I know people have already said it, but you NEED to go to SUPPORT and use FEEDBACK. Tell them how this is affecting you and your experience. I know we all want to use emotionality, and you should to some degree, dictate your disgust. But you need to use the buzz words/phrases they are probably looking for: "Not ergonomic" "Not intuitive" "Confusing" "Not easy to use" "I can't focus" "I can't communicate anymore" "I don't know where anything is now" "I have disabilities and I can't navigate this site now" I think it is MOST crucial to remind them it is not navigable for people with disabilities.
