hello! I just finished your howl x reader fanfic and it was a very good read! However I have a question, when the reader travels to howl’s future, do they age? Seeing as the reader was trapped in the loop at 16 and howl during his present is 27 it’s.. Y’know.. if they didn’t age.

I did have issues working out how the age would work with the time loop, but in the epilogue after you give yourself up to Sulliman, you wait those few years out before meeting howl again at the end :)

hello! i know it’s been a while ;)

honestly, idk how to start this, but coming back onto this platform after almost  a year was pleasantly surprising and it would be an understatement to say that I'm surprised I'm still getting notes for my posts. but to everyone who’s followed me, reblogged, liked and commented, thank you so much!! it honestly means a lot to me that you enjoyed what I produced

ik most of you know me as the person who wrote the past, present and future howl series and ik you’re probably wondering WHY I just suddenly disappeared after finishing the series, considering I was promising other howl content and works for other animes, like attack on titan.

to keep it short, I think when I finished the PP&F series I was afraid of starting a new story and writing for other fandoms, in fear that it wouldn't be good enough for you all and you wouldn't enjoy it. like I said, I honestly appreciate all the support everyone’s given and I couldn't ask for anything more, but I think back then I was being far too hard on myself and let myself give into the pressure. I did try writing new stories but I just wasn’t happy with how they came out. I know suddenly logging off and never coming back for almost a year with no explanation was a shitty decision on my part, and for that I want to apologise. 

I made the decision today to log back onto Tumblr and see what's been going on and after much thought, I decided that I still want to continue writing. I've chosen to move my work onto AO3, including PP&F, but I won’t be using this account anymore. I won't delete it or anything, just so that people still have access to it on here, but I won't be active on this account either. as for any new stories im planning, im still set on writing a levi story for attack on titan, considering we’re right in the heart of s4 right now and I have the main plot sorted out. (side note: i love the show sm lmfao and seeing the manga that I've been reading become animated was just so exciting. the recent chapter released earlier this month was crazy as well)

however, I dont think im going to write any new howl stories currently right now. when I wrote PP&F, it was right at the start of the original quarantine in march last year and having too much free time and with the movie out on netflix, I pretty much developed a howls moving castle phase. I wrote the story because of this, but now, im simply just not into it as much as I was before. dont get me wrong, I still love it and howl and all the other Ghibli movies, but I dont want to write for a fandom that im just not just as passionate for anymore and produce half-assed pieces of work. I want to give you all the best that I can, so I hope you can understand my decision. 

I literally just created an ao3 account like ten minutes ago so theres still some things I have to work out, but my user will be @dont_rainonme if anybody's interested :) (the whole story can be found here)

but besides that, I just want to thank everyone again who's showed their support, because it reminded me of just how much I love to write. I will try and be more open and active on my platform, but I do also have online school going on so we’ll see how it goes once it starts.
