this is also the second time i have drawn these mermaids, so i think it's time i make them my actual ocs.

i know the older one is named marina because it just fits her. but i have no idea what to call the younger one. any ideas?

I've been in a slump due to a change in my medication, so I tried to force myself out of it by drawing Hoshino Anzu

Hello! I hate doing this, but I just looked at my bank account and things are ✨Bad✨

I was scammed by a "client" back in august and I was unable to recover from that. In fact, it got so bad that this month I hit the despair stage. I need to refill an expensive medication this month and also need to take my cat to the vet, but I don't have enough for either of that. I'm owing the bank around 6200 reais (as of March 6th, roughly 1273 USD) even after they took this month's salary, and all they granted me was 99 reais on my credit card.

So I'm here, on my knees, asking

the suicide of persephone

I usually save the rambles about my drawings to the tags, but this time I thought would be better to do under a Read More.

I will just start with this is not the goddess Persephone, though she is obviously named after her. She is a character from a drama/horror story that has been quietly growing in the back of my mind since 2021 and recently reached the point I cannot stop thinking about it.

I don't know how much is appropriate or even safe (thanks, ai scrapers) for me to talk about at this point . It is not a direct reinterpretation of the myth, though my feelings about it definetly oriented what I want the story to be about - sexual trauma, and all the pain, anger and resentment it brings.

Though I have grown to love horror as a genre, I also have little to no experience with it. Just look at my other drawings! I'm a gentle fantasy girlie! If I ever want to bring this project to life, I guess this is a good place to start. I hope to eventually be able to convey everything I want the story to be.
