So, the site I use to create my music is shutting down in January. I just went on to find one of my favorite producer’s beats to write to, only to find out this horrible information. This is such a big deal, because I’ve literally had a working relationship with an app for a little over five years. Lol! This is an app I that has helped me build my confidence when it comes to recording, given me total control of my sound and content...not to mention, the gift of instant gratification. When I have an idea, I have access to a recording studio in the palm of my hand. It has completely taken the guesswork out of the sometimes frustrating at-home AND professional studio process. I have been free to create QUALITY content from the comfort of my living room for the free, with no pressure, or time restraints and now that’s all about to be gone. Five years of rough drafts and finished work, five years worth of relationships with (super talented) artists and producers from all corners of the world... I’ve been here from the “start” (lol) for every technical improvement, and update. I literally feel like someone just broke up with me without telling me what I did to upset them. 😂 As great as it’s been, it’s also been a crutch, a safety blanket and a handicap. Life just shook me out of my nest. I’m now being forced to level up, GO OUTSIDE and form strong working relationships with people whom I respect, people that respect me, GET me and what I’m trying to put out to the world. I want to laugh and cry at the same time. Life is hilarious. It will move right on along without you, without taking a second look to see what you’re gonna do with yours. I’m not 100% sure what the moral of this long story is, but all I’m getting right now is that more is required of me and nothing great gets done when you’re too comfortable. I don’t FEEL ready for the next chapter and quite honestly, I’m terrified of my own success. But I know God has already equipped me with the tools I need for what’s to come. So I’m gonna go scared, but I’M GOING. #itsstillSAVEALLIHOOPAtho 😩😂

so you dated the wrong person and learned a hard lesson. you chose the wrong major and had to start over again. you cherished a friend who backstabbed you. it sucks, but it’s also going to work out. that’s life; you learn, hurt, love, cry, laugh, and keep going. you experience setbacks and you grow and it’s all okay.

first of all we’ve got these four talented and racially diverse ladies with healthy body types singing and dancing to songs about female friendships 

and empowering women

they literally have a song called “cinderella” about not needing a man

and in the movie sequels they travel to spain and india 

where supporting characters have actual character arcs and aren’t just “cultural decoration”

oh look bilingual songs

it doesn’t hurt that the whitney houston produced the first two movies

it’s so important that we had something like the cheetah girls to be primarily targeted towards young girls on disney channel
