Richard M. Sherman, ‘Mary Poppins’ Songwriter, Dies at 95

Richard M. Sherman, a two-time Oscar winner who wrote songs for “Mary Poppins,” “Chitty Chitty Bang Bang,” and the classic Disneyland song “It’s a Small World (After All),” died on Saturday at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Beverly Hills of an age-related illness. He was 95.

POCO F6 and POCO F6 Pro were recently launched in the global market. Although they are in the same series, they are also rebranded versions of other Redmi models (Redmi Turbo 3 and Redmi K70 Pro respectively) that were released in China. So, how are they different from each other? Let's find out.

POCO F6 vs POCO F6 Pro: Different flagship chips

POCO F6 was announced in India with the Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 chipset. This is one of Qualcomm's latest high-end chips and was created for affordable flagship devices. On the other hand, the POCO F6 Pro is equipped with Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC. While the latter is a year older, it should offer similar performance (at least on paper). However, users will find it difficult to notice any difference between the two.

The Chinese brand unveiled the base model with a sleek flat design on the back with three rings for the camera sensors. Meanwhile, the Pro variant has a larger camera island housing three image sensors. This is an area where you can see that the devices were originally from different series of Redmi.

Moving forward, both models feature a 6.67-inch OLED display integrated with a fingerprint scanner and a 120Hz refresh rate. The POCO F6 offers 1.5K resolution and 2,400 nits peak brightness and the F6 Pro comes with a higher 2K resolution and an impressive 4,000 nits peak brightness. OnePlus 13 Rumored to Feature Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 Powerhouse

The upcoming OnePlus 13 is rumored to feature satellite connectivity, making it one of the first smartphones to include this advanced feature. This functionality will enable users to send messages and make calls even in areas without traditional cellular coverage, thereby increasing connectivity in remote locations.
