfeit copy of software, contact the dealer you bought it from.

“The Good and the Bad: How Social Media Affected Me as a Gen Z Individual”
by: Marweld M. Barillo
Social Media is very broad today especially to those people who were born between 1996 and 2015. Well, we can see that Social Media is a big impact in our daily lives and internet is already part of each one of us. It gives us the ability to communicate, interact, and to connect with other people through social media platforms and discuss or talk about the acquired information if it is true and ethical. There are other social media platform like www.omegle.com that allows you to talk and having video call to the strangers and it can be dangerous because it can cause cyber bullying, which is not good. As well as being a target for malicious account access via phishing emails and texts, social media is being increasingly used to deliver phishing. I’m already a victim of phishing hack and my social media accounts was been hacked and the hacker posted something rude and disgusting.
Social platform attacks target websites with large user bases, such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram. A majority of current attacks simply use the social platforms as a delivery mechanism. That’s why we should be fully alert to those scammers and hackers. However, social media is good to use too because social media makes our life more contentedly. Without social media, maybe our lives will be miserable. Most of us spend our leisure time on social media because it contains entertainment. You can easily express your gratitude to someone, rapidly because of social media that allows you to communicate with others anytime and anywhere. Social media enables us to build relationship with others, gain valuable customer data, increase customer's loyalty to you brand, and improve customer service. Social media can be a useful tool for businesses, bringing advantages such as engaging with your audience and boosting website traffic. However there can also be disadvantages, including the resources required and negative feedback.

“The importance of Media in today’s generation.”
by: Marweld M. Barillo
New media, Print media and Broadcast media is really important to us because without them, we cannot access or acquire information. Imagine the life without media will be a monotonous life. Having the different types of media, you can choose a media on the availability that you have because even though you don’t have an internet connection, you can still obtain an information by listening radio, by watching television, or by reading a newspaper. They are the medium of media that are used constantly and consistently. Print media sets up rightfulness that doesn’t make you to confuse on that information because people believe and trust to the things that are familiar to them. Media procedure does have the same and exact purpose on spreading the information to the people but because of the technology, the methods have increased and is becomes highly accommodating because people can acquire an information precisely, easily and rapidly.
The possession or accretion of media started from the print media like magazines, books, and newspapers. It is a one-way communication that the audience can just read the information that was given. Next, we have broadcast media that gives huge quantity of people through its mass communication. New media is a two-way communication which helps us to communicate with other people to gather and acquire an information. New media consists of technology that involves electronic devices like gadgets, smartphones, computer, tablet, laptop and by the help of the internet to connect and communicate with other people anytime and anywhere. New media gives everybody the ability to acquire information quickly because most of the people use social media. Anyone can acquire and obtain information rapidly.  Without the media, probably we might be living a life that is miserable because media contains entertainment and full of inexperience and unconsciousness on what’s happening to the world.

“Evolution of Media as innovation emerge.”
by: Marweld M. Barillo
We live in a constant world that encircles the technology. The internet is already part of our lives and media transmits and delivers information to us in various ways. Media before was only consists of paper works up until the television and radio invented. Because of technology, new media can deliver the information easier and quicker because it is highly interactive as the communication. Even though new media is rampant in today’s generation, some people tends or chooses to gather information on where they are familiar with and they only trust on what is familiar to them, yet the new media can’t be trusted at all because there are some people who posts irrelevant information and anyone can post on the internet anonymously. But we can see that most of the people use new media comparing to the other types of media it’s because that new media can reach a huge number of people.
As we can see, the number of people who uses new media arises but maybe 5 to 8 years from now, print and broadcast media will be decreased because of people who choose to use new media because of its advantage from the other types of media. I believe that in the future, there will be more inventions and discoveries that print media is no longer accessible up until it will bygone exist. Libraries will decrease and will be have less people because there’s much better for acquiring information. New media is very rampant and everyone experiences cyberbullying that dragging down someone’s reputation and maybe in the future, it could be much worse that we’re experiencing today. People will be contingent on new media and will probably forget how to use the new media in a proper and ethical way. The procedure of acquiring information will maybe exceedingly change but the broadcast and print media will always be considered as the part of the development of media.
