I wish more feeders would openly and actively take the "non feeding" parts of being a feeder more seriously. Going out of their way to make sure their partners size is accommodated in public outings not just planned by them but also by friends and advocating for their feedee's needs well in advance. Getting educated on HAES and harm reduction approaches to gaining. Supporting their partner with light exercise and mobility work to reduce pain during weight gain and at larger sizes. Supporting their sweet tooth feedee and supporting them to keep up on their oral hygiene. Being a sounding board and providing love and validation when their feedee has faced anti-fat bias. Being well educated on the stigmas fat people face at the doctor and accompanying them to their doctors appts to help keep their doctor accountable and respectful. Supporting them with medical treatments related (and not) to their gaining lifestyle like encouraging consistent medication and CPAP use. Advocating for fat liberation and defending their fat partner in all settings, regardless of whether their feedee is in the room or not.

I love the term “overfed” because it doesn’t imply that I was intentionally gorging myself, or someone force feeding me, but that I was just given too much access to food and I just couldn’t help myself
