Warm leafy brew served in strange way,

In gen’rous silver scoops array;

And in a pile that’s weird to see:

A heap of heaped teaspoons of tea.

Ice cold dairy treat in a scoop

In place of warm thing that’s not soup,

In tea vessels that your hand hugs:

Serving ice cream in coffee mugs.

All scale and tooth and claw

And put it on my roomba,

So it can clean my floor.

I built a Lego gryphon,

All fierce and feathery.

I built it round my kettle,

So it can brew my tea.

I built Lego unicorns,

In bright pastel hues,

I put them in my wardrobe,

So they can guard my shoes.

I built a Lego gargoyle

Over my door he sticks-

So he can guard my home while

I go to buy more bricks!
