Sky//Flood is a grimdark fantasy with erotic elements, and depicts numerous scenes of all types of abuse, brutality, violence, sexual assault and themes, trauma and PTSD, and torture. It is not for the faint of heart.

Ruby Verdahn is the main character. She is a 15 year-old girl adopted by the Lee family after her parents were killed by the matriarch of the Lee family, Cassidy Marisa Lee, in retaliation for their extensive neglect and abuse with Ruby herself.

The Lee family consists of:

Cassidy Marisa Lee, matriarch and infamous survivor of the mass disappearances over two decades prior. She's been sent to prison numerous times, only to be bailed out by friends in the government. She is 39y/o.

Soleil Mecenash, Cassidy's wife and companion. She is of a partially feathered lagomorphic race known as the Khluri. No, she is not an actual bird. She is 37y/o.

Alexis Katherine Lee, the genetic daughter of Cassidy and an unknown man. She is Ruby's best friend, as well as an aspiring blacksmith and dancer. She is 15y/o.

Sona Christine Lee-Mecenash, Soleil's genetic daughter. Her father is... no longer with us, as Cassidy had a say in the matter. She only half-Khluri, as it turns out Miran DNA is quite malleable. She's a star student who is obsessed with superhero anime and pop music. She is 18y/o.

The story itself takes place on Astra, a vast and vibrant world cursed by dangerous stretches of land known as Hells. There are no nations in this place, only city-states, as nations are seen as taboo and dangerous, shunned by the gods they worship. Likewise, the planet is sacred to it's inhabitants, and any who would damage it without cause are seen as criminals, often put down without mercy.

Otherwise, Astra is just as technologically advanced as Earth, though they lean more heavily into medical and defensive advancements. Firearms are not typically used, as Astrans are more temperate and slower to violence, voupled with the fact that firearms are largely worthless against the native beasts. Instead, complex weapons such as gunblades or kinetic gauntlets are more commonplace, as they can deal more damage to the larger beasts.

On Astra, magic both exists and is split into two categories: Aether and Esther. It is the very base of the planet, the building blocks of that world.

Aetherial elements include Heat, Light, Stone, Water, and Wind, as well as subcategories of those such as Crystal or Frost. Aetherial elements are stable and flowing, they are the basis of everything you see, feel, and hear.

Estherial elements include Azure Flame, Illusion, Shadow, Toxin, and Void, as well as subcategories such as Corrosion and Stellaris. Estherial elements are destructive and unstable, likely to lash out and maim those who tamper with them. They comprise all that would be typically inexplicable.

Then, there are the sigils, scars, and memories. These are what equate to powers, with sigils being split into three types: base, alter, and inverse. These are complex and an explanation would be too lengthy... We'll save it for another time.

Throughout Sky//Flood, depictions of abuse, conflict, sexuality both mature and immature, trauma, and violence will be frequently visited. Again, please avoid reading the story if you are suceptible to these themes. Rest assured however, these elements are aimed to be treated with full maturity and respect, as well as realism.

Sky//Flood Update Log, December 10th, 2022

Two dead pages and over two years of progress... So, it used to be called Aspects? Funny. Feels like I've thought the same thing before...

Incredible progress, by the way. Over 160 distinct characters, 90 defined sigils, 30 spells, and 15 Dark Suns, not to mention the numerous curses. Oh, or the fact the story has greatly expanded to 7 major arcs:

Aside from that all, why don't I share just a small except from one of the first few chapters? I'm still refining them, but there are completed bits.

There's nothing called Aspect or Aspects (that I could find), which is one of the many titles I've been considering using for the original story I'm writing. I guess there is an anime called Neo-Aspect, though. It’s the same with Khrusos, a greek word meaning golden or precious. The only thing I could find is a shitty 40$ cape from Warframe. I'm also considering Yomi, the name of the Shinto underworld, and there's more or less nothing named Yomi, other than a decade old card game. There's a lot of terms and words that people just... Never use, for whatever reason???

