They’re so very tired, you can see it in their eyes.

Before they can get any more overwhelmed in their thoughts, your f/o is immediately stopped in their tracks when you pull them in for a protective hug, tenderly kissing them on the forehead.

They begin to forget what they were even upset about upon receiving such sweet affection.

“everything’s going to be ok, I promise you…” you tell them, gently holding their head to your chest.
