Back in 2021 I just listened to Remember When by Wallows while hyperfixated on Infinity Train and immediately was like. INFINITY TRAIN TRIBUTE AMV. and then never got around to it till now 💀 OOPS!!! But better late than never!!!

Gotta say I’m really proud of it so far!! ^^ I’m hoping to finish it by the end of this summer!

i say this with kindess: i've seen a Lot of people in the IT tag who talk about the show getting cancelled and how much they love and miss it, but they don't really engage in the fandom. and that's okay, it's not wrong to be upset that it was cancelled and etc, but i am gently encouraging you to engage with the fandom.

you don't have to be an artist or a writer, just posting about it or talking about it to a friend keeps the fandom alive.

i promise the fandom isn't dead, we're just spread across lots of platforms.

again, it's not wrong to be upset about the show's cancellation but please. please don't take that to mean the fandom is doomed to die. it isn't.

The Magic Bus Car is a reference to Into The Wild

the idea of making a Train car which is a beehive with a very pretentious queen bee that Grace would find super annoying wouldn't leave my head once I had it, and it amuses me a lot cause it's exactly the kind of passive-aggressive thing that the Train would do

"The Sandcastle Car" is from the a.u fanfic "Trainwreck" by Nymphacae and I think it's also very thematic, it's a sandcastle inhabited by sea creatures and it regularly gets destroyed by the tide so they ask the passengers to help repair it

The Library Car is a Train car that was cut from the s3e05 storyboards and I liked it a lot so I'm just re-using it in a different context

The relationship between Tulip and Lake is everything to me.

Lake knows everything about her. They were there for every moment of her life, forced to mimic every movement. They never had the chance to make their own decisions, just learning what they could through her. They quite literally know her life better than their own.

Tulip knows next to nothing about them. They've been there her whole life, and she had no idea they had their own thoughts and feelings. How could she? The day they first spoke was the day they said their goodbyes. Hell, Tulip doesn't even know their name.

Yet despite not knowing them at all, despite having every reason not to, Tulip still chose to help them. They were only meant to be an extension of her, yet she was still the first person to look beyond that, to see them for the individual they are. Nobody would have blamed her for not wanting to help the person who just tried to leave her trapped in another world with no way back, but she still found a way for both of them both to walk free.

When they escape, side by side, Tulip wants to keep moving. Traveling the Train together, not as Reflection and Prime, but as friends. As equals. It doesn't even occur to her that Lake might not want that right now. There's no bad blood between them as they say their goodbyes, but there is a long, complicated history, and good reason for them to want to strike out on their own.

And so they part ways, for both the first, and likely last, time.

I just- I love them so much. In any form. There's so much thats so interesting about it. I can't stop thinking about them
