I finished Twelfth Knight and I don't wanna write my review on goodreads but I need to rant about it
Vi and Jack's relationship felt like it was progressing very naturally at the beginning, getting to know each other, changing their perception of each other, getting along better, etc. But then, when they started getting "moments", I couldn't understand how they have gotten there, that jump to romantic feelings felt to me like it came out of nowhere.
I do think they make a good couple, they are very different but understand each other perfectly, and their playful fights are very cute. But when they were flirting at the end of the school dance I just couldn't get it, I didn't understand why they were there already, it felt too soon for them to be so into each other. I was expecting a slower burn.
Vi had way more chemistry with Olivia. When she had her bisexual crisis, I really couldn't understand why she had preferred Jack over her.
And I really really hated how Vi kept lying/catfishing Jack for so long.
Also this book had too much football for my liking.
