Day 37; DA
Trusting their companions with the money.
Origins:
Vilisse - Would trust some of their companions with the group money, but most of the companions don't want to deal with the logistics. So they have the money pouch by default.
DA2:
Thalion - Does not trust ANY of his companions with he money pouch and guards it like a greedy dragon. Trying to keep his little group put together.
Inquisition:
Isil - Doesn't even get to hold the money pouch. They would trust their companions with the pouch regardless, but Josephine takes care of it before he can even ask.
Veilguard:
Hui'ne - Never even thought to try and manage everyone's money. Does NOT want that responsibility but does manage a small communal fund for food but not because his companions are bad with money but because they keep trying to pay for everyone out of their own wallets. He has to force them to use the group fund.

Day 36: DA
Jobs After the Story Ends
Origins:
Vilisse - Works as a Mercenary that regularly drops by (read:breaks in) Alastair's castle and "kidnaps" the King for a week every blue moon. Very infamous for this, occasionally caught by bounty hunters and brought to Alastair's castle to be charged with "kidnapping" the King and put in the dungeon. He breaks out sometimes with the assistance of Zevran and the cycle continues.
DA2:
Thalion - Raider w/ Fenris and Isabela. Joins the Lord of Fortune with Isabela. Fenris is in charge of the Challenger's arena, and Thalion keeps track of their books and trade deals.
Inquisition:
Isil - Craftsman and Varric's Advisor/Steps in to run things when Varric sneaks off (which is often.).
Veilguard:
Hui'ne - Works with Neve as a Detective and occasionally still does missions for Leliana.

Day 34: DA: Omega verse
Everyone's omegaverse state. (My playable characters and their romantic interests.)
Origins:
Vilisse - Beta, tries his best to be a supporting packmate for his companions. Though wonders if it would have been easier if he was an Alpha as he watches Morrigan and Leliana, both alphas, attempt to tear each other apart. Even as an omega Alastair was jeering at the two from the side, and Vilisse sneaks off with Zevran to avoid the dynamics as well.
Zevran - Beta, which is very beneficial for an Assasin. Enjoys the step back it allows him in pack dynamics and the freedom to dart in and out of the group.
DA2:
Thalion - Alpha, while Carver is a Beta and it adds to his inferiority complex. Has always embodied the role of the stereotypical protective and doting pack alpha as impressed upon him by his family. He brings all his packages and family gifts, and scents them, and makes sure no dangers exist in their "territory". He checks in on everyone's mental state, and will growl at any Interlopers. Is very good at slight of hand because he'll sneak coin in everyone's pockets and give them snacks to satiate his need to provide.
Fenris- Alpha, his former master enjoyed the thrill of having such a high grade vicious attack dog. Constantly watching exists and emitting aggressive pheromones if anyone gets too close to his friends and loved ones. Because Thalion is also an alpha who likes to leave hickeys visibly to ward off the interested.
Inquisition:
Isil - Omega, the Inquisition takes advantage of this to enhance his connection to Andraste the omega to the Maker's Alpha. The Dalish make everyone cover their scents to better hunt and hide in the forest and so Isil had to be trained out of scrunching his nose because it is not common practice amongst humans.
Dorian - Alpha, born and bred to be. Uses the status to posture but vaguely seems to hate that it's another tick to his father's preferred pedigree. Once Isil announces their relationship HEAVILY scents him to keep on the mongrels from sniffing about.
Veilguard:
Hui'ne - Alpha, pretends to be a Beta and takes blockers for it. They are a spy it comes with the job plus due to being kicked from their Dalish clan they feel based in regards to pack dynamics. Subtly scents Lucanis and does perimeter patrols around the Lighthouse each night and morning.
Lucanis - Beta. Illario is an Alpha and likes to hold it over Lucanis, the preferred heir's, head. Lucanis has never been bothered by his status as a beta, thinks it's a benefit for his job as he has less pheromones to sense.

