Delicious in dungeon spoilers ahead:
I think I kept you waiting for too long now. So, everybody, why do you think that Winged lion is so masculine? Well, as I mentioned in my previous post it seems to be able to get information by monsters in the dungeon. (It learned about Marcille's fear of mortality and Laois isolation from humanity by nightmares.) We also know that the winged lion was a figure of worship in the ancient kingdom before the dungeon. The demon took that form cause Thisle needed a protector for his kingdom, so it became the guardian god of the kingdom. Now rolling back it is a fact that the ideal of a hero is masculine body. When our culture says hero it 9/10 times will be tall, slim dude with abs with other traits showing off his masculenity. But why did it take that form after meeting the Touden party? Well I think it arrived at it in a really stupid way kinda. The demon already showed itself to be the winged lion, it was the core of its manipulation so it could not drop it, but what Laios and Marcille needed the most at that moment was a hero. They were run into the corner by the Canaries, the jix was up, they knew about dark magic, they knew Marcille did it. If they arrest them now then Falin is gone forever. They could not defeat Canaries in a fight so in desperation, Marcille reached out to the one thing she believed would make her defeat death itself. (When Marcille mentioned if she had that book Thisle had/lion's seal, she would be on equal footing with him). And lucky for her the hero answered. So yeah I think that british gay lion is so jacked is because it is trying to play the role that other expect of it, and when it has to be a hero it represents the society expectations to how hero should look like (which is also funny because Laios breaks those norms not only by his personality, but also by his body.)

Btw this strictly correlates imo to why Winged Lion looks like baby Furry first fursona (affectionate). And why even tho it is a pure energy, something genderless, it undeniably presents in masculine way. Let me know if you want that analysis as well fellow adventures!
Delicious in dungeon spoilers ahead:
I have been catching up with anime recently after finals and god dammit. Okay so like you remember the episode with nightmares? The moment that Marcille pulls out the book the eye animates, it focuses on her and Laios. THAT GAY ASS BRITISH LION LOCKED IN ON THEM AT THAT MOMENT OMG. And it makes so much sense now. Lion seems to know almost everything about the desires of Laios and Marcille. He knows it because Nightmares "told" him about their fears and desires. The first thing that happens to Laios in the dream is him feeling disconnected from his humanity as well as he is verbally abused by people that made him detached from humanity and then he transforms into a dog, he rejects his humanity. Winged Lion uses almost the same scenes to persuade Laios in the final stretch. Lion was never all knowing, it just knew how to use it's control over monsters to it's advantage. This make even a better villain then it was before imo.

I got absolute guilty gear brain rot recently and let me tell you all. I love the small stories that u get during online matches. For example i had that new Sol player rematch me 2 times. So we played 9 games. I saw beautiful improvement in his approaches, he won our last fight and I was just so proud of him. Hell even I myself at around the 5th match chilled out with supers to give him more time to learn and understand the basic moveset. I felt like a sensei in 2017 isekai.
Another funny story is after climbing the ladder and putting the fear of god into folks (god being Giovanna 6P). I went into the game with Bridget, my first opponent was Giovanna and dear god. You may think that Giovanna fights with her legs, but not this one SHE HAD HANDS TO THROW DOWN. Anyway the final score was 4 to 2 for me and I think it was a way for the world to try and humble me and now i feel like a God for winning. Trually I am guilty of the Gear.

Also like, if you dislike ash blossom, max c and other hand traps, belive me you will do fine without them! Just put cross out designator in your deck and one copy of the hand trap you dislike and boom. When you mix it up with called by the grave, often you can just ignore them. In most cases they are not a dead draw and you have a simple way to out and negate them!
Even with snake eyes in the game, remember always bet on the lesbian decks. Like Exosisters can disrupt them pretty good (if you go first), sky striker ace decks TECHNICLY can out typical snake eye board. And also like trickstar mixed with Labrynth is just a fun burn deck. So remember allways bet on the lesbians to save the game.

Dungeon Menshi spoilers:
It is interesting how in Dungeon Meshi, history of the Golden kingdom is a circle. A power fuel kingdom appearing out of nowhere, lead by a tallman in the world dominated by the long living races. Dergal and his ancestors even have some similarities in look to Laios. As well as Thistle and Marcille being elven court mages, with the fear of loosing their new family because of lifespan difference. And Laios court advisors (Kabru) being cautious of long living races plots the same way that court advisors didn't wanted for the Dergal father to have an adult elven mage in fear of them influencing the king in a wrong way. In general both Laios and Marcille are characters that do not fit their current society. Marcille uses dark arts, now forbidden yet once openly practiced magic, as well as her life span is closer to elves from centuries ago. And Laios while we can't say he would fit better in, in the past, well what about future? His fascination with monsters can remind us of cryptid lovers or even our days biologist! Humans in the past weren't studying animals and if someone would have this kind of hobby they would find it quiet strang I think.
I think this is also part of Dungeon teachings. In the end Marcille and Laios as well as Chilchuck (someone that really fits in the current world.), Senshi and Izutsumi (both not really belonging in the now, yet they don't fit into past and future either.) bring back an ancient kingdom and save the world. It is the fusion of what was is and will be that helps in this task, that helps to creat a better tomorrow. We can not reject the past, we need to learn from it (like Marcille learned from tragedy of Thistle life) and bring the best parts from it with us. We also need to be brave enough to break conventions and typical ways of thinking (As Laios monster fascination and his overthinking of their traits were the key to defeating the Winged Lion). But we can not forget those people of now and those that do not fit (As relationships with and skill set of Chilchuck, Senshi and Izutsumi helped to keep Laios and Marcille grounded and break the Lions hold on them). In the end it will help us to creat a better tomorrow.
