I just bought and read Hush and I must say as much as Batman's life is filled with pain and suffering (don't we all) he seems to be filled to the brim with a huge LIFE FORCE, as in a yearning for more joy. The bat kids, the robins, Catwoman, even his relationship with all his antagonists that he refuses to kill, his allies... one thing that is shown in hush, is that, despite his "loner" idea of himself, he is very deeply connected to many people.

best thing about batman is that he's a superficially grimdark character, gothic & brooding & angst ridden etc..........but then it turns out he has a million hobbies, regularly goes on adventures with his besties, and has a dozen adopted kids he's raising with his devoted foster dad. good for him

So I have this massive tattoo getting done, and I of course clean it twice a day. Since it's HUGE the shower is the optimal solution. And I'm shedding that epidermidis like some messed up skin snake, so basically my shower water is me-soup
