Thank to everyone who sent me their Kallamar to butcher them mercilessly into this painting. It has been AMAZING to discover how different one character could be interpreted and how each of you made them your very own!

I would have liked to give everyone good space, but I found that fitting 22 of them in, including mine, was a challenge!🤣💙 Maybe I bit more than I could chew.

I really hope I did justice to your Kallamar. I tried to be as accurate as I could, and the colour was picked straight from the reference! (Some were B&W, so I hope I gave them a decent one)

Doting father Kallamar my beloved 🩷

Like, I can imagine that after experiencing godhood, dying, being revived as a mortal, living in fear for so long, and putting up with mockery from everyone around him, he would want his kids to have the best, happiest life possible, even if it's at his own expense.

Kallamar making sure his kids get nothing but the best of everything. Kallamar being absolutely obsessed with everything his kids do and wanting to be there for every milestone, no matter how small. Kallamar reading his babies bedtime stories and watching their little eyelids getting heavier and heavier. Kallamar teaching his sons to be gentlemen and giving his daughters suitors hell for the slightest misdemeanor. Kallamar tearing up when his babies call him "dada" for the first time.

I think about Kallamar with middle child syndrome a lot

I've always wondered how obvious Shamura's favoritism was. I think Kallamar exhibits a lot of traits that are characteristic with middle child syndrome, despite being the second oldest. I like to think that he was often jealous of the attention that Narinder got from them. I like to hc that he would act out for attention, like stealing things Shamura would miss (I have plans of making a comic about this). My Kallamar is very interactive with his followers and disciples because he adores the praise and attention he gets from them. I think the clear favoritism definitely put a gap between him and Shamura, as well as him and Narinder. He still loved both of his siblings, but there was definitely some distance. In my main au, Shamura eventually apologizes when they realize what they've been doing to him. But it's still always been obvious to him that Narinder was the favorite.
