❌ MYTH #1: "Just rest it and everything will heal!"

✅ FACT: Yes, rest is important in the first few days... BUT too much rest can make your muscles weak, your joints stiff, and your recovery SLOW. 🐢 👉 What your body actually needs is gentle movement guided by a trained physiotherapist!
