[ET's Mental & Physical Health from Time to Time] . . . Well this writing will be the first time I will write a sharing in English in a very long time, so be nice to me yeah for my grammar and storytelling.... . . . I am very blessed to have a lot of friends who are reaching out to ask me about my condition almost daily, I am sorry If I miss out on your messages, it does not mean I don't want to reply to your messages but I was overwhelmed by tons of messages which are coming to my inbox.... . . . I learned a lot about journaling in a very long time ago but I almost never utilize it as a powerful tool to express gratitude which I lack. I always complain about my condition, situation, anger, luck, insecurity and lots of things that happen in my life.... . . . I am feeling grateful that I have some really close friends who really do care about my mental and physical health, those who do not really know me well will always think that I am someone who has tons of energy that they call me energizer that can be always happy and healthy but they never know what I really feel.... . . . After lots of chatting and calling with my friends they always remind me to update my latest condition to them, I dunno what to say, what to update, why I should do it, how to do it, where to put the story, when the right time to share, to whom I should share my story, so they suggest me to write it on a journal but they can also access it to know my Mental & Physical Health from Time to Time.... . . . [Masih Banyak Orang Baik Di Sekitar Kita] . . . Jadi gini ceritanya, sudah lama banget saya OFF dari sosial media apapun tanpa posting cerita apapun, hanya aktivitas biasa cek rutinitas teman saya dengan kesibukan mereka masing-masing.... . . . Semua bermula di Minggu, 5 Juni 2022 saya sedang dalam perjalanan menuju tempat acara dalam kondisi hujan dan jalanan licin, saya terpeleset dan jatuh dari kendaraan saya di daerah dekat rel kereta api yang memang di daerah itu saya sering lewati banyak orang yang jatuh tergelincir dari kendaraan mereka dan tidak lama kemudian ada pesepeda juga yang melewati jalanan itu terjatuh hingga rantai sepedanya putus. Kebetulan di hari itu mungkin memang kondisi saya memang sedang tidak maksimal karena sibuk kegiatan di weekdays sehingga kurang waspada di belokan dan akhirnya terjatuh.... . . . Tatkala kondisi saya yang di saat itu tidak dapat berdiri dan berjalan dan hanya bisa tergeletak di jalan, banyak orang baik yang berusaha membantu saya untuk dapat berdiri dan minggir ke bahu jalan karena memang tidak lama setelah kecelakaan itu, ada kereta api yang lewat di lokasi kejadian. Namun karena kondisi masih hujan deras dan saya hanya bisa terduduk di pinggir jalan, terlihat ada bapak driver online yang membantu saya menyeberang ke Rumah Sakit yang kebetulan persis lokasinya di depan lokasi kejadian saya. . . . Ternyata driver online tadi diminta oleh seorang ibu untuk membantu saya menyeberang ke rumah sakit bahkan menawarkan untuk menyeberangkan saya dan kendaraan saya bahkan memberi sedikit bantuan ke bapak yang menolong saya, memberi saya minuman untuk menenangkan saya yang panik karena tidak dapat merasakan kaki saya. Sembari menunggu bala bantuan datang dari keluarga saya.... . . . Jadi proses ini sendiri masih panjang karena tidak semudah dibayangkan karena ketidaktersediaan kamar inap dari rumah sakit sehingga saya harus dipindahkan dari 4 UGD Rumah Sakit dari Jalan Ahmad Yani, Undaan, Kenjeran, Hingga akhirnya diputuskan untuk dirawat inap dan ditangani di Rumah Sakit Airlangga.... . . . Bersyukurlah saya ternyata saya dapat jadwal untuk operasi pada Minggu Malam jam 9, dimana operasi berlangsung cukup lama hingga sekitar jam 2 subuh, orang tua saya yang sabar menanti hasil dari operasi memutuskan untuk menemani saya di kamar inap pada hari itu berjaga-jaga apabila dibutuhkan keputusan mendesak.... . . . Setelah 2 hari rawat inap akhirnya Hari Selasa, 7 Juni 2022 jam 20.43 saya diijinkan untuk pulang ke rumah untuk recovery hingga hari ini saya memutuskan untuk mengupdate kondisi terakhir saya di sosial media...
