Hello, everyone --- I'm Dr. Frederick Chilton, and I am... quite intrigued by this website, so I've decided to give it a shot ! :))

I run the Baltimore State Hospital for the Criminally Insane, or the BSHCI, and I am a certified psychiatrist and author. I'm forty-three years old, and I am very, very ethical, despite what some unreputable sources may tell you.

I can acknowledge that, ah... many terrible things have happened to me, events that have been widely associated with my name, but I'd rather we look past those for right now ! Hope to have a great time here!
