Iā€™m going to be sick heā€™s so considerate. Meeting him tomorrow to go to the apartment and settle everything. I want to shrink him down and put him under the microscope, to study him.

Hello there
I am Dr John Watson, but you can just call me Watson. I graduated UoL in 1878 and went to become an army surgeon in Netley. My shoulder was wounded badly in battle so I was sent home, I currently use a cane.
Unfortunately when I came back to England I didnā€™t have many friends and my father and brother have unfortunately passed. I did have some money, and decided to go to London and lived in a hotel for a while. Iā€™ll be honest, it wasnā€™t the greatest and I was spending far more money than I shouldā€™ve been. Almost had to move to the country. Luckily I met an old friend of mine who had met another man who needed a roommate, and I was quite happy to split the rent with him, though my friend told me heā€™s a little ā€œqueerā€ but I do not mind unusualness. He also told me this Mr Homes is a rather studious man, very scientific. I quite like that in a roommate, Iā€™m getting a little too old for rowdiness.
I hope to meet my roommate-to-be soon, I will keep this blog updated