Day 33: DA
How does each of my player characters react to learning the Elvhen Gods are real?
Origins:
Vilisse - Grew up surrounded by the Maker's teachings in the circle, but never really felt the "connections" others did. Morrigan introduced connections to spirits and old forgotten magic practices and rituals that filled in the spaces that he never felt with The Maker. He really enjoys discussing religion with the people from the Frostback Mountains. Shocked to learn about the Evanuris and was off tilt wondering if he'd have to reevaluate his religious beliefs but felt the agony the blight was causing the land and knew that balance would never occur with them present.
DA2:
Thalion - Vaguely would have pulled Andraste and The Maker out of a hat if asked what gods he believes in. Doesn't really believe in any god, but does ask for assistance from any one that will listen in dire circumstances. So learning about the Evanuris was more of an idle, that's cool to know for certain, but mostly concerned about the reckoning their appearance brings.
Inquisition:
Isil - Didn't believe in The Maker, and so always felt a little guilty for pretending to be The Herald of Andraste. Though considering who he was heralding it was par for course. He does believe in the Evanuris and regularly prayed to them and left offerings, but wasn't one of the MOST devout amongst the elves. He was at first shocked but had more time to cope with it after Solas' reveal. He has a hard time coping with the differences between the myth and reality of the Evanuris.
Veilguard:
Hui'ne - The most religious of the group. Easily was taken in by Andraste's teachings after being forced out by their Dalish clan. Took The Maker's chant very seriously and had a full "meltdown" learning that the Elvhen gods/Old gods are real, and Andraste isn't. Completely unmoored from the foundation, plus having the god of lies in their head results in a quite vicious lash out against the Evanuris, and a petty delight that the Elvhen gods are just "very" strong mages.

Day 31: DA
My playable characters + romance ables favorite dates.
Origins:
Vilisse/Zevran - A mock game of hot potato. They have a useless coin they found that both will sneak onto the over person, and the point of the game is to not have possession of the coin at any time. Result in the two being full of PDA as they stay handsy to sneak the coin back on the other.
DA2:
Thalion/Fenris - Long walks together wherever Isabela has decided to dock for a time. Preferably at night and a secluded area so they can enjoy the solitude together.
Inquisition:
Isil/Dorian - Comfortable time side by side doing activities; this could be in the library, doing experiments, or paperwork. Shoulder to shoulder and every once and a while creeping a hand over to hold.
Veilguard:
Hui'ne/Lucanis - Going to famous restaurants all over Thedas. Trying new food and teasing one another about their reactions and if they think they could make it for their teammates later.

Day 30: DA
My playable character's reactions to being asked to help random strangers:
Origins:
Vilisse- We should help them because it's what the Grey Wardens stand for. Takes a step back away from Alastair and Leliana. Also somehow helping out these people always seems to help us out in the end so *something* Andraste or otherwise is working with us here.
DA2:
Thalion- I have accidentally become politically important and I need to keep our reputation clean for my mother's sake, but on the down low we're over throwing the government one specific side quest at a time.
Inquisition:
Isil - I hate being cooped up in Skyhold so I'll use helping others as an excuse to get out. Good press for the inquisition, gain a little gold for the coffers, and I might find a couple people who don't know who I am so I can avoid the chanting and whispers of my name. Works out for everyone.
Veilguard:
Hui'ne -
Externally - Ah of course we'll help you. We always take care of our business partners and a believe in quid pro quo.
Internally - I will fucking punch the next person that asks me for a favor. I've picked the pockets of the last three nobles we've passed, AND that last person will find honey in EVERY nook and cranny of their house and will NEVER be rid of ants EVER again.

