I have generally moved on to a different username online for anonymity reasons regarding IRL, but because of past DCBB, I am keeping this username and not changing it.

Ok but a fic where Jack is de-aged and Cas and Dean are his dads? And it’s so so cute! It made me swoon and laugh out loud several times. I highly recommend reading it, I hope you guys enjoy the story as much as I did!

So in honor of the Fruits Basket reboot who would you say are your fave Furuba characters and ships (canon) and why? Least fave Furuba characters and canon ships and why

Yuki is my favorite character. He was my favorite 15 years ago and he still is. Tohru is a very close second, and I love her even more now that I am an adult. Same for Kyo. While Yuki was the one I identified to the most as a teen, now I appreciate more how deep Tohru and Kyo. I think the way I understand them has changed now thank I am not into the "I am like Yuki" mindset anymore. I love his character growth. I love how he tries to move forward and push past his trauma, but stumbles, and keeps trying anyway. He is very caring and as time goes on, he gets more and more comfortable with who he is. I like how his mental change is shown through his choice of clothing, and how he keeps his nails short after a big milestone in the series. I also really like that he is a disaster when it comes to cleaning. His bedroom is a mess while on the outside he tries his best to show a perfect and immaculate facade. He is my rat bastard son and I love him very much.

My favorite ship is Kyoru. They complement each other so well. They bring out the best in the other. Kyo is the only one around whom Tohru gets to act her age and not like a "mom". She tries to take care of him like she does everyone, but he takes care of her and her needs just as much. He listens to her, he allows her to say what she wants and lets her be "selfish". By the end of the series they read each other easily. Being around Tohru helps Kyo work through his trauma, but she doesn't do it for him. He wants to be better, to be there for her. He wants the best for her. I just love them.

Least favorite character has to be the head maid lady. I don't think she has a name. Yeah Ren is terrible BUT she is a clear antagonist. The head maid lady is more insidious because she is shown to be on Akito's side, but you get an uneasy feeling about her. I also think she was the one who actually raised Akito so... yikes!!

Least favorite ship... I don't think I have one? Even the problematic ones are interesting (and there are several problematic canon ships....). I guess I wasn't into Kyo x Kagura.

Watercolor painting technique: I am not a patient person so I slap in colors hoping either it's dry enough or wet enough to give the effect I want and hope for the best. While either painting on paper that's not meant for watercolor or mixed media paper that's again not the best.

SPN "Despair" spoilers thoughts

Dean, blaming himself because he brought Cas on a wild chase fueled by his anger, thinks they will both die. He thinks Cas will die because of his actions. He will have to watch him die again, because he knows Cas would step in front of Billie to protect him. And even if it wasn't the case, he knows Billie has beef with Cas and that killing him will make Dean suffer. He is already defeated. Cas will die, and Dean will die, and everyone else after.

But Cas says no. You will not die today, I will protect you the only way I can do it. I will tell you my truth, and this will set us free. And Cas is so relieved to finally, finally tell Dean what he couldn't before. He says it because it's his end, but not Dean's. He can save him, buy him more time, because he knows Dean will save the world with Sam. They always do. Cas loves Dean, and he cares for this world. Dean living gives the world a chance.

Until they are reunited again, and Dean can say it back.
