When a doctor turns chef, you know something special is cooking!
Join Dr. Saurabh Joshi in this mouth-watering episode of the Dr. Chef Series and Tension Bhagao! Khana Pakao!, where he prepares the ultimate Desi-Style Butter Chicken — rich, creamy, and full of flavor!
From juicy marinated chicken to buttery tomato gravy, this is your go-to recipe for the perfect weekend meal or an impressive dinner treat.
Recipe and Ingredients:
For Chicken:
Chicken - Boneless Chunks - 500 gm
Ginger Garlic Paste + Chilli Powder + Kasuri Methi + Lemon juice + Salt - Marination
Marinate for at least 1 hour ( more the better )
Chicken can be made into kababs in the oven/grill too.
For Gravy:
Tomatoes - 8 - 10 ( 500 gm approx )
Onions - 5 - 6 - medium-sized ones
Soaked Cashews - 8 - 10
Garam Masala
Khada Garam Masala
Kasuri Methi
Fresh Cream and Butter
Some small items might be forgotten in this text- see video for details. Dr. Saurabh's philosophy is that exact measurements remove the chef's soul from the meal. Feel free to play around with masala proportions and make your own slightly different yet delicious version.
