       Hearing how strongly worded Alex’s response was, Dominic couldn’t help but take a step back and put his arms up in surrender. He knew how proud and how determined Alex was to be the best at her career field and it was certainly a career she took seriously. He did too. But maybe he was in the wrong today and maybe his timing was in bad taste. Especially seeing as it was one of the big wigs who was renown in their craft and it could potentially mean a big money paycheck for Alex should she have gotten the job.
