-dumpster diving/ cigarette break
-regular pedestrian/ bicycle coming towards them at full speed
-on the sidewalk looking dead/coming out of work
-robber that needs a getaway car/ civilian that is being forced to drive as a getaway car
-backpack on the ground in the only walk way/ trips on it
-drinking from water fountain for like 30 minutes/ about to push them aside to get the water
