okay, hybrid babies look like humans half the time, but tell me, would there be a baby human/harpy hybrid, except they look more happy than human? Like, straight up tail-less and wingless kind of.

There are actually! There’s not a specific mold for hybrids! They’re mix n match a lot of the time! Usually it depends on if the mother is human or harpy, though! Here genes will be most dominant in the hybrid. Nori, Yeva, Alice, and Scout all had human mothers, so they came out more human! Some hybrids that look more human don’t even have wings or tails. Like Yeva. It all depends, really!

The Solver Sickness

‼️ The Solver Sickness is a highly contagious disease ‼️ All drones should remain indoors for their own safety ‼️

The Solver Sickness, as drones have begun to call it, is a highly contagious disease rapidly spreading throughout Copper-9. It turns infected drones into twisted monsters, hellbent on infecting more drones into its hive-mind.

This sickness is common-most spread through bites and scratches, but can also be acquired by ingesting the saliva of an infected drone.

‼️ DO NOT APPROACH AN INFECTED DRONE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, EVEN IF YOU BELIEVE IT TO BE A LOVED ONE ‼️

These beasts are highly aggressive, strong, and quick, they have enhanced hearing but reduced vision. If you are spotted by an infected drone, do not run under any circumstances. Stay still, and hope it thinks you are an inanimate object. Do not breathe. If you are rapidly being persued by an infected drone, there is no hope for you now.

‼️ Do YOU know the stages? ‼️

The Solver Sickness has four stages. Keep watch for infected drones in your colony! They can become highly dangerous at a fast rate!

Stage 1.

This stage of the sickness can be hard to identify for the average drone, but there are signs. You may notice increased sweat on the drone, and they may talk about being increasingly hot or overheating. This might come with slight twitching, and anxious or aggressive behavior.

Stage 2.

This stage is much more obvious, albeit still hard to spot for some. The drone may start drooling or foaming at the mouth very slightly. Increased noticeable sweat, and increased twitching. The drone will become more aggressive and anxious, and will start vomiting up what looks like blood. They start to grow a want for oil.

Stage 3.

The visual changes start. The drone will begin clawing out their hair, abandoning their clothes to try and escape the heat. Their body will start to elongate, grow and stretch in what seems like something impossible. Fleshy material helping grow the drone. They will be foaming at the mouth, and drooling immensely. This is considered highly contagious. In this stage the drone can start to spread the infection. They grow fangs, and have little to no cognitive function left that isn't aggressiveness and a want to spread the infection. Their jaws slowly start to unhinge, and they will grow 5 fingers instead of the 4. The drone will continue to throw up the blood-like substance, seemingly in pain or agony. It may let out unholy screeching.

Stage 4.

The most dangerous stage. They've finished growing, twisting into a horrible, elongated shape. The drone has grown what looks like wings. Fleshy Eyes have grown on different parts of their bodies, and they seem to have lost all coginitive thought. Still drooling and foaming, the infected drone will stop throwing up. They're strong, fast, and dangerous. Their eyes are tiny, limiting their vision, but their hearing is enhanced. A stage 4 infected can mimic speech of the drone they were originally, meant to lure an unsuspecting drone into a false sense of security. It has been hypothesized they can only repeat specific phrases, though.

‼️ Now that you know the stages, you can do your best to avoid a potential infected ‼️

It is recommended any drone with The Solver Sickness be thrown out of their bunker, left to turn out in the wasteland for other drones’ safety. Ignore their cries and pleas, they are not themselves anymore. Do not try and fight a solver drone under any circumstance. You are bound to lose.

what gave you the idea for the dirty claws au? :0

Two things mainly! The Kree and Clara Tiktoks, and Eda’s harpy form from The Owl House! I also just noticed there were no AUs at the time that turned the drones into harpies! (There are now, one is much more popular than mine.) So I decided to fill that hole!

Yes they are! When the AU takes place Khan doesn’t know Nori is alive, though.

Does Dirty Claws take place om Cooper 9? Are harpies a native species of the planet?

It takes place on an alternative earth! Since it’s around 2024 give or take in the AU as well, technology hasn’t advanced as much to be able to get to different planets!

But a long, long time ago, legends say harpies existed on earth long before humans did.

I wanna hear about Yeva in the AU. And Doll, for that matter

Yeva’s dead like in canon 😭 She didn’t get to survive like Nori did. After the two escaped the lab, they found human husbands and settled down, having kids with them. A little after Uzi and Doll were born, the two ran off together, ending un Yeva dying and Nori being critically injured.

Doll is the main antagonist other than JcJenson. She’s large, strong, and Russian. A lethal combo. She works out often, drinks in her free-time, and kills and eats both humans and harpies (double cannibal combo). She had a big crush on Lizzy, and Lizzy was who really kept her grounded from really going over the edge. But once Uzi and his new group of harpy friends comes into their lives, snd Lizzy falls for V.. She.. Doesn’t take it well.

She speaks both English and Russian, having an accent when she speaks English and only speaking Russian when she’s particularly pissed off. She hates both humankind and harpykind, both fucking her over greatly.

What harpy and human traits does scout have? will she ever fly?

She has some feathers, the eyes, the snout, wings, and a tail! Her wings are too small to fly with though. No hybrids are able to fly with their wings, because they end up being smaller than needed.

That didn’t stop J from dropping her from a tree to try and get her to fly. Luckily Tessa caught her and she was safe. She then told J Scout cannot use her wings to fly.

Her name is scout! She’s a year old, and a harpy / human hybrid! She has perpetual RBF like J, and the angrier she looks the happier she is usually. She loves her moms, and her little plush bear. She also has a weird attachment to Uzi, liking when he comes over and he’s usually chose to babysit her. He tries to act like he doesn’t care about scout, but he does. He’s a big ol’ softie.

Her feathers are all white currently, because she’s just a baby, but around age 16 she’ll grow in her adult feathers. A reference image of her will be made soon. As well as images for J and N’s redesigns.
