2025 Witches' Calendar
Tumblr media
For all my witches out there, here’s a handy list of the 2025 dates for the solstices, some commonly-referenced holidays, full and new moons, and special astronomical events. I’ve listed my sources at the bottom.
Dates and times for all events are calculated for Eastern Standard Time, USA, Northern Hemisphere. Adjust for your location as needed and check the DarkSky Placefinder to see what special events will be visible in your area.
On a related note, readers are encouraged to create their own seasonal calendars, holidays, and observances based on your local biome and personal preferences. Enjoy!

Craft Update
The last couple months have been difficult. I’ve missed two full moon rituals, have barely meditated or aligned myself at all, and have been stuck in a depressive rut. My gods have been very quiet but very patient as they wait for me to return to myself and our work. I am especially grateful for one guide in particular—a soul I am bound to across timelines. His guidance has solidified the mess my mind has been.
Things may be stagnant at times, and I get in my own way quite often. But one of the most important things my craft has taught me is that my gods, goddesses, and guides will never leave my side. Even when I can’t feel them or when my mind is too loud. They have never left, and they’re always waiting to answer my call.
Reach out to your fellow witches in Saturn’s Return. We need the love.
Have a lovely day—
And stop ignoring the signs!
🖤

Gribby's FREE Fishbones crochet pattern
In both applique and granny rectangle format! Pattern under the cut!
Tumblr media
Note: The design on the left was crocheted in worsted weight (4) and 3.0 hook, the one on the right is the SAME pattern, just with cotton thread (2) and a 1mm hook. For this design, blocking is important for it to look good! That means wetting the finished piece, and pinning it into foam blocks or other surface to dry in shape.