Day 29: Pet Names
Dragon Age
Do my playable characters have /use pet names.
Origins:
Zevran for *sure* uses pet names for Vilisse.
My darling, my sweet, the apple of my eye, etc etc
Overtly sugary pet names.
Vilisse uses them but more for playful admonishments: my trickster, my rogue, my *dear*, but every once in a while will hit him with a very casual and heartfelt, my love, and Zevran melts like a Popsicle every time.
DA2
Fenris doesn't really do pet names as he feels very awkward trying to implement them. But will give a very heartfelt my love, my heart, my soul while caressing Thalion's face so he wins honestly.
Thalion is also very playful with pet names trying out random ones to embarrass Fenris my honey, my sugar cake, my firefly! Only when they're alone does he give more heart felt ones. My dear, my love, my adoration.
Inquisition
Dorian has canonically pet names Amatus, my love, my dear.
Isil is very easily embarrassed and will stammer through pet names in public if Dorian complains about getting none. But will whisper Elvhen adorations when he thinks Dorian is sleeping. Dorian has a special routine to wait for them and nothing what he should research tomorrow, only to have to stare out the window to control himself and the odes of adoration Isil is pouring into his "sleeping" form.
Veilguard
Lucanis would have so many pet names for Hui'ne. Lucanis loves romance and is so happy to have a partner who accepts him. Probably throws around the word soulmate and guiding light, and light to his heart and what not.
Hui'ne's persona uses teasing pet names, while underneath he picks out a singular Elvhen one he uses only when he seriously means the components he's spouting. Lucanis has picked up on the tonal shifts and always blushes when the Elvhen endearment is used.

Day 28: DAV: Shape shifting
Dragon Age
Hui'ne stared into his reflection and wondered who was looking back?
The lies and constantly shifting personality and mannerisms were particularly wearisome today.
He had been changing faces so long Hui'ne wondered if he could even remember his own, or had he misplaced it somewhere like a lost hat?
Whose to say it wasn't the truth? If you tell a lie long enough doesn't it become the truth?
Turning from the mirror Hui'ne "changed", pulling from the magic in the fade, feeling his bones and muscles twist and pop as they resettled into a new shape.
Vilisse had explained how shape shifting had worked for him in the fade when he had to use it tonight a demon, and when he showed promise in the field, called Morrigan for further instruction.
A ruthless teacher, but effective. Hui'ne now stood as a raven similar to Leliana's messengers so as to blend in. Taking off Hui'ne searches for the baby griffin intending to hitch a ride, and forget about some of his insecurities.
After all a bird has nothing to fret about just it's next meal. Humans should take notes.

Day 27: DAV: Rook's Intro
Dragon Age Rook
Hui'ne knew that being a spy involved a lot of lying, but he didn't suspect how much would be allowing people to make up assumptions, and either working with those assumptions, or bluffing well enough that people will make assumptions that justify their assumptions.
He never thought he'd be around anyone on any mission long enough to want or need to clear up any assumptions and lies that arose from his job, but now he was having to run with a fake it till you make it strategy after being put in charge of a long term team, who he has been lying to from the jump.
He was only supposed to be a temporary team mate for Varric, on loan from Leliana, additional elf power a long with a speciality in sneaking into places he shouldn't.
So he'd slapped on a friendly personality he'd stolen from Thalion, and called it a day. It should have been enough to get him through the mission, and not impressionable enough for any of his teammates to recall after a couple months.
Now here he was stuck in a position of power leading a rag tag bunch of specialists as they try to save the world. A long with lying out of his ass about every aspect of his person hood because he was still a spy at the end of the day, Maker preserve him! Hui'ne wondered if this was how Isil felt when running the Inquisition.

Day 26: DA2 Prologue
Kind of a set up for an after the events of DA2 story.
When people think about the Champion of Kirkwall, they think of a grand and noble hero. A man who stands amongst nobles and is at the forefront of battles for freedom and the betterment of many.
This would be due to Varric's extravagant rumors that have grown a life of their own.
Not to say that the hero isn't a good and noble person, but he also have his own shadows and secrets.
His first year in Kirkwall had him working for the Black market. Running shady cargo and meeting even shadier people. He knew how to say what others wanted to hear, and charmed them into leaving the exchanges with emptier wallets then they intended.
Though his sarcasm and smart mouth got him into as much trouble as it got him out. Yes the oh so great Champion felt more comfortable at The Hanged Man chatting with prostitutes or smugglers then he'd ever be at a ball hosted by Thedas' "elite".

