あえて平滑に磨かず、焼き物のように表面が騒ついてます。

騒ついた表現で少しだけ磨きあげるというのが

通常の磨きとは異なっています。

テクスチュアを崩さずに表面を磨くという背反する条件をクリアする工夫が必要です。

光る泥だんごが、どのように成り立つのか。

磨きをかける。

石灰は密になり、光沢を現す。

子供の頃に砂場でつくった泥だんごも純粋に愉しい。

石灰で仕上げる泥だんごは、更に奥が深く愉しい。
