came back to tumblr after another hiatus just to remember when somebody told me bill and ford are an allegory for rape with the reasoning that “bill was entering his body without his consent!” i know you’re fucking lying straight in my face right now pls actually get away from me dni do not visit my profile if you genuinely think that even with the fact that if bill would rather not talk about stan’s implied sa why the fuck would he ever do that to his twin brother (rhetorical question get off my post making me uncomfortable asl)🥀

Why does Bill get the puppet form back after the theraprism?? Is there a time limit on how long he stays with the pines or is he stuck there???

does he resent the axolotl?

1. there are a few reasons!!

if he were put in his original form, he’d be put in danger. he would be recognized at some point, as well as him being fragile considering he’s like an annealed glass jar being held together by crazy glue.

being in the puppet body essentially forces him to feel his emotions, go through the slowly passing everyday mortal life, and realize how much he’s affected other people. in his original euclidian form, it’s much easier to pretend. being in a (somewhat) human body is much different.

2. time limit is the entire summer, but if he’s purposely killed by anyone he has to stay there for longer.

3. bill doesn’t necessarily resent him, but they have a somewhat complex relationship.

in bills eyes, the axolotl is that annoying parent who’s forcing him to eat chicken noodle soup when he’s sick. he doesn’t want it no matter how good it is for him. overall, he’s very ambivalent towards ax (think of max and david from camp camp).

in the axolotls eyes, bill isn’t someone who needs to be fixed or changed. he needs help, some sort of guidance, maybe just someone in general. they care a LOT for bill considering they’ve seen a bit of what he’s gone through, and only want the best for him.

The Hidden Pages - Gravity Falls Fanfiction by me!!! (eelviralyyy)

Summary:

WARNING: There will be spoilers in the recap description for Gravity Falls. A small, sleepy and seemingly boring town in the middle of Oregon called Gravity Falls, where two preteen twins Mabel and Dipper from the Pines family spend their summer before technically turning into official teens. Throughout their summer spent there that year, they encountered many mysteries unlike anything they had ever experienced in California. They also made friends, foes, and unraveled secrets of Gravity Falls, the infamous Bill Cipher, even their own family. When returning back to their home, Dipper opens a letter from everyone in Gravity Falls. "See you next summer". 𖠰 Almost a whole year later, the now-officially-teen twins return to the town up north and reside with their great-uncles, Stanley and Stanford, who had returned from a long trip. Reuniting with their family and friends, everything seems to have gone back to normal just as it was the previous year. Same creatures, same people, same weird old mailman. That is, until a knock at the door disrupts the family on a Friday morning.

This fanfiction will be a fan-made prequel & sequel to the show, also including different point of views. Credit to Alex Hirsch for making this story! I am not in affiliation with Alex or anyone else who worked on Gravity Falls. This is simply a fanfic with new fan-made characters (some not mine, credits will be given at the end of whatever chapter's they are used in!), designs, stories, and lore (with connections + references to canon). Updates may be slow! I will be working on this continuously. If anything happens, I will be writing an author's note and deleting it once I continue working on the series again. IM SO GLAD I CAN EXPLAIN THIS YAY okay so basically:

Ford made a puppet body for Bill in 1982 to use to get into his world (with some restrictions to his powers) using runes found in the same cave he found the inscription for summoning him was in.

I can’t say anything about the present time part of the AU because it’s spoilers :P
