JUNG SOOJUNG, better known as AISLINN LILOU, is a 101-year-old SOUL VAMPIRE. She is studying a BACHELOR OF ARCHITECTURE, as well as taking part in BADMINTON.

 As a child born to an affluent pureblood vampire parents in one of the upscale suburbs in Paris, the reason how Aislinn Lilou ended up attending Draconis Institute is unknown of to the public. One of the rumours said that Aislinn was the troubled child in the shadow of her parents’ eldest daughter, who decided to rebel against her own family thus she was sent away to Seoul. The most ridiculous-sounding of them all would be that she somehow found a way to become stronger than her older sister, and ended the rivalry between the Lilou siblings by killing her with no mercy. Aside from the information regarding what clan and species she belonged to along with her origins, almost nothing is known regarding Aislinn’s life before she came to the institute.

Nevertheless, she never made any attempt to clear up the concocted canards being told amongst the students just based on her appearance and how she acted around them. With her brightly dyed red hair, tattoos covering her skin and her chronic case of bitch-face-syndrome, who was going to believe about whatever reason she had behind her whole move to the institute anyway. Behind the face that seem to never show any emotions, Aislinn found their assumptions about her past highly amusing and played along with the facade they created for her as the stereotypical soul vampire, whose looks screams trouble. 

For those who dare to approach her and are lucky (and patient) enough to somehow break through the whole front others have formed for her – even as mere acquaintance – may find different sides to her nature. In contrast to the whole introverted and virulent attitude, along with the ability to intimidate anyone in her presence, Aislinn is loyal to those who has proven to be worthy of her time. Just as she prefers to be left alone and to sit at the back rows during lectures before drifting off to observe people, she’s not much of a talker but more of a listener. She’s strong and resilient on her own, she has always been independent despite being born with a silver spoon in her mouth. Aislinn isn’t someone to who would rely on anyone for anything too serious or has anything to do with her private life. 

Aislinn doesn’t take life too lightly, yet being the naturally relaxed person, she generally goes with the flow. Perhaps it’s one of the aspects contributing to the fact that insults and rumours usually brush off her shoulder like a simple dust, never exactly lingered in her mind for more than five minutes. Her words however aren’t quite as fleeting. Although she mostly keeps to herself, Aislinn can be honest to the point where it becomes unnecessary to do so and she uses it to her advantage. It shouldn’t surprise anyone in the first place anyway for her to oftentimes be sharp-tongued and coming off as a snobby little prick with harsh words that told the god-awful truth that people dreaded too much. Aislinn may just be playing along with people’s expectation, but you can’t exactly say that she’s a saint either inside. The more sadistic side of her would come out every once in a while, turning her into a cruel, vicious, cold-blooded, manipulative creature who will have her way with an unfortunate soul as her little puppet.

LEE JIEUN, better known as RUBY DUPONT, is a 130-year-old PSI VAMPIRE. She is studying a BACHELOR OF PERFORMING ARTS, as well as taking part in BALLET, THE BAND AND THE DRAMA CLUB.

The daughter of two pureblood vampire, Jieun was always the apple of her parents’ eye. She is the youngest of twins but the two were never around each other. Her family was an aristocratic one that traveled around France. After several dead bodies kept popping up wherever they went people grew suspicious of them. It wasn’t long after hunters came to their door and tried to kill the family luckily the mother was able to get her daughters out of the home before they were both killed. Now orphans the two girls were taken in by cousins and moved to, New Orleans. 

After the death of her parents Jieun started to despise humans. New Orleans was the place where, Jieun adopted the name, Ruby Le Mort. She worked as a club singer, with her seductive voice and stunning beauty she could easily put them under her spell. Jieun used her cover as a club singer to get all eyes on her to suck the energy out of her eager patrons. Jieun became entranced by the power and freedom she had and soon became drunk off of it.  

Ruby went on a rampage sucking the life energy from people, from women and children to men and the elderly. It brought attention to the vampires in New Orleans and brought hunters. Her family, as well as other clans forced her out of New Orleans but her sister stayed. Ruby Le Mort had been since legend in New Orleans when her voice is heard death comes to its hearer. 

For a long time after that Jieun decided to keep a low profile after becoming in hot water with other clans as well as her own. She traveled around America before going to Europe. While alone she learned about the arts and dance. That’s when she decided what her passions was. On the day of her ninetieth birthday Jieun finally settled, Seoul. Her cousin told her about DI from a long time back so that was the first place she looked into. 

