yeah, im coming out of the woodwork for this because i'm fucking done with this bullshit.

anon, you're seriously grasping at fucking straws here. it's seriously making you look desperate and stupid. you are so hellbent about this one (1) particular moment that happens in numerous asoiaf fics and now you're going into every single person's inbox that has interacted with rei's set to be an annoying bitch about it. ash is a fantastic writer. i've read AVWH years ago and i can say with certainty that other than alyssa being related to the starks ( which is a common starting off point ), this one scene ( that happens in plenty of asoiaf fics ), and the same faceclaim ( who is wildly overused in every fandom bc of quality amount of content ), there are no other similarities. literally fucking none. and i am not saying this as a friend of rei's, i am literally stating cold hard facts. myra and alyssa are two completely different characters with different character arcs, love interests, and storylines. other than the minor overlapping, both of their creations are different, yet amazing in their own way.

if you REALLY were a fan of ash and myra's story, then why dont you hop off anon and actually converse your issues with either ash or rei directly. right now, all your doing is taking the coward's way out and bitching to anyone who will listen, which is fucking ridiculous and immature. grow the fuck up.

there is a REAL problem with plagiarism that the oc community has faced and for you to go off about this instead of someone who's actually copying one's creation is just bizarre. you seriously need to get your priorities in check. so either you fucking deal with this like a fucking adult ( although i doubt you are one because of how fucking childish you're being ) and have grown up conversations OFF anon or get the fuck offline and learn what plagiarism actually is

@moireia Alyssa Snow lifts an entire plot like from A Vow Without Honour by @damn-daemon Alyssa asks Robert Baratheon to spare Lady and he agrees because she looks like Lyanna, he has too much of an interest in Alyssa because she looks like Lyanna, she goes to Kings Landing where her resemblance to Lyanna is remarked on and causes tension. This all occurred in AVWH which was written years ago. @moireia should at least credit this author because she is copying the exact same plotline with the exact same face claim. I do not know about any other fiction Alyssa resembles but sis!fic is pretty common and Adelaide Kane is used widely. It's just really frustrating to see Ash's work being regurgitated here.

Thank you for bringing this to light for me. I know that there are only so many stories to be told, but this seems to go the extra mile. You certainly know your facts! I am going to look into this personally. Thank you for taking the time to type all this out and let me know! It can be frustrating and I hope that both parties are consulted and reach an understanding together on credit.

1.) oh god, there are soooooooo many that have collected dust over the years. i go through so many different phases where i miss a specific oc deeply, and currently... i really miss nara jinn. i've been thinking a bit about her recently since i finally played jedi survivor ( a solid 10/10 ). my only issue is with nara is that a lot of her story would end up being au to canon, which isn't a bad thing, but personally it's just sooooo much to map out and change and it gets tiring. still, i do miss her a lot and care about her even after all this time.

maybe one day i'll have the strength to rework the sequels and give my girl the justice she deserves.

2.) so... i got really into anime these past few months, but more specifically attack on titan and jujutsu kaisen ( though, i have a raging brainrot on the former rather than the latter, but i love both a lot ). i admit, i am shy to post anything related to it since i know it's a very niche section in the oc community, but i do have soooooo much on my aot oc, sloane beckett, like it's quite insane how she and her romantic pairing has consumed my mind. in all honesty, i am really proud of how much thought i've put into her story. i came up with eight years worth of free real estate ideas before even the main plot begins and i have an abundance of thoughts for the rest of the story moving forward too. so yeah, she is one of the many ocs i've come up with in the past few months, but sloane is, by far, the most fleshed out in terms of her personality, storyline ( from start to finish ), romantic pairing, and so on.

i would love to talk about her or my other anime ocs more if anyone's interested !! i just get shy since i know not many of my mutuals on tumblr are not into anime ( hence why i haven't posted anything about them lol )
