Updated Pin Post - IF YOU'RE HERE ABOUT THE AO3 SCRAPE

Popping in a quick update to my pinned post since there's a lot of traffic here right now!

I have a copy of the scraped AO3 data WITHOUT THE ACTUAL WRITING IN IT. (So please stop sending me mean asks about taking the dataset down; I am NOT the owner. I did not scrape AO3. I did not create this dataset. I have no control over the person who posted the dataset.)

I'll finish out the ones already on occasionalklance, but I've moved over to a secondary blog so I can invite trusted others to join and help respond to you guys faster! I'm happy to lookup anyone to check if your fics were involved, no need to ask first! A couple things I do ask to make this easier for me:

If you have or are willing to have a Hugging Face account, that's the easiest place for me to see requests and respond with results. Entirely because it's easier, I prioritize all requests submitted to my thread on Hugging Face, so you'll also get your results a little faster.

The easiest way for me to respond on Tumblr is if you send an ask to ao3scrapesearch. If you mention in the ask that you want a private response, I WILL privately respond. But I understand you might not feel comfortable with that since I'm a stranger, so:

If you're super concerned about anyone else seeing your results, you can still ask via Tumblr DM at ao3scrapesearch! I prioritize DMs based on which messages are oldest, so if you message again while you're waiting, that unfortunately does bump you to the bottom of the to-do list since there's no easy way for me to see you've been waiting after that. DMs are always last priority to respond to because I struggle the most pasting the data into them.

For any of these, I'll respond within 24 hours if I see the request. If it's been over 24 hours, PLEASE send the request again because it probably got buried. I'm doing all requested searches, so I promise I didn't intentionally ignore you.

If you're blocked on Tumblr, it's for personal reasons and I will still search if you ask through Hugging Face.

If you had a fic posted on anon and want to check it, I can look it up with the work ID number. If you send an ID number in an ask, I will always assume that's anonymous and will answer privately.

If this post is still pinned, I'm still doing the searches! Usually, there's a delay before I respond because I'm at work with no access to my search tool.

And sorry to be curt in the responses! There was more time to interact before the post on Hugging Face took off lmao, so apologies if I'm not as fun and friendly now, but I promise you are not bothering me.
