I know I'm against players like this but I'm so fucking done with how low the IQ is of public lobby players. It's old. I want to get better at this game but it's harder to kill the dummies than it is to win in public lobbies.

adhd student: i love learning and i actually hunger for knowledge, but the way the school system currently operates doesn’t work well for people with brains like mine. i am capable of maintaining acceptable and even good grades, but it takes about 3x the time and effort of the average student. all my life i have been receiving messages, overt and subtle, that i am deficient, lazy, and/or weird for my inability to perform well in that environment, and my self-worth has been utterly decimated as a result.

I Need somwhere to bitch bout this so here we are. We had a two imp game on Polus and the other imposter bailed ASAP.

So that was me against eight people. I've had a record of throwing things but for some reason I felt a little confident in myself.

I started off by watching Storage from the hole. I saw purple walk in with Blue trying to follow and dark green nearby and vented to an attached vent, don't remember which. I hoped out and shut purple in without blue. Purple went to try to open the door and I vented back, killed them then vented to the hole I originally popped out of, and ran to catch Dark Green.

He was my alibi for a moment there. The body was reported and DG said 'Dumpster is with me rn' because I wasn't DumStar, I was Dumpster. Don't ask, I don't know. And they didn't eject anyone, but they still knew the other imposter was Cyan because of the 1 imposter remaining thing. DG then had to go do a download in the bathrooms, where I vented right in front of them but since they had the download tab pulled up they didn't see. I quickly checked the corresponding vent outside, hopped out and killed Red and vented back before Green was done. I followed him into Decom where he again, cleared me, saying I've been by them most the game. The only person who wasn't with a solid alibi at that point was Blue, and everyone did think their story of 'I got shut outside without Purple and then they died' was suspicious, so they killed blue.

I stopped following DG as nobody sussed me and I noticed that Orange and Yellow were sticking together way too much, and a part of me wanted to spare Green just in case. I sabotaged the seismic stabilizers and hid in the vent in front of the left one, not the brightest play, but Orange came around. I hopped out and killed him before venting away.

Brown found the body before I jumped out of the vent, so I just stated I was by the lava pit, and I think brown began to sus me, but Green still helped me even here. I found Brown by pink for some time by the snowmen at the bottom of the map. I ran by after turning off lights and killed pink before venting into admin.

Brown reported without seeing me kill and I said I'm pretty sure that brown was by pink last round and they ejected brown.

This left me with two people left, yellow and green. Yellow was hovering at the emergency meeting button so I sabotaged stabilizers and vented in front of them all. Two people and one imposter, they weren't gonna win. Yellow ran to the one on the left side, and I really didn't want to kill Green, so I followed yellow. My kill cool down was on, so I had to chase them to by storage before I killed them and won.

I got kicked but still I am SO proud of that. Green said I fucking killed it after I said I didn't think I did too well (because I didn't think I did at the time) but I got kicked after they said that.

So that right there was my single most proud imposter win. Moral of the story, even if you don't think you can do it, try. As long as you have fun, that's what matters.

Also I'm low-key drawing the Dumpster guy from that run because he didn't look like my DumStar character.

I changed my name back to DumStar shortly after and went to play on the maps with less arrogant people, AKA MIRA HQ and the Skeld. I felt out of place on Polus because for the most part only flawless players were there and I've met more toxic people on Polus than any other map so yeah. My confidence fucked off after that and I proceeded to play sloppily and needed the other imposter to function. So this means

DUMPSTER- you've walked into a dumpster fire. I feel like being trash to you.

DumStar- stupid oblivious fuck. Not in a cute way either. I'm just dumb.
