notes fem reader (use of the terms ‘princess’ and ‘my lady’). wrote this because i am currently rewatching ouran. childe as tamaki thoughts hmm... also happy birthday to MY man i love you childe 🩷💙

“my princess! i’ve been waiting for you,” childe exclaims, pulling out a chair from the two-person table. “please have a seat.” you give him a small smile, a show of gratitude as you take your seat. he takes the seat right in front of you.

you feel one of his hands being placed over your hand that’s on the table. with his free hand, he pulls out a rose from who knows where and offers it to you. “for you, my lady.” you gladly accept the rose, muttering a small “thank you”.

he excuses himself as gets up from the table, quickly returning with a plate of your favorite dessert. “would you like some? i’ll even feed it to you, if you’d like.” he offers. it’s hard to resist when tartaglia talks to you with such charm, and so you nod. he cuts off a piece of the dessert and brings it to your mouth, which you open, allowing you to take a bite.

childe leans slightly closer, his other arm extending towards your face. his thumb wipes something from the side of your lip, and he retracts his arm to wipe the mess off his thumb. “my apologies for the sudden contact, princess. you had a little something on your face.”

the wind during this time at night is cold against your skin. your sleepwear does nothing to help you feel warmer. jisung, on the other hand, looks rather comfortable in his hoodie and sweats. ‘good for him,’ you think, as you’re practically shivering on the balcony.

you’re not even sure why you’re out here at this time. all you know is that jisung dragged you by the hand outside while you were peacefully on your phone. it seems he noticed the confused look on your face as he gives you an answer. “i knew you were having trouble sleeping, so i thought we could just stare at the stars.” there’s a goofy smile on his face, one that always makes you melt.

“i could even talk to you about all my theories about space, not that you haven’t heard all of them before. you know, so i could bore you and get you to fall asleep.” he chuckles, leaning on ledge of the balcony. the light of the moon reflects on his eyes. you look at him in utter admiration.

you lean on the ledge next to him, trying to ignore the cold metal of it touching your arm. “your space talk never bores me, no matter how many times you tell me about it,” you assure him. he looks at you as if you were a shooting star in the dark sky. “really?”

at this point, jisung has noticed how cold you are. he takes off his hoodie for you to wear, which you gladly accept. he wraps his arms around you for good measure. you return the hug, enjoying his warmth. “yes, really. come on, tell me about the aliens again.”

jeno’s eyes that were previously on the road are now glancing at your sleeping figure. your hands covered by the sleeves of your sweater — or his sweater, as you’re curled up on the passenger seat of his car.

jeno smiles like an idiot, still happy that you agreed to go on an unplanned roadtrip with him last night, no destination in mind. his eyes revert to the front again as he’s driving, knowing that if you were awake, you’d already be scolding him to keep his eyes on the road.

and as much as he doesn’t want to wake you up (he thinks you look cute while you’re sleeping), he knows he’ll eventually have to. jeno did promise that you two would watch the sunrise together.

jisung is disturbed from his little daydream by his co-worker, jaemin, who elbows him and says, “you’ve been distracted for the past few minutes. what are you staring at?”

jaemin follows jisung’s gaze, which leads to the table you’re at with you silently scrolling on your phone as you wait for your order. the older man smiles to himself, handing the younger one a tray with a drink and dessert on it.

“i was going to bring it over, but since you’re not doing anything, maybe you could do it,” jaemin suggests. jisung blushes as he takes the tray and makes his way over to your table with a racing heart.
