Hopefully her colors turned out good, took way too long to decide what shade of purple to use.

Being an actual part of the prophecy in this au, Glory does have a little higher self esteem then in cannon, but is still rather grouchy (just for different reasons). She still becomes Queen of the RainWings, when Queen Grandeur steps down to let her once lost granddaughter take the throne peacefully.

RainWings are very different in the au, however still do not take an active part of the war, Queen Grandeur focuses more on protecting her kingdom and citizens from conflicts that stray too close to the rainforest. This of course does change as the story progresses.

Asha and Hvitur make sure that Glory, and the other dragonets, get time in the sun as they were growing up so Glory discovers her venom a lot sooner.

Here’s Finch, the Skywing Dragonet of Destiny in my au! I really like how his colors turned out this time. Finch uses he/they pronouns btw.

You would think being the Skywing from the prophecy, that Kestrel would favor them over the other dragonets. And it was like that for the first few years of Finch’s life, but once his more gentle and empathetic personality started to show Kestrel started to be more harsh and strict with him. Pushed Finch to train harder, lecture him on how Skywings are “supposed to act”, ect. As time went on, it became clear that she resented Finch, never seeing him as good enough.

The other dragonets would always be there to support Finch, they help encourage them to just be themselves and don’t listen to Kestrel, and defended him against her. Asha Definitely body slammed Kestrel when she saw Kestrel had made Finch bleed during a training session one time. After that incident, Kestrel was never the one who trained Finch anymore.

Finch is very empathetic and caring, and hates fighting but will fight back if his adopted siblings (the other dragonets) are in danger. When they left the cave and got to soar in the air, Finch let out a sigh of relief as he got to stretch out his wings to their fulling extent. As they traveled all over Phyrria, Finch witness the cruelty of the war and just how many hardships young dragonets have to face alone. After the war ended, Finch opened up an orphanage so the dragonets whose parents died during the war could have a home until they’re adopted or are old enough and ready to live on their own. Asha helps out Finch with everything, Hivitur also helps when he’s not busy as the history teacher at Jade Mountain.

“Wings of night shall come to you”

Here’s Starflight, the second youngest of the Dragonets of Destiny. Poor Starflight feels the weight of the world on his shoulders, and is often lost in thought, trying to decipher the visions that flood his mind. Often feels  solely responsible for the prophecy and drowning in worry, needs a gentle reminder from one of the other dragonets that he’s not alone and they’re all in this together.

Starflight, and Sunny, finding a proper seer and mind reader teacher once they reach the Night Kingdom is a plot point that’ll come up.

Also I like to think that nightwing dragonets that hatch under full moons often have more vibrant colors then those who hatch under no or non full moons. So someone like Starflight here, whose hatched under three full moons, is a bit of an oddity with his colorful scales.