Day 25: DAI: Face Markings
Some of my notes to give my Dalish Clan a bit more substance.
Vallasin / Clan Religious Practices
* Vallasin is of June (simple version)
-note: June is similar to a magical engineer. Can craft whatever is needed for the situation at hand.
* Inky's position in the Lavellan clan was an apprentice craftsman.
-note: June made the first Eluvian.
-note: June's high dragon thrall was Urthemirlel the Tevinter Old God of Beauty that was slain in the fifth blight which killed June behind the veil.
* Since Inky is gorgeous maybe could play into the parallel stating they are blessed by the Old God of Beauty when interacting with the Imperium/Tevinter Mages/Venatori.
-Maybe Dorian spins this tale at first to make Inky more paletteable to the Imperium but it turns out to be true once they learn that the Evanuris are the Old Gods. So it could be an inside joke later.
-note: June is partnered with Sylaise the hearth keeper (domestic arts).
-note: Sylaise's high dragon thrall was Toth the Tevinter Old God of Fire that was slain in the third blight (this probably killed Sylaise considering killed Urthemirlel killed June).
* In his clan the members are paired into platonic sets based off their Vallasin and position in the clan.
-ex: Like how June and Sylaise are paired in myth a clan member with the June Vallasin will be paired with a clan member who has a Sylaise Vallasin.
-Their major focus will be on the God's domain they share a Vallasin with but will also work with their pair and minor in that domain.
-This is to share duties in the clan in case of sickness but also a back up in the case that the clan is "purged" (by illness or by man) that one person does not retain all the knowledge of a certain craft/aspect of their religion.
-So Inky's hobby is tending to a garden and growing medicinal and cooking herbs.
• Inky is more skilled in combat then most Jun Vallasin bearers because he prefers to hunt for his own materials to craft with.

Day 24: DAI: Nicknames
The communal nickname for my Inky.
Others Names For Inky
• Varric started calling Inky The Goat or The Mountain Goat when wanting to gossip or talk about them in public but not wanting to give information to prying ears.
-So because Inky is able to scale mountains like a goat he started calling them that in public which resulted in the entire Inner Circle referring to them as such behind their back.
-Lelianna thought it was hilarious, and started penning them August Ram when speaking of them in code.
-Dorian affectionately calls them his Halla when speaking in code if he doesn't want to seem to sappy calling him Amatus.

Day 23: DAI: Exhausted
A very tired and stressed elf.
Isil had not slept well in months.
Logically he knew he should be having the best sleep of his life, but that was the furthest thing from the truth.
Even though he had a comfy bed and was protected by stone walls he felt nothing but discomfort in that fact.
It was too quiet, he couldn't hear the sounds of his clan members moving around, the sound of animals creeping through the brush, or the sound of the campfire crackling and popping all night long. The utter silence unnerved him.
The stone walls meant he didn't have to fear getting rained on or having an animal burst in, in the middle of the night. He felt cold and disconnected from everything. What if someone came to assassinate him? He'd be long dead before anyone would notice.
Everything about his just made him itch and crave to be back into the forest. Isil never felt burdened by having to travel as part of his duties as Herald as it gave him the chance to be back out in the open, he reveled in it.
For now he'd have to compromise by opening the window, and maybe ask Vivienne or Solas for a sleeping potion in the morning. It would tank troop morale if the Inquisitior fell asleep while in battle.

