My Boggart

What would your boggart be if you were afraid of the dark? Would it look something like an obscurious? Or would it blind you momentarily? What if you were afraid of being alone? Would it mess with your mind for these things? See, I'm really afraid of the unknown, something that might be lurking around when you're not distracted by something else. What would a boggart do then?

To Be Able To Hear

I love to hear. I love to hear music. The echo of a grand piano. The base of a song being felt at the back of the car. The note finally played right on an instrument you’ve been learning. A beautiful orchestra playing in harmony. The voice of someone pouring their heart. The laugh of your best friends. The small giggle of a baby. The slow and steady breathing of someone sleeping. Crickets chirping on a cool night. The clinking of a spoon in a tea cup. The sound of a page turning in a book. The sound of pencil against paper. Keys clacking on a keyboard. Birds chirping early in the morning. A waterfall rushing. Leaves rustling in the wind. The cry of someone you love. Shattering glass. The chatter of people around you. I am very fortunate to hear.

To Be Able To See

I love being able to see. To see the light in the mornings. The rain on green grass. The mystery behind fog and mist. To see piano keys, and notes on sheet music. To see a beautiful piece of art. A magical starry sky. Colours mixing by a paintbrush. A quick, yet graceful sketch. A bright and happy smile. The sparkle you see in someone's deep, beautiful eyes. A gorgeous dress, twirling around. A rainbow after light rain. The words on a page of a book you love. Beautiful calligraphy in an old book. Wood carvings with character. Tears in a happy face. Dancing on ice skates. The beauty of people around you. I believe that I am very fortunate to see.
