Meet layer 102: Cob for Cowboy Bebop :)
She's the first layer that's from an OVA, but that's where Vincent is so...
Cob is 10, he picked her up somewhat randomly because she reminded him of himself when he was younger (the whole want to fight bit). Cob helps him, usually when he needs escape routes, using her hypermnesia and info tracking to always get away.
She's fun