Day 22: Treviso Rewrite Outline
So this one will actually be in much more rough draft train of thought set up.
Dragon Age Violence, vampires, mind control.
Rook, through picking certain dialogue options can notice that Illario's concern for Lucanis feels fake, and he seems shady.
Certain dialogue options, would also allow you to question, why none of the other illustrious crows aren't questioning Illario's potential involvement in Lucanis' kidnapping.
As you explore the city you can investigate parts of Treviso that Rook or the companions will make comments about how "If that building fell it would trap the people inside." or "If that bridge went out the people would be trapped on that island in the canal." Etc.
If Rook thinks that something shady was going on they can bring it up to Lucanis. Who will tell you that Illario is his brother and even though they work for assassins he would not betray him. Lucanis has no interest in being First Talon so Illario would have no reason.
But Spite will cause a commotion stating that Rook is the only one who can see through the LIES!
If you talk to the companions about it they seem to pause and stare blankly before brushing off your concerns. Mentally rook will remark that is very odd behavior.
Later when you try to help Jacobus he will reveal that the fledglings have started going missing and his brother was investigating the disappearances.
He may have been killed by the Antaam/Venatori but Jacobus believes it was at the orders of whoever was kidnapping the fledglings. They hadn't told anyone about their investigation because all of the adults "turned weird" and brushed off anything they said.
If you bring this up to teia she will have that weird stop and stare into the void affect before stating the Jacobus is in shock from his brother's death, and she'll look into their disappearances if only to sooth Jacobus' mind.
If you talk to Jacobus to try and get more information about the missing fledglings he does the stop and stare thing before telling you that it was just a game made up by his brother and not to worry about it.
If you don't talk to Teia about it because you feel that something's is going on and it's hard to trust those in the crows. Teia will out of character try to interrogate you about what Jacobus told you but if you lie successfully to her she'll believe you and drop it.
Later when you speak to Jacobus he'll tell you about the last information his brother found about the missing kids. (This would unlock a quest called like Missing Feathers or something.)
In Missing Feathers you would be tracking down clues to find the fledglings with Lucanis. Where throughout you find blood mage experimentation and ritual sights, and some of the missing kids. Some abominations, some empty husks, and some still alive.
You can decide if you'll send them back to the crows or have them hide somewhere till this situation is resolved. The choice would have consequences later.
Throughout this mission you'd find codex entries from Zara explaining her experiments on the Vampire. Her first experiment to bind a demon to a human through Elvhen methods. It explains the strengths and weaknesses.
The vampire has three forms. A monstrous form with fangs and claws and blistering skin, a human form graceful and charming, and the in between form brought on by hunger.
Increases senses and abilities, along with the capabilities to charm others and turn them into thralls. While being weak to sunlight, stepping into moving water (though the effect diminishes the further above it with zip lines crossed out), holy object adversion. And any individual that *works* with spirits is immune to their charms and glamor.
And the vampires slow take over of the crows, and them working with the blood mage supplying them some crows/fledglings, supplies, and sovereigns in exchange for control over their beast.
May also explain that Lucanis was the vampire's first trade to become what he is today.
Lucanis understands his family has been taken over from within and he must go warn Illario, Teia, Viago.
Another decision being made on if you tell Lucanis to not tell them because he doesn't know who has been thralled.
When they arrive back at the gambling house the quest where Lucanis confronts Zara occurs.
This explains more why Zara has the room flooded with blood that she always stays in as it keeps the "vampire" and his thralls from being able to attack her due to the moving fluid.
Zara says she'll trade information on who the vampire is but Illario kills her.
Rook can find this very suspicious.
Lucanis has his inner demons quests where he decided is he will work it out with spite. This will affect the quest later.
Emmrich and Lucanis interrogate Zara's body and she reveals Illario as "the vampire" and the person that sold Lucanis to her the year prior. And that she had been trading crows for blood for months so Illario could control his cravings.
If you had told Lucanis that you suspect Illario he'll comment on how you saw things so clearly right from the begining. The other companions will act surprised and that they didn't notice anything.
If you found the codex explaining the vampire's strengths you can suggest that Illario "charmed" them into believing his lies. The companion that met Illario will wonder what allows you to not be charmed by Illario.
If you found the weaknesses codex you can suggest that because you have a blood magic bond to Solas that you are immune because he's a spirit. Lucanis is similarly immune due to Spite.
If you told the crows about the vampire in their ranks you won't receive this codex. If you do not tell the crows you will receive a message from the art gallery manger to come see them they found something of Illario's when going through the stock the Antaam had confiscated that wasn't part of her collections. (Probably a side quest called Vampire's Bargain or something.)
