Finishing out #inktober2019 with a little glow. Day 31 is one of the best to use for Halloween, @marvelstudios Ghost Rider. I've been waiting all month to use this glow in the dark paint, planning the layout, and the finished product on the Ghost Rider 1 Black black ain't too bad.