Jieun took back on her persona, Ruby after entering her first year of university in DI. Through her years of being in in Seoul she learned Korean but her accent is thick and cannot be identified since she has been many places. Ruby loves the performing arts and the drama of any kind. Before coming to school she was known to put on a performance before taking her victims life. 

Ruby is a very kind and helpful person. She loves attention and being around people so it was no surprise when she signed up for as many clubs as she could. She has a very bubbly personality and can easily make friends with other people. Unlike other Psi vampires, Ruby happens to be a klutz. Grace is never really something that she inherited so she does ballet. Ruby is confident in her singing and her dancing as well so much so that people would think she is showing off when watching her.

Jean loves social gatherings such as festivals and sporting events, especially if she can get involved in anyway. As much as she loves to be in good company she also likes to use her endless amount of energy to take on other hobbies painting, reading, and photography. In her lifetime, Ruby took up she learned to play several instruments, the flute, guitar , and piano but out of all three she favors the guitar.

Ruby can be a cynical, cold and mean. She rarely shows this side of her because most of the time that she’s very happy and bubbly person. She also can be very ruthless and cruel. Loyalty is the one trait she takes pride in if you are loyal to her, she is as well for you.

OH SEHUN, better known as KRISTOF LORENZ-OH, is a 100-year-old PSI VAMPIRE. He is studying a BACHELOR OF ARCHITECTURE, as well as taking part in GYMNASTICS AND BALLET.

His birth had been difficult. It was said that his mother had been too thin to carry him and that she had been warned multiple times by her doctor that this pregnancy could turn out being life-threatening for her. She didn’t listen to them. She had been wanting a child so much. She wanted to give a son to her husband and was hoping that it was a boy she was carrying. They had been right with their warnings though. He was born with a puddle of blood…too much blood…and he was quiet. As his mother was slipping out of consciousness, his father kept asking why his baby wasn’t crying. It took what felt like too long a time for the newborn to start wailing, but he eventually did, little fists and feet punching the air.

  They were able to save his mother but it was no longer an option for her to have more children. Kristof, as they named their little boy, looked just like his mother with his beautiful blue eyes although he had the same nose and the same mouth as his father. He was a baby who cried a lot and would only calm down when his mother would take him in her arms. She didn’t mind constantly having him with her. He was her little miracle and her frail health no longer allowed her to work.

Kristof was one year and a few months old when the First World War started. His father had to join the armed forces and defend the country. The four years that followed were difficult. They all survived though and life continued despite the loss of their belongings and small fortune. They had to go back to the basics but knowing they weren’t alone in those conditions made it a little easier to go through a day.

When Kristof was a child, his mother would often take him with her to a small school that had been built after the war. On certain evenings, the small town would gather there. The desks were pushed against the wall and someone would sit at the old piano in the classroom and begin to play. There were always musicians joining with flutes or violins. There, she danced, giving her hands to her son and leading him when he was still too young but as he grew older, he eventually delicately held her hand in his and her waist with the other hand before leading her around the floor. They would smile at each other. It was a secret they shared, a passion she was passing on to him.

Dance was eventually replaced by occupations that were meant for men. His father had took upon himself to teach his son about construction. Since their town had to be rebuilt after the war, his father had participated and eventually he took Kristof with him to help even if it was just to have his son hand over a bunch of nails for him to hammer into a wall. Kristof found himself loving the smell of freshly sawed wood and officially started working with his father at the age of fourteen. He went to school during the evening. It was his mother who taught him about things she felt it was important for him to know.

Back then, he was a child who was quiet and kept to himself most of the time. Sometimes though, he would have random bouts of energy where he would chase ducks or chatter incessantly, much to his mother’s amusement. He was a bit shy when it came to making friends and one had to be patient to make him feel comfortable but once he decided he liked you, it was hard to get rid of him.

He was eighteen years old when he saw him for the first time. Kristof had been at the hospital for a few days now and he wasn’t getting better. His energy was slowly leaving him and he was growing more and more delirious from his high fever. The gruel that was being fed to him refused to go down his throat. It was too painful. He had been unconscious for a few hours and when he had reopened his eyes, he had seen him. He figured he was simply hallucinating. There was no way someone wearing such elegant clothes could have been sitting there at the foot of his bed. Didn’t that person know that he was highly contagious? Did this person have a death wish? Kristof found the elegant man’s gaze and held it with his own. They stared at each other until Kristof closed his eyes and his heartbeat stopped.

