summary: Elrond and Camnir’s relationship is very new and still a secret. After their mission, during which Camnir almost got killed if it hadn’t been for Nenya, Elrond is still very worried.

“Are you certain it doesn’t hurt anymore?”

They were on their way back from the artificers. Elrond insisted that Camnir had his wound examined by them. Camnir didn’t protest, he knew that when Elrond had his mind set on something he wouldn’t rest until he took care of it. And he still didn’t trust Galadriel’s ring even though its surprising healing potency saved his friend from sudden death. The artificers studied Camnir’s torso but there wasn’t any trace of a wound. The only proof of a live threatening shot to the chest by a well directed arrow was the blood on his torn gambeson. 

“Elrond, I promise you, I’m fine.” Camnir assured him with a smile. 

Elrond cared for him deeply, that’s why he worried so much, but Camnir probably knew that already. It had been a risk, letting Camnir join the company, since he was a scholar and not a fighter like Rían, Vorohil or Daemor. But Camnir insisted and Elrond needed his experience as a map maker and Camnir knew these regions better than anyone else.

“I’m glad.” Elrond smiled back, his blue eyes gleaming at Camnir.

They walked for a little while until Elrond spoke again.

“I hope I wasn’t too rough… suddenly pressing my hand over your mouth like that.”

Camnir blushed and turned his head.

Did I say something wrong?

Since Camnir didn’t answer, Elrond asked “What is it?”

Camnir ignored him, but a gentle hand on his wrist made him turn around.

Elrond mustered him anxiously. “Was it that bad, did I hurt you? I’m so sorry, you should have said something!”

“That’s not– I…” Camnir’s face was now a bright crimson. “...liked it.” Elrond’s hand was still holding his wrist and Camnir’s skin felt hot underneath the touch. 

“You did?” This wasn’t what Elrond expected, but now he was genuinely curious.

“I was surprised at myself… but, yes.” Camnir sighed.

“So you wouldn’t mind if I did it again?” Elrond blurted out. There was definitely something interesting there. In a different setting, both of them safe and sound… Elrond felt something stir inside him.

Camnir’s big brown eyes widened in surprise. “No…”

Elrond smirked, took Camnir’s hand in his and led him to the nearest chamber. It was part of Lindon’s vast library. Even though this part was very dark and there wasn’t anybody there at the moment, Elrond’s heartbeat quickened at the thought of getting caught here.

He searched for Camnir’s gaze to make sure he was okay with what he had in mind. Camnir’s big brown eyes found his and he smiled.

With one swift movement, Elrond backed the taller elf up into the corner against a bookshelf. A small giggle escaped Camnir’s throat but he didn’t have time to be embarrassed about it when Elrond caught his lips in a hungry kiss which Camnir reciprocated passionately.

“Camnir…” Elrond sighed, leaning his forehead against his lovers’. 

“Commander,” Camnir teased him.

Elrond rolled his eyes but gave him a warm smile, diving back in for another kiss while his hand travelled to Camnir’s waist. 

Camnir ran a hand through Elrond’s curls at the back of his head. He already knew Elrond’s weak spots and as he stroked over his scalp with slight pressure, he coaxed a small moan out of Elrond’s mouth.

The heated touch of their lips was so tempting that Elrond deepened the kiss. He nibbled on Camnir’s bottom lip and licked over it, then sealing their lips in a languid kiss again, earning him a pleased sigh. 

Elrond broke the kiss and started licking and kissing Camnir’s neck while pushing his torso against him, practically melting against Camnir’s warm body.

Elrond’s goal was to tease him, but give him soft kisses and sweet affirmations and make it unbelievably hot for Camnir… They knew each other very well at this point and keeping their relationship a secret had some advantages in terms of it being really hot to sneak around like this.

“I’m so relieved you’re not hurt”, Elrond moaned against the soft flesh.

“Elrond….” Camnir let out a small whine at the sweet pressure. Both of them were straining against their trousers and breathing heavily. 

“I don’t think I could have forgiven myself if something happened to you, meleth nín…” Elrond added in a low voice, searching Camnir’s eyes once again, trying to convey his feelings towards him with his gaze. Camnir’s immediate reaction was to capture Elrond’s lips in a heated kiss once again and Elrond smiled into the kiss.

The air around them was thick with tension and Elrond found Camnir’s smell intoxicating and his kisses tasted so sweet, he couldn’t get enough.

Camnir sucked in a breath when Elrond started dragging his hand over the bulge in his pants.

“You feel so good, my love,” Elrond whispered between kisses and he felt Camnir smiling against his lips.

“I’ve missed your touch so much, Elrond,” Camnir replied in a hushed voice.

Elrond took him out of his trousers and began stroking him with his broad hand. Camnir let out a restrained whine, desperately trying to stay quiet. He slid his hand around Elrond’s waist and placed it on his butt with a firm grip.

“Missed your cute butt, too…” Camnir added and Elrond let out a quiet chuckle.

Elrond was slowly losing himself in Camnir’s needy kisses and he pressed his own hard cock against his lovers’ hip. He sighed at the much needed friction and started building a slight rhythm. He felt Camnir’s hand gripping tighter into the fabric of his pants, encouraging him to take his pleasure.

Suddenly there was a noise jerking them out of their intimate moment. Muted voices could be heard from within the library. Instinctively Elrond pressed his hand on Camnir’s mouth and Camnir’s big brown doe eyes widened. 

Elrond’s heart was racing with excitement, his hard cock was throbbing in his pants, waiting to be freed and when he noticed Camnir’s flushed cheeks and pupils blown with lust, he realized he was into this as much as Elrond was. 

The voices had gotten closer and now they could make out what was being said on the other side of 2 or 3 bookshelves away from them. But instead of stopping and waiting for them to leave Elrond pumped Camnir’s cock faster, teasing the sensitive head with his thumb. Camnir trembled under his touch and suddenly he was spilling all over Elrond’s hand with a muffled whine. At the same time, Camnir’s hand that was still in Elrond’s hair suddenly gripped tighter and Elrond almost yelped with pleasure and he pressed tighter against his lover's body and with a few shuddering movements of his hips he burst in his trousers. 

The shockwaves of pleasure still running through him, Elrond remembered to listen for the noises, but everything was silent except for Camnir’s heavy breathing. He gazed at his lover and smiled. Camnir smiled back and their mouths met in a gentle kiss as they enjoyed the slowly fading aftershocks.

Sometimes i remember that Círdan is just really fucking ancient and am like actually kinda shocked... like this man has seen almost all of Middle Earth's history, from the shores of Cuiviénen to the second War of the Ring and survived. The only other named elves I can think of right now, who have lived for just as long are Ingwë, Indis and Olwë, but they never returned from Aman. Círdan meanwhile? He just stuck around never having gone to paradise and lived. What a badass. I love him.