Honestly with the constant increase in stories I've been designing, I might actually make a fanfic.

Not lewd, or servicey, or even edgy. Just a straight up story. One that attempts to expand and increase intrigue unto a preexisting creation.

Right now, it would be a story that introduces a new character to Owl House: A human proficient at old magic, who had been banished from the Boiling Isles by the Emperors Coven. They would become a temporary mentor and permanent ally to Luz.

I was thinking a post-college age woman or man, either named Celica or Altair - Celestial or Flying One, respectively. Either one would create a character revolving around the traits of their name.

Celica would be serious, motherly, and inventive, albeit seemingly shady and manipulative. She would be highly skilled with her magic runes and wand, being able to out skill most of the Emperors Coven. There would be a clear reason for this. Her objective would be to create theoretical Celestial Magic and free Eda from both capture and her curse. Again, reasons.

Altair would be rather carefree, blunt, and emotional, but have a side to him that is significantly more fluid, deadly, and protective. Reluctant to properly duke it out, he would rather have fun tricking his opponent into defeat via pacifistic humiliation, but would happily unleash his various prewritten runes to annihilate those who threaten Luz or Amity. Altair would be gay and extremely protective of kids like Luz and her friends who are innocent.

More or less I would try to write it like a full story or arc. Both paths seem fun!!

Gates dream

One of the episodes takes place in [REDACTED]. Celica is a camp counselor for the summer. The head of the camp suspects celica can do magic but simply does not care - he just doesnt want his camp to be destroyed. Because of this, he forbids her from "practicing any voodoo until you leave".

At some point a big monster appears and grabs the head of the camp, but celica cuts him free with a magicked knive.

Also for some reason there was a quick snipped of celica opening a Gate and releasing a guy, probably her brother or something??? I'm not sure???

Obviously there are rules. Living, self-aware things cannot be manipulated directly by manipulation magic - they can be placed into a stasis, though, for example, which requires lots of setup and casting time, it cannot be used to slow a living person.

Premise:

Homestuck: Another Timeline may have a theme of creation, erasure, and elements over the original theme of genetics and time travel. It is undecided. If so, all handles are based on an element's sign. It initially focuses on four students who unwittingly initiate the end of the world by playing a SBURB clone called NEHBI. These kids are Cassidy Fox - 17, Andrew Baker - 16, Dani Applewood - 15, and Caden Cutbur - 16. First initials are a play on AC/DC. Preferably, the story will see them all mature over 6 years.

Cassidy - cursedResonance, Chromium, ALT cursedGrace - is an anxious wreck that matures into a guardian to protect her friends, as well as a mediator. She will still suffer high emotional states. She is trans and ace, but the former is never addressed or made blatantly obvious.

Andrew - silentBarrage, Antimony - is the emo kid that feels more or less empty inside. He will mature into a natural-born leader. He will have a major tendency to beat himself up over mistakes. He is ace.

Dani - sereneElegance, Selenium - is an obnoxious brat and tends to lie to further her own goals, and matures into a reliable friend with solid morals and redeems herself, but still tends to be ornery. She is straight, but picky.

Caden - pD, Palladium - is rash, headstrong, and oblivious at times, especially pertaining to romantic interests. He grows the least out of everyone, but matures enough to think things through first. He is trans and bi. The former is never made apparent, while the latter is teased.

The story begins with Cassidy Fox. She downloads and boots up the game with Andrew. Andrew plays server first, unwittingly initiating the Reckoning immediately. It takes 48 hours for meteors to begin hitting Earth. He would later injure himself over grief with a knife, albeit non-fatally. He would unwittingly save both Caden and Dani after writing a guide of his findings while playing. They would enter separately, but those that sent them in would perish and be replaced by each other. This may change.

The additional race in this story is still Trolls. Preferably, there will only be 6-8 trolls rather than 12. 4 with good morals and goals, one psycho, and 1-3 shitlords.

Trolls are Rust, Gold, Lime, Olive, Teal, Blue, Purple (Gamzee), Violet, Fushia.