So if you visit her she'll give you a corrupted shard of an Eluvian (like Merrill had in DA2) that plays a memory inside a bloodied necklace. You get to see how Illario became the vampire falling to temptation. See Day 21 post for the full concept.) Seeing this memory will affect Lucanis' choices at the end of his companion missions.
When you go back to the gambling house next the final part of his companion mission begins. "The Hunt."
You'll find it abandoned save Illario (you cannot teleport out of Treviso while this mission is on going.) Where Lucanis will confront him and we see middle form vampire Illario for the first time. Illario will monologue and he fight will break out. Once "defeated" a cute scene would trigger where Teia and Viago step in and force Lucanis back eyes glowing red. They are Illario's Thralls.
Illario states that pretty much all the crows are his Thralls or for those who have scene the benefit of joining him been turned into his vampire spawn.
Illario explains why the Antaam killed all the mages in Treviso thinking that the vampire has to be a mage because at that time making a non mage abomination had never been heard of. And that's why there is a curfew as the Antaam were attempting to reduce the vampires feeding sources. And why the Antaam have brought so much fire power but to have a weapon that could actually kill a vampire.
Illario is feeling inferior but covering it up with vitriol that even with both of them being abominations that Lucanis is still somehow out performing him, but Lucanis couldn't possibly harm his fellow crows and turns to leave with Viago and Teia guarding his back (obviously being mind controlled.)
Maybe during the monologuing Illario will reveal that Teia and Viago were the biggest road blocks in his take over and charming then had been the hardest part as they refused with violence when he offered spawnhood.
Illario tells Lucanis to join him at House Dellamorte's theatre or wherever they fight in the canon game. Lucanis gets attacked by more thralls and a couple vampire spawn and once they've been dealt with. It is figured out that to stop them they have to kill them, but they are innocent puppets of Illario's.
You get to make a big choice where one of those ones with the banner that pops up to tell you so. You can state that you should try to keep them alive, only kill if you have to, or it must be done they are trying to kill us willingly or not.
This starts the hunt across Treviso where all the crows are attacking your group as you try to get across the map as quickly as you can. Taking the zip lines, back allies, and wall climbing. Etc.
If you choose to keep everyone alive. If Rook and the companions found the parts of the map that could be used as traps you can trap the thralls and spawn throughout the map. If not you will have to defeat Illario and a horde of enemies at the same time making his boss fight very difficult.
If you choose to only kill who you have to. You can trap those throughout the map if you noticed the "traps" and youll only kill those who made it to the final boss battle arena against Illario. Making the fight about medium difficulty.
If you choose to kill them you will fight waves of enemies as you cross the map to the final fight with Illario. This makes the boss fight easiest because you only have to fight Illario, Teia, and Viago.
You have the boss fight at whatever difficulty. If you picked to kill everyone you will kill Teia and Viago permanently in this fight, any other choices will stun them and they will rejoin the fight periodically until you "defeat" Illario.
The surprise is that whoever your third companion is they can be temporarily turned against you and be "charmed" by Illario to fight against you. The only exception is if you complete Emmrich's companion mission first and pick his Litch route as this gives him immunity to charm.
Once you have "defeated" Illario. Many factors will affect his choices.
If Lucanis does not let Spite "free." He will only be presented with the choice to kill Illario and therefore killing every spawn under his command. Including many innocents such as the children you may or may not have saved if you did "Missing Feathers". Or allowing Illario "The Vampire" to walk free but "bound" by blood magic Lucanis would have to resort to to keep his fellow crows alive.
If Lucanis does let Spite "free." During the final boss fight Spite will state that he can sever the connection between Illario and the demon in the Fade. Because he and Lucanis were made into one while a demon was bound to Illario's flesh and soul. Once it is severed Illario becomes significantly weaker and the fight ends quicker. This would allow Lucanis to kill Illario and all the crows would be released from their thralls and turned back to normal if they became spawn. The other option is that Illario would be thrown in the dungeon never to see the sunlight again like the monster he'd become until he was tried by the crows and his decision made by the people he'd controlled.
If you complete the side quest "Vampires Bargain" Lucanis will get insight into Illario's perspective of how he became a vampire and that it was not intentionally malicious and he had originally meant to come and save Lucanis before being twisted but the higher and power this will give Lucanis the third option to forgive Illario and that he'd be under strict watch and similar to the "good" ending in Canon.
After a choice is made. What Crows remain labeled Lucanis first talon and he tells them to prepare for the war against the gods.
xXx
And this was my idea on how to restructure the Treviso quest lines to make them potentially more interesting and to have more consequences.