Up until the day he joined Draconis (in March of 2013), Kristof lived with the vampire who sired him. He taught him a lot about the clan he was now a part of and in him, Kristof found an older brother. His personality remained mostly the same over the years. He tends to look a bit snobbish and will sometimes use the fact he looks better than most to be mean toward certain people but he’s actually relatively nice. He chooses to ignore bullying rather than participate in it or try to stop it. He tends to be wary of people at first but with a bit of patience, he will eventually open up and allow himself to be less stoic and more exuberant.

KIM TAEYEON, better known as COSIMA KIM, is a 166-year-old SOUL VAMPIRE. She is studying a BACHELOR OF SCIENCE, as well as taking part in ARCHERY, BADMINTON AND THE BAND.

Much of Taeyeon’s past is still unknown to her as she was orphaned at a very young age of her life, although that did not stop Taeyeon in isolating herself completely she interacted with her peers. She had a fairly normal young innocent young girl’s life until tragic struck her foster family, Taeyeon was enjoying her lunch at school when she heard the terrible news her foster mother had died in a car crash. Unfortunately for Taeyeon she would have rest of her life with a female figure to look up to, Foster father returned her to the orphanage and never re-homed until she was of legal age to leave. Fast tracking when she turned 23 she was already in a trouble patch of her life drugs, alcohol, crime and various things an average criminal would do even when she found her enjoyment in causing havoc around the place she never really stopped studying she always attended her classes until she reached her goal in what she was skilful at Science it was one thing she could feel human.

She became a Vampire is still very extremely hazy but she does remember the terrible nightmares she faced before the terrifying night or was it reality. It was in her Foster home a nun had taken her somewhere there was very little light which met her fate. Her death, In the back of her head she knew she had already died but she was in denial she couldn’t be dead. Physically. She felt herself as if she has no soul that was the reality of it. Taeyeon had realised her ‘dream’ was real which she did not take so well. This resulted into a deranged rampage.

Running from the law for the majority of her life although coming across the university that was fit just for her thankfully especially with the correct course she was looking for Science. it was time for her to prove herself and also keep to herself but she wouldn’t mind causing trouble amongst the clans. 

Taeyeon has multiple sides to her personality. Taeyeon is an eccentric, tattooed geek girl with a scientific mind verging on genius. She’s distant, incredibly caring to those who deserve it, brave, driven to find answers and adaptable to extreme circumstances. She also tends to diverge on scientific topics and can talk relatively fast when she gets excited. Although her other side to Taeyeon can appear at any given moment Taeyeon is more withdrawn towards people even if she has known them all her life, She can be extremely blunt, uncaring and rather sadistic if you really get down to it, she is a natural chameleon, a born outsider living on the fringes by her wits. According to an old high school, she possesses a sense of humour that not everyone she had known has. Taeyeon can be cruel, mean and just extremely sadistic but also she can be kind, caring but won’t delve into her own past.

It takes a strong and open minded person to understand Taeyeon. All in all she does not care about anyone; unless she is harmed or sees some kind of wrong she can get along with just about anyone. Taeyeon’s known to be highly blunt usually not taking others feelings into consideration she is insensitive. Taeyeon is easily irritable, especially about her looks, cursing openly towards people when things don’t go as she’d planned. Nonetheless she does respect most of her elders. Taeyeon’s a girl no one actually wants to know. This stupid kid that sits at the back of the class not giving a crap about the lesson but knows everything, her attention span is short and she struggles to keep herself from an inevitable boredom with anything, or anyone, she does after a short amount of time or even passes it as an excuse. Taeyeon is more of an observer, he prefers to listen and watch, rather than express her own self.

She’s sarcastic. Hard-skinned, she doesn’t believe in love and can be rude the majority of the time. Taeyeon flirts with anyone he wants and she usually gets it her way. Her cold exterior slightly disturbs most people she meets. Taeyeon is friendly to people who deserve her kindness. She pities those who rely on fate to solve their problems, or even pass it as an excuse. Taeyeon is more of an observer, she prefers to listen and watch. Not much of a believer in people especially, she does her best to detach herself from social situations. When at work, Taeyeon is polite and considerate of others, though these traits aren’t the most recognizable. However, once she’s at work, it’s necessary for her attempt to socialize with fellow students and staff members; she is a distant of sorts and keeps to herself but not always as she has a weakness for beautiful things.
