i want that long drive
or the walk to your door
i dont think youd let me in
but that didnt stop me before
ill take back the pain if you pick up the phone
if youd let me know you still want me
ill forget all of your secrets
if youll forget what i left you for
id do anything to hear you again
until i remember what youve done
and as the pages are changing,
when the rough years combed through,
i dont forget when you adored me
nor you hurt me too.

All the things you could use to make patches
Patches really need three components, something to make the design, something to put the design on, and something to attach the patch to whatever you want the patch on. So here is a list of all the various things you can use to make patches that I can think of. Some definitely work better than others. But most will work just fine if you like don't wash your thing too often
The things you can use to make designs:
pens
markers
paint pens
acrylic (with or without fabric medium)
spray paint
wall paint
white out
bleach
embroidery
studs
colored glue
dirt

safety pins
dye made of natural ingredients
anything that can stain or make a mark on whatever thing you making your patches out of
The things you can make patches out of
cans(just be careful of the sharp edges)
labels
plastic
old clothes
excess fabric from altering clothes or other projects
fabric
sheets
napkins
curtains
wrappers
Things you can use to attach patches:

Finally actually acquired proper fabric paint for my patches instead of using watered down dollar store acrylic. Apparently using something made for what you're using it for is easier-- that's insane. Went over my shorts' patches again, too. Will certainly make more!!
